Mind you the guy gives me no times and I work nights, so with no idea of when they are getting there I wake up may 27th at 8 am. I've only gotten 4 hours of sleep at this point. I stay in my house waiting for these pool people all day until 5pm when they close and no one came. I tried to call multiple times with no answer during the day when they were open. I get up early yet again and call them this morning. Someone didn't answer so I finally get a call back. The guy on the phone apologizes to me and says they were closed yesterday, and HE FORGOT TO CALL ME FRIDAY BECAUSE HE WAS SOO BUSY. So now my pool will not be open for another week. I just find this really disrespectful to your customer. I was not offered a discount or a next day service. Just pay full price and go to the back of the line. I find this lack of respect for the customers time very rude. Call at your own risk cause that guy at the front desk doesn't know what he's doing.

Brandon came out, met me, looked over the job, took pictures, and said he would get back to me with an estimate in about a day or so. Thursday came and went with no estimate. Friday came and still nothing. I called them on Friday and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone--it kept rerouting to someone else. After several attempts, I finally reached Brandon. He quoted me $800 for a job that would probably take less than an hour and a half. When I asked him to email the estimate over, he couldn't even do that. This company is a complete waste of time. Poor communication, slow to follow up, and wildly overpriced for such a small job. I would not recommend Revive Exteriors to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Thick bushes were removed and hauled off in preparation of the concrete; all of which was completed within the week of contacting Southern Contractors. The shed will be delivered today. The guys will assemble the shed within a week, allowing the concrete to cure. Everything, thus far has been handled extremely professionally!
