The people at this location are fine but they sell horrible products unfortunately or I just got very unlucky. They advertise the cs6 hot cold tub on the phone and this is the one I purchased. It has been a nightmare ! They are a retailer for leisure products in Johnson city , tn who is a very shady and dishonest company. I am actually having to sue them. I would do a lot of research before buying a hot tub and these guys supposedly make everything here in the USA but I just got done disconnecting the cold side from the hot side because all I have had issues with the cold side. Of course lpi always says it is my gfci which it isn't because after I disconnected the cold side it runs fine. They just will not stand by their products or their warranty's so do not buy from lpi do the research. Nordic spas etc are good reliable products. On a positive note I am basically a spa technician now from dealing with this spa which I paid 8200 dollars for new and dumped another two grand in repairs and it still doesn't work. Carey is a solid person but his retailers are not so maybe you see if he sells anything besides lpi products. Good luck ! read more

Cary was a great salesmen "in" the store. Knowledgable and patient..... However the issues started when we got home later in the day We signed nothing in the store when we said we wanted to purchase, which I found odd at the time. Cary kept saying you should finance because it's zero % interest, which we where going to pay on debt card, he talked us out of it- I should have known if it's too good to be true it is. When I got the email from wells Fargo it said double the price of the in store ticket cost... I clearly didn't sign the internet form and called Cary the next day... He then told me about how 9299 is just the base hot tub with no add ons and that's the cash price ... NONE of this was explained in store... Cary told us multiple times the hot tub comes with everything on the ticket for 9299.00 .... Come to find out there is a different price for financing.... Honestly, the best part of the experience was Nelson and his workers. They were absolutely phenomenal. The buying experience... not so great but I'm not about bashing people. I'm just leaving an honest rating. I would actually rate it 2 1/2 stars because it was mid level experience. The tub isn't hooked up yet so we shall see how that goes. I purchased the Catalina Nantucket Hot Tub a couple of years ago and it has been the WORST investment I could have ever made. This hot tub has had so many problems from the 1st year I purchased it. The sales woman made it seem like it came with such a great warranty and was one of the BEST RELIABLE hot tubs on the market and now I know she was just looking for a sale and that's sad to take advantage of people. I have had parts rust within the first year, valves stop working, seals break and now the heater is gone and guess what...it's not covered over with a warranty..the warranty is only good for 2 years..and guess what else I paid 10k NOT 4K what it's probably worth..I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy...I should have went with the bullfrog. We bought a Tuff Spas TT250 from Carey in November 2024. He was nice to work with and I went by the "Buy the seller" philosophy. We received the hot tub 1 month later and all seemed good. However, it turns out the hot tub was not insulated properly at the warehouse. It appears they did the "Extreme" foam add on we purchased, but never did the base "Full foam" that is supposed to come standard on all Tuff Spas hot tubs. This led to a very inefficient first month of operating and our electricity consumption went up by over 1,000 kwh more than our most expensive usage in the last 2 years. While Cary seems like a nice person, he is powerless to help you after making the sale and his response tends to be, "I'm just the sales guy, you need to call tech support." After submitting videos, thermal images and photos the company sent me a foam spray kit. While that's lovely and all, applying spray foam to a very inaccessible hot tub is a nightmare...especially in the middle of winter. I've submitted a complaint to the BBB for LPI, Inc (The parent company). Sadly, I would recommend hot tub buyers to look elsewhere for hot tubs if you actually want a quality product and good support from your local dealer. read more

This has been a disaster of a hot tub purchase for the last 12 months. Aqua Living and LPI Inc are the worst companies I have EVER dealt with. Got the wrong color hot tub with 3 features I did not order, but had to pay for. Broken on/off valve from the day we got it until now, 12 months later. Water fall feature broken b/c constantly on b/c valve has been broken the whole time. Worst part is the Tuff Top that they claim is the best top you can have. My electric bill (in MA) last March was $1200!!! Never answer emails/calls quickly, send out a tech 8weeks after you fill out online service request, wrong parts, can't fix Tuff Top...disaster start to finish! read more

