We first started going here several years ago when we bought our first pool from them. As first time pool owners, they were fabulous at walking us through everything and setting us up for success. Fast-forward to this past June. A very brief tornado went through our neighborhood, but it was strong enough to destroy our pool. They were absolutely wonderful helping us through the process of getting a quote for the insurance company and lining up people to get the replacement pool put up quickly so that we could have a pool for the rest of the summer. I can't say enough about the people here. They are truly wonderful. I only wish they were closer. As a typical Rhode Islander, Coventry is a hike, so we try to only go up once or twice a year... When I asked for one Then threw it on the counter at me .Yelling at me again to have a good day.. Sorry so long winded. So I call to speak to the owner. Who called me once and I was working I missed the call I finally called when I could. His first comment was I called you twice... me ok I don't see that on my phone. Anyway he said he spoke to his employees. they said they they heard the both of us yelling ". Me) really !! I'm the customer. New England Spas would not provide me any information on his arrival time (morning or afternoon). He then stated that he needed to order a new controller and 2 Moto Message jets. He nor New England Spas could / would me the price nor when they would be available. This Wednesday, the tech showed up with the parts. He replace the controller and the 2 Moto Message jets. He did not test either one and left. I received an invoice for over $1400 and the 2 Moto Message jests do not work!!!!! It's impossible to talk to a real person. They do not provide and estimate on the cost or time during the day. Not even morning or afternoon. They are happy to sell you a new spa, but be very careful, they have the worst service I have ever seen.

They advertise the cs6 hot cold tub on the phone and this is the one I purchased. It has been a nightmare ! They are a retailer for leisure products in Johnson city , tn who is a very shady and dishonest company. I am actually having to sue them. I would do a lot of research before buying a hot tub and these guys supposedly make everything here in the USA but I just got done disconnecting the cold side from the hot side because all I have had issues with the cold side. Of course lpi always says it is my gfci which it isn't because after I disconnected the cold side it runs fine. They just will not stand by their products or their warranty's so do not buy from lpi do the research. Nordic spas etc are good reliable products. On a positive note I am basically a spa technician now from dealing with this spa which I paid 8200 dollars for new and dumped another two grand in repairs and it still doesn't work. Carey is a solid person but his retailers are not so maybe you see if he sells anything besides lpi products. Good luck !

Went there after I ordered it and I literally saw several of them on the shelf. The young 16 year old behind the desk told me I needed the confirmation email before he could give me the product I had paid for and to "come back tomorrow"?!? I Live over an hour away in Glocester, RI on the CT line & instead of "working" with the customer he tells me to come back tomorrow?! SO I just rebought the &1,000 vacuum with my card and cancelled my online order! However I still haven't been credited my $1,000. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT! This is why places like this need EXPERIENCED management and experienced customer service representative's. Not only that as a 34 year old petite woman I was offered ZERO help carrying this 80 lb vacuum! They literally left it half way behind the counter & just watched me struggle! While this is just one of many positive experiences, this one stands out a bit above the rest…read more Last season, I overtightened a fitting on one of the connectors between the filter and the pool. Although the "nut" had split, the connection wasn't leaking, so I left it alone. :) As I prepared to open the pool this year, it became apparent that I needed to replace the broken piece. Since it was a PVC connector that was part of the plumbing for all of the return lines, the repair was looking fairly complex. I brought the piece to the shop, where I met with Keller and Bill. Keller was just as concerned as I was about the complexity of rebuilding everything necessary to replace the one broken component. As Bill walked by, he took one look at the part and said, "Oh, that's an easy fix." Keller and Bill headed to the back and returned with a handful of pieces. It's a little complicated to describe, but I got home, followed their advice, and was up and running in no time. Experience matters. What seems like a dilemma to one person is often a problem that someone else has solved many times before. The lesson learned: when in doubt, ask an expert. I'm grateful for Bill's experience and his willingness to share it. Thank you!
