I bought a brand new expedition max last year. Almost immediately I started smelling mold in the vent with heat & air. Kept going for about 6 months thinking it was just a little mildew. I got really sick. Went to specialist. Got injections. I am a nurse. Can't afford to be sick. They finally took it in and "flushed" the system. How do I know? If you need your Ford serviced, I do not suggest you go to Hollingsworth Richards Ford. I had an appointment to drop my vehicle off last Wednesday for them to check a noise I had been hearing coming from my back passenger side of my Explorer. I told them specifically where I heard the noise coming from and what I thought it was (a possible loose cover). They had my vehicle for 5 days and they could not duplicate the noise, and claimed they checked the cover and didn't notice it was loose. I asked them to please have someone else drive it because the noise is 100% there and that cover definitely was moving too much. They had someone else drive it and look at it, but still could not find anything wrong. I got it home and crawled under my own car to inspect. Guess what I found?! The cover under my car (same cover I told them I thought the noise was coming from) was missing a washer and nut! It is now fixed, thanks to me, and no more noise! They absolutely did not check under my car or they would have noticed the cover hanging because of missing pieces. read more

Horrible service!!! The door kept registering as open when it was clearly closed. The button was not going in. I took the vehicle to them on a Tuesday and told them about my upcoming events the next week. they told me they'd get back to me in 24-48 hrs. After 72 hrs I'd heard from NO ONE so I called to get a status. Of course no answers at first. Left 3 messages for Jazmon my service rep. He never returned my calls. I called again and finally got someone. They put me on hold only to return to tell me that the vehicle still had not even been looked at and probably would be looked at until the following week. read more

The in depth review will contain a timeline (that starts 2 years ago and ends last week) of the 6 times my car was in their shop, along with invoices/receipts. However, in the meantime, I wanted to ensure everyone knew what kind of customer service this dealership is providing. - in addition to their poor workmanship. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! I have never in my life been treated so poorly. The service manager - Melissa Stevens - is by far the worst service manager I have ever known. And my dad was a service manager for over 30 years, as well as my grandfather owning a Ford dealership company for many years. I was lied to, spoken down to, and given minimum information throughout the entire process. When I tried to speak with the service manager's boss - Hope, who I believe is a Hollingsworth - to discuss my situation, Melissa Stevens told me she was unavailable "for a period of time" and would not get me in touch with her. F-350 in shop for 14 months, replaced engine and less than a month engine light comes on, bring it back to Hollingsworth and it needs an oil change, air filter, fuel filter and analysis rese. $854.00 later i get my truck back, don't you think the oil - air - & fuel filter should have been changed with the new engine??? analysis should have been on them too!!! As I'm sitting here waiting for my new 2019 Ford Escape to be filled up and cleaned, I am grateful for Nick. He was so friendly. My sister came about a month ago to get her son a new truck, then to get the tint adjusted on her car. She had Nick as a salesman and when I came in, he was just so happy to help me. I test drove my new vehicle and came back to close the deal. I pulled in at 6:05pm after driving from New Orleans and left at 8:10pm. Record time if you ask me. If a dealership could get a negative 5 stars this would. I took my Ford F-350 into the dealership because I was having fuel/engine issues. Apparently I got some contaminated diesel at a TA. Whole bunch of water in system, dealership said I would have to replace entire fuel system and it would be 12k. Got the truck towed to a diesel mechanic and he fixed the truck for $650. This dealership either misdiagnosed the issue or they just want to price gouge. I am so pissed right now, so mad that I will be contacting the BBB. I wouldn't get your truck serviced here let alone buy one from here. read more