Let me start by saying, I walked in with a friend of mine. I wasnt planning on buying anything. My friend was interested in a hot tub. I knew nothing about them. The woman who took care of us was Carol Benoit. Omg! The knowledge she has on hot tubs is outstanding!! Not only did my friend buy one, but now I'm interested and will be going back! Update from previous review: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We received our hot tub and there's nothing wrong with the hot tub but three weeks after delivery while we're on vacation in another country with limited access to voicemail or email I received a text message from my sales rep Carol threatening to come and pick up my tub because they can't read a paycheck stub! They wanted to confirm my husband's income for the six months same as cash option when we already signed it was approved and had the hot tub delivered. If you look at his paycheck stub it is very evident what his weekly biweekly and annual overall income is but they wanted clarification. When I would not give them clarification they threaten to come and get my tub when I already was approved for the financing! I emailed her boss and never received a response back. She responded telling me that she's sorry and that I should enjoy my vacation and my hot tub after she just ruined my vacation by threatening me! This place is a joke! My husband makes 7 times the required minimum monthly payment! These people are extremely unprofessional and their idea of customer service is threatening people. read more

Never ever use this company for a hot tub or anything in your life! The unprofessionalism and rudeness I have received from Carol there was un-fuc*ing real excuse my language. We were given the run around for months about our hot tub we purchased and when I took it upon myself to take care of it instead of my husband emailing I was very nice and respectful until I got nothing but lies and rude comments in return when she started to YELL at me! On the phone. I had stated I just was looking for a specific time and day they were coming to deliever since it had been weeks since she said it would be delivered the next day and we hadn't herd thinking our tub was a scam and they took our money. Once I got in touch and she said it's raining today and tomorrow (which there was not a cloud in the sky) she started yelling at me about how she doesn't send her guys in the rain under any circumstance. Which it was not raining may I add again. Four days later we kept getting the run around until I told my husband to buy a trailer and go pick it up I did not want to give them my $450 for delivery I was so angry the way she lies and spoke to me. She set up a time my husband left work early showed up to get it and she was not there and had said her guys couldn't go and she meant to call him!!! I don't think soooo! She asked my husband probably thinking he couldn't if he knew how to work a fork truck and I'm sure she was surprised when she said yes and she was making him load it himself!!! Saying it would be another few days to see if they could deliver it or we could pick it up cause no one would be there! Well we were very frustrated with all the Covid related delays we encountered. Communication could have been better but in the end we got our hot tub. Delivery was a bit difficult where my deck was but we all made it happen. Now as far as the hot tub it is fantastic. The quality is great for the money. Everything works as expected. We love the tub. Only negative is with the plug n play my electric bill has gone up $300 per month! I will never keep tub running in winter, can't afford to. Power went out for two days with temps in teens and no freeze damage. Temp dropped to 58. Took 48 hours to recover to 103. read more

I was looking for an affordable hot tub for my family. All the local retailers wanted over $8k for hot tubs with 46 or less jets. I found Aqua Living Outlet online and I filled out the online form to inquire about a tub. I heard from Carole right away. I told her our budget and she picked out the Dr. Wellness G-12 which had audio, lights, waterfalls, and 72 jets all for within our budget! I was thrilled. We took advantage of the 6 months same as cash financing option. Once we selected the tub she stated she would have it to us in 3 days! It was delivered in 3 days by a very professional and nice company with 2 young men who built our stairs for us. (even though that was not their job). We filled the tub and used it the other night and it was AMAZING!!! It worked perfect. I am still trying to figure out all of the gadgets and I have never owned a hot tub before so I am trying to figure out the chemical balance of the water, but whenever I call Carole or text her she always responds. The only complaints I have are the lack of a tutorial when they drop off the spa. Given I have never owned one, I would have had liked a personal tutorial. I also would have liked to know the super high cost of delivery up front prior to making the decision on the tub. I was only told after the fact that it was going to be $600 to deliver the tub and take the old tub away. Also we already had electrical but we had to hook it up and drill a hole in the tub to feed the electrical lines through. I would have liked a full service option for delivery instead of the just drop off and hope for the best. Other than those complaints the tub and Carole are awesome! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would give them -5 stars if I could. They are going to great you with a smile and show you their lone of products and make promises. They will not keep them. They are shady, their customer service is terrible. They don't disclose all the costs. I started my process with this company 4/20. I was told I would get hot tub by august. Got a call from the salesperson in June. Then was told might not be till October or November. I was not upset about delay. I understood we were in middle of pandemic. But then I heard nothing. Made a number of calls with no response. Finally, in March a woman answered the phone and explained that the prior salesperson is no longer with the company she was taking over and was currently with her regional mgr. he got on phone and assured me communication issue would be fixed. Come June I had to call again. They were rude at times and difficult to deal with. then when the hot tub finally gets delivered the shipping agent tells me there is a $900 delivery charge. We were told delivery was included unless the needed a crane. Which was not the case. sad part is the swim spa I bought seems like a nice product. Waiting for electrician to hook it up so can't speak to functional but not worth the grief and hassle. read more

