Pony Express Visa Service is legit!!! I was concerned about using Arthur's service because there were only 4 Yelp reviews. My husband was even more concerned than me. However, every time I had a question about obtaining a China Visa, Arthur would literally answer me within minutes. There is misinformation on the internet about Chinese Visas that are old. American citizens can now obtain 10 year visas for the same price as the 3 month visas, and there is no 90 day visa expiration date of entering the country for the 1st time. Thanks to Arthur, my mom was able to e-mail her visa person and have them change her visa to a 10 year at no extra cost. (Her East Coast Visa person said NOTHING to her about a 10 year for the same price as the 1 year) Luckily the 1 Elite Yelp review and Arthur's diligent communication put us more at ease, and we took the risk. Also, he raised his prices to $60 for the first visa and $40 for each additional. I was bummed about this, but I reasoned a scam artist would NOT deter customers with an increase in prices. For those of you who have never obtained a visa, it is scary to mail your passport, your child's actual birth certificate (no copies), and your original marriage license to a total stranger. I received everything today, just as he promised. My only suggestion would be to offer certified return mail. My documents had tracking, but I would have gladly paid the extra certified mail fee if given the option. Bottom Line: A legit business that runs very smoothly! read more

After realizing that my passport had just expired, and booked a flight to HK and Chengdu, I had a major problem and only had 3 weeks to solve it. After reading some Yelp reviews, I called around and decided to work with Art. I had mentioned that my passport was expired and he introduced me to his friend Peter who was able to expedite a renewed passport. I met Peter to go over paperwork, and in turn he seamlessly gave the new passport over to Art. Art was able to turn around a Chinese visa in a few days. I picked up my passport and visa included from Art, and the experience was mostly good. He's very knowledgeable and makes it very convenient. For $50, he'll relieve you from having to schlep into LA, search for parking, wait in line, deal with the hit-or-miss service from the grumpy workers and come back and do it all over again. Steal of a deal. If you need more than one visa, it's $25 more per extra. I had to drive in because my dad didn't have a valid CDL but for half price, he saved me the return trip.