While we didn't have any issues with the sales area of this dealership, the accounting department is awful. We waited over a month for them to get paperwork to our credit union so that we could sign the paperwork. And each time we had contacted them about it they said, "oh it is being worked on." This is far from the first car we have purchased and it never takes this long...usually can take an hour tops for this to be taken care of. This situation is uncalled for. brought truck in to get little warranty things fixed. kept the trucks for weeks and broke part of what they were supposed to be fixing. literally only fixing a usb port and took 2 weeks . only accommodated us with a truck after 2 weeks because i walked in pissed as hell . jaz was so unprofessional and not helpful . I drove all the way from New Orleans to view and test drive a vehicle that my husband found online and that I was very interested in buying. Only to be treated poorly and ultimately to have wasted about 8 hours of my life that I cannot get back. The sales rep Sky who helped me was nice. However, the sales and finance managers lost that sale for him. They did not properly train him, communicate the process to me nor respond appropriately when I communicated that the process was taking too long and that I was ready to go. Can I give 0 Stars? I've been sitting in the waiting room for over 7 hours to have a small factory recall repaired on my vehicle. I have watched through the window and seen my car be dismantled and now sit on the repair room floor for the last 3 hours with no work being done. When I politely asked for an update at the service desk I caught major attitude and a comment of "My technicians work their asses off." Sorry partner, that's clearly not the case! Horrible service! I am out of 7100.00 because of them! They basically said my mechanic broke the engine! As if, that's possible? They refused to call us back after weeks of messages, and so when we show up they blamed everything on the mechanic and voided my warranty for the future! This should be against the law, blaming someone else so they don't have to cover my engine. Now I have a unwarranted non working truck, and am out of 7100.00...horrible for anyone to be treated this way, avoid them if you can or you will be crying like me writing this review. I have brought my 2017 Ford F-150 here for an issue with the brakes. After being told multiple times nothing was wrong with my brakes they eventually decided the master cylinder was out. Recently, I've had a second issue with them. They agreed to do recall work on my vehicle on the weekend. When I called to confirm, it was implied that I was a liar and no recall work could be done on the weekend. I'll take my business elsewhere. I bought my car a little over two months ago with a warranty package for things like tires, oil changes, dents, key replacements, etc. One of my tires is damaged and I finally found the time to bring it to the service center to utilize my warranty and was told that "it would take too long to receive the work that needed to be done on my car." Very unprofessional from the sales representative Adrian Alba to the manager Todd. The sales rep told me there was a zero interest on the vehicle so we did the application and he was supposed to call me back the same day but he didn't. I reached out to him two days later to see what was going on with my application and the vehicle and he avoided my call three days in a row and my email. I spoke with the manager on Wednesday and he assured me that there was zero interest on the Raptor. He called me back on Friday to tell me that there wasn't zero percent interest on the Raptor. The way they handled me and gave me the run arounds was very unprofessional and I will no longer try to give them my business nor will I recommend anyone to their establishment for future purchases. read more

CAN'T BE TRUSTED. They agreed to sell me a pre-owned truck for $60K plus TT&L cash. I made my offer by phone and they agreed to it. It's a 5 hour round trip for me. The very next day I went to my bank and got a cashier's check and we headed to the dealership. We confirmed our appointment multiple times and even let them know when we left and what time we expected to arrive. They responded with a "see you soon" text. When we got off the interstate 5 minutes from the dealership I noticed a missed text asking me to call Todd, a customer care manager. When I called he informed me that someone else "committed to buy the truck" and it was no longer available to me. When I got to the dealership the GM offered to give me a deal on another truck. Part of me wanted to leverage the situation into a great deal but I had lost all trust in them by this time. All in all they wasted 6 hours of my time and my wife's time. I rescheduled 2 meetings to accommodate their time frame. I made arrangements to sell my current vehicle to a friend, which I will still do because MY word means something. These people have zero character. NONE. Did I mention they other party was "a friend of the finance manager" according to the GM? I even shared that my budget for the truck was $60K for my 60th birthday. Do not believe a word they tell you. read more

