Parking is right in front of the door, so drop-off and pick-up were super easy. The place felt very steril and clean. And the people seem very caring towards the dogs. There is a pet waiting area in front of the shop. Everything from the washing station to the grooming table is open and visible, so you can see the process. Owner was very attentive and friendly. Most of all, she did a great job with bathing and grooming my dog. Will definitely return.

He was grogy, and didn't want to play. A few days after he got his haircut, he threw up and was back to normal. I'm CONVINCED that he was given something here to calm down during his haircut. I mentioned this to a friend of mine who runs local adoptions and knows a lot about the different animal hospitals and groomers in the area and she said she also had one bad experience here and she said had she known I was planning on taking my dog here, she would have told me otherwise. I highly recommend not coming here --- a mediocre haircut is not worth getting your dog sick.

I have gone here twice. The first time was to simply get my dogs nails cut. She's a medium sized…read moredog, around 50 lbs and very docile. The woman handled her like a beast that needed to be put down and very aggressively cut her nails. I was waiting for a yelp of pain, but the woman got the job done with okay results. I forget how much that cost, but it wasn't unreasonable. Some time later, I brought my dog back to get her hair cut. She's not shaggy but her hair definitely grows out and needs to be trimmed, especially around her legs which start to look like fuzzy boots. So I bring her in the morning and a few hours later my brother goes to get her, pay, and bring her home. First of all, the cut cost something like $40 (I could be wrong on this since it was quite awhile ago, but it was definitely on the expensive side.) This wasn't for high end grooming, all we requested was a trim with clippers. When she got home, my first question was "why didn't they cut her hair?" It looked like they barely touched her. There certainly was some work done, because her aforementioned fuzzy legs were slightly less fuzzy, and her fur was freshly brushed, but in no way could this even be considered a trim. It was definitely not worth $40. I considered going back and complaining, but it just wasn't worth my time. Instead we bought clippers and do the work ourselves from now on.

I'm telling you, my cat won't let me come near her with any sort of grooming things. But Valentina was done clipping her nails before the cat even noticed. And then the cat sat there for literally five minutes, letting her mother brush her with all sorts of brushes. They were talking to her and being kind to her and she was in heaven. I can't say enough, good things about this groomer. Please try them. They are a local business. They've been here for a while and they deserve the recognition.

Owner was not there to greet me at pick up nor to give me a full report of how my dog did in his stay.. Instead I was greeted by some random teenager whom couldn't give me a proper recipient of what I pald...Also I did call the Doggy Spa to check up on my dog and was told that Steve another gentleman whom works at the spa took my dog to NYC to his house and gave him a chicken taco.... Not once was I given phone call letting me know that the faculty was changing the plans for my dog's broading stay ...I'm definitely not happy and will NEVER be leaving my dog there ...I am only going back to Submit to them the bill for my dogs Vet Visit !!!!

The vet was very specific as to what could be done for my pet, but we knew from the results that there was no chance of recovery. She walked us through the process and made a very painful experience at least bearable. It was a very sad time that these two women shared with my wife and myself. I have had many pets and have seen many vets, but I have never met anyone like this.
