Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

After trying different potential fixes unsuccessfully, he ultimately called a pool heater specialist who came out and diagnosed the problem as an inadequate gas supply. I had the gas line replaced and now the heater works great. I appreciate the fact that Clay has the resources to get the problem solved if he can't do it himself. I would certainly call him again if necessary.

It looked worse than before the acid wash. I was told it would need to be emptied and scrubbed. The owner of Ocean Wave spent hours scrubbing my pool and it all came out without draining it! He cleaned it up like it never happened. On top of that, my pool has never ever looked better or more blue since we've owned our home! He even figured out how to run our waterfall every day!