Service Department is horrible! The first time I brought my car here back in 2015 it was for a clicking noise my wife was hearing whenever she turned the wheel. I dropped my car off, a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid.. it was a year old at the time. After having the car for 3 days only to find that a lug nut was loose they called me to pick up my car. Once I got there it took them 45 minutes to find my car. They actually lost it on their lot. They gave me the key fob and I walked around the lot pressing the panic button on the fob. I never could find it either. Apparently they ran the battery dead on the car which is why the key fob didn't locate the car. After that they finally found the car on their back lot somewhere and let me know it would take 45 minutes to recharge the battery. Needless to say I wasn't very happy. Two week later while I was in North West Arkansas the battery went dead and cost me 230 bucks to replace it. Fast forward to the current day. I called them reluctantly yesterday to have someone look at the water pump due the car loosing antifreeze, when they asked what type of car I had I told them it was a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. The lady told me they don't have a certified hybrid mechanic to look at. When I told her it was for a water pump not anything to do with it being a hybrid she spoke with a mechanic from the service department. She then told me oh no it's a hybrid with a water pump problem we can't mix water and electricity so we can't work on it! WTF is that. That is piss poor. I never intended to bring it to them anyway. I was waiting on Robinson Brothers Ford service department to call me back and I wanted to see what Hollingsworth had to say...confirming what I already knew. Took my Mazda cx-7 here because the alarm immobilized the engine. After a week long diagnosis, they said needed a new computer and new key fobs. We approved the repairs and they told us that the computer was backordered but will be able to get it after another week. They had my car for a MONTH and gave my husband and I excuses every time we called. They ended up being wrong about the computer so we waited that long for a repair that only took a day or two! I went to pick it up and got them to put a new battery in it and an oil change. 2 hours after the 30-45 minute oil change they quoted us, it was finally ready. I wouldn't call it a great experience, they give you the run around just like you would expect with any car dealership (get everything in writing!), but the buying process wasn't *too* painful. However, their customer service for support is terrible! There was a recall on my vehicle -- the lug nuts needed to be replaced. It took me coming to the dealership three times to get it done. Each time I came the necessary person was either "on vacation today", or "I need to have a different special guy do the work and he's not here today," etc. (After having me told to come at each of the three specific times) ... so, basically, the service division does not respect your time. The service department here is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced... I bought a 2018 Ford F-150 from them and before I even made a payment on it, it was in the shop with the transmission light on. Suffering from problems that their MASTER MECHANIC couldn't figure out... they had to get the engineers of Ford involved. When I asked about the longevity of this issue, their reply was "you should buy the extended warranty" ON A BRAND NEW 2018! They didn't have any loaners for me when I dropped my truck off so I had to go back the following day. 5/1 I picked up the loaner, dirt all over the floors, dirty tissues in the center console, it was a mess! a few days later I get pulled over in it on my way to work for expired tags. I looked at a similar one, was interested in it, then when we went back to talk about the price this dude Arsante started printing up paperwork like a madman, seemingly convinced that the phrase "Yeah I'm interested in this car" is actually code for "Why am I not holding a pen right now and throwing bags of money in your face, because nothing would make me happier than signing my name on multiple documents that I don't care to read, for any amount of money you want me to pay, and then driving off this lot with this car while leaving the one I drove here for you as a present for your amazing customer service. I stopped him and said hey buddy, you didn't even tell me a price and I never said I was buying anything..so he tells me the price, which I counter with something about $2000 lower than what he said, and suddenly at that moment I could faintly hear his mind being snapped in two as he stared blankly at me with no expression, emotion, or even any understanding of what is happening in the world around him. Then his mouth went slightly agape which allowed some saliva to just barely begin trickling down the edge of his lip, his eyes were visibly struggling to stay focused on me and not drift apart in opposite directions, thus exposing his true form. Just when I was about to ask whether or not he heard me, his eyes quickly snapped back into focus and he sat up straight in his chair with surprising agility as all is attention was now directed to a fly that came buzzing into view. It flew past his "Number One Dad" coffee mug, the stacks of unanswered written complaints from HR and his prescription ointment for severe genital fungus to finally land on the personalized desk sign engraved with his name on it. Without warning, his jaw and throat seemed to swell like a balloon being inflated, and I could see something writhing within; My voice was seized by terror as I sat there in silence and watched his jaw unhinge while an impossibly long tongue darted out of his mouth to grab the fly and the desk sign together before swallowing them both. He then sprang up from his desk, launched straight onto the ceiling and hung upside down by the sticky flesh pads attached to his fingertips. His head spun around to face me and he let out a horrible screech that pierced through the dense fog of terror over my mind and snapped me back into the reality of what I was witnessing. the man who was once called Arsante was no longer of this world, this was a creature that exists only in fairytales, a godless creation that surpasses human understanding. It felt like it was an eternity that I was staring into his soulless eyes before his eyes seemed to gloss over and his body became perfectly still; his skin was beginning to darken at a pace just barely fast enough for you to watch it happen in real time. He was forming his cocoon.The mucus that covered him was hardening and expanding outwards until he was a large pod suspended from the ceiling. There he must hibernate and allow his new body to take form; the next stage of evolution has just begun. Anyway he did all of this just to avoid negotiating with me on a price, so I left. 10/10 would not visit again. Oh and even after I told him and his manager that I am not getting a car through them, they emailed me and called me for weeks after, telling me "the car you were interested in has now had a price drop". No, not only did I already tell you I'm done working with you, but you have the audacity to not even budge an inch on the price in person and then lower the price later on to say you're "giving me a deal."