Buyer beware!!!! We bought a hot tub from Carol and it turned into a nightmare. We purchased the hot tub in April and was told it would be in about 6 weeks, well six weeks went by and we called looking for our tub. We were then told it was on it's way from Tennessee and should be in about a week. Well should of been the first clue. We then called the following week and was told it was in the warehouse great. Still waited my husband called and was told it was coming from Tennessee. So we proceed to tell her you told us that a week ago. It then cost us $350 to have it delivered and the delivery guy gave us a two week runaround. We demanded our money back they showed up that day with the hot tub. Carol was supposed to come and show us how to program the tub she never did. We could not get it programmed so we called Carol and she told us to read the manual it was not her job to come out and help. We called corporate and got the runaround from them again we demanded our money back. This has been going on we are now in July. After calling corporate on a regular basis and demanding our money back which they would not. They found a tech in Connecticut to come, this is after Glenn came out from Auqa living and said out control panel was no good. In July from April. So a person from Connecticut came and said nothing wrong with panel it needed tobha memory cleared. WTF all this time and it was a simple fix. I am appalled at the lack of customer service this place has. They take your money and tell you to screw pretty much. read more

Worst experience I have ever had by far. My wife and I purchased a hot tub in April. Understandably we were told that COVID has delayed the delivery and we could expect 8-12 weeks. Well after literally a call every week to the factory we are still waiting to have it built and here it is November 5 months later!! I have left Carol emails and voicemails with no response. Each time I call the factory which is hard to actually get the return calls, I am told it is going into production in 1-2 weeks. Every week same issue. Then a few weeks ago I was told all the parts were in and we were scheduled to go into production on 11/6. Well called today after 4 attempts this week and was told they ran out of pumps! This is crazy. You took our money no problem in June, set false expectations and at minimum cannot even deliver quality customer service. At this point I expect a significant discount. Also when it comes if it comes during winter it should be fun trying to set everything up with a crane. Again worst experience, poor service, bad communication. I should have paid more money and got better service. As they say you get what you pay for! The only good news from this as being in sales and service myself I will share this experience with my clients and explain why you pay more for a superior product and service!!! My husband and I purchased a hot tub from this company. Was told it would be in within 4 to 5 weeks. Over 15 weeks later it finally arrived. We chose to pick it up ourselves considering the crazy $450.00 delivery fee and who knew how long we would have to wait. When we brought it home, we noticed the sides were all banged up. I figured no big deal. I will just use a colored marker. Did not want to complain. Then we opened it up. A piece covering the filter was busted and you could see where someone tried to add screws to hold it into place. I contacted Carol who stated she ordered a new one and we would have it within in a few days. It has now been 6 weeks. Still no part and no reply back from Carol. Do not buy from this company!!! I am in the process of filing a compliant with the Better Business Bureau. Oh and did I mention that half the time the blue tooth system doesn't work. Poor quality, poor customer service. Do not buy a hot tub/spa from this company! The lack of professionalism and quality of product is horrible! Our hot tub was ordered in Early April and was expected to arrive In four to six weeks. It did not arrive until late July and arrived a hot mess! The delivery company delivered with damaged panels and a damaged cover. We contacted the company (corporate and local person named Carol) numerous times and numerous times we were told lies. Carol would go weeks without answering us and Brian from corporate would deny our calls. New panels and a new cover were promised to us after the damage was noted however we waited months for this to be resolved and as of right now we have only received the cover and are still waiting for the new panels. It is now the end of October. Ordering this hot tub has been a nightmare and this company should be shut down. Carol and Brian should not be allowed to work for this company anymore due to months of lies, ignored calls, and faulty product. Stay away from aqua living! read more
