SO HAPPY . First off I just want to say it's hard to find a place that is priced well and also some sort of empathy towards your pets. It was my little guys first hair cut . (He goes nuts when I try) so I knew this was going to be a huge milestone. I called and squeezed me in the same day. We showed up and the dog in back started barking so of course my little guy got very excited lol. The groomer was a little taken back by how loud my boy was lol. He packs a loud bark but is the sweetest boy. Maybe bc I'm the mom idk lol but I was nervous. He took him into the back said I'll see you in 2 hours . I was so nervous I kept checking in . The groomer called and said "your baby is ready" haha the way he said it was just so funny and loving you can tell they really care for their clients as if they were theirs . Soon as I came in my little guy ran up to me I didn't even recognize him!! He was a different dog !! They did such a good job. This is my go to place now and so grateful I found them. Try them out ! Brought my dog here about 3 weeks ago. Definitely nervous about taking him somewhere new but I was 100% satisfied. They are very nice! They are definitely the best priced groomer that I know of. Most importantly my dog looked so good when I picked him up!! He was long overdue for a cute and they shaved him. It was like bringing home a new dog. This past week my mom brought the dog she adopted there on my recommendation. She too was happy with the grooming! They very likely now have 2 new regular customers. read more

Nice simple low cut for $53 for my shihtzu. I saw some uneven patches but it grows back so I'm not bothered as long as there are no Nick's and cuts. I asked them to keep the tail as it was in a fan but they didn't trim it at all which I didn't like but otherwise was fine read more

Came to this place for my pom twice already and I love the people here. They treat customers (both me and my pom) respectfully, and always gets it done so nicely. The price is so much reasonable than other places. I definitely recommend this place. You can have your dog groomed while you do grocery shopping since they're in the same mall. :) Tips: you can call in to make an appointment but you can also call in and get them done on the same day. read more

I love bringing pupster to this place. Its a new place that has opened up recently and I heard it by word how great they are. I have a yorkie t cup and its small. There is a lot of details that needs to be catered to my dog and they are always on point. She always come back with a fresh smell and a new ribbon on her crown. They also do boarding. I trust Davina the owner with my dog whenever I leave town for business or for vacation. They take very good care of my dog. I've seen them how they handle with other dogs and I'm very comfortable with leaving my yorkie with them. They also do drop off when they are done grooming and boarding if you ask them too. Love this place! It starts with the attitude. My little rescue mutt, Cronin, sometimes gets real nervous, as he came from an abusive environment so finding the right place wasn't easy. After about our third visit, his little stubby tail got wagging as soon as we pulled into the parking lot and he started spinning in circles right in the car. Little guy couldn't get in there fast enough. It's amazing, Great energy from the lady there. I feel like she really loves this monkey looking little buddy of mine. read more

Lovely place!! the service is great and lives up to its name. I took my puppy there since the end of november last year and have been going there ever since for everything! My puppy is really shy and especially doesn't like it when stranger keep touching it or even stoop down to pet it but annabelle who works there really has a way with him. The staff is ALWAYS ALWAYS friendly, from the moment you walk in. I would have liked to post a picture of my puppy with his recent new groomed cut from this place but I'll save it for the next cut from them! Took my long haired dachshund to get groomed here a few days ago. Asked if they can trim a bit off the excess area like his neck and feet since he sheds a lot. Came back and he had all his fur buzzed off. Its january and temperatures range from 10-30 degrees. You would think they'd have common sense. read more

Took my dogs last week. Pulled a flea off one of my dogs. On top of that, both my dogs had multiple cuts.

when i came here last time my dog got a cut. i didnt notice until my dog was licking the cut obsessively. So i took him to the vet and found out that it was a clippers cut. since he was licking it alot that the cut got a secondary infection. like how do you have the nerve to cut my dog and not tell me when I pick him up if they told me right there on the spot i could have gotten it done with right away and when i went back to complain they acted like they never saw my dog before like how are you going to say that when you groomed him few days ago. I dont recommend anyone going there unless you want your dog coming back home with cuts. read more
