    Made an Appointment for "Early Saturday" - and now its 3:40PM and still no pool water! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

    contacted Culligan of Annapolis to replace a resin tank that was leaking from the bottom on June…read more23, 2025. Didn't get a appointment until August 18, 2025. At the Company request I sent them photos of the leak type of tank and they helped me turn off the bad tank and use the second tank. The Technician came out to the house with the wrong tank. They acknowledged they brought the wrong tank and needed to order and come back with the new tank. The issue I have is that I was being charged a service fee for their mistake. No work or Inspection was performed and they already knew what the problem was and what type of tank they needed. Tried to resolve the issue with them and no compromise on their behalf. Looking forward to going to small claims court on this!!!

I left a message, but continued to try to call every half hour or so. I finally got a text back from 'Jamie'. Jamie tried to upsell me a new system during this emergency, which I'd happily argue was caused by a Culligan installer. Jamie was great and gave advice until I told them I wasn't interested in buying a new system. Now it's been an hour since I've heard from Jamie. I got ghosted because I wasn't interested in purchasing a new system during a crisis. Update: Got a text from the branch manager around noon, where I was promised a technician around 3pm. The tech was a little early, but told me that the office could have talked me through turning on the bypass over the phone. I was charged more than $200 for this, was told that I needed to replace my water softener system. Definitely getting quotes from competitors.

    I can't comment on Mylin's Pool Water delivery because they cancelled my order (after waiting THREE…read moreWEEKS), however, I do have feedback regarding their (lack of) customer service. While I appreciate they call one-day in advance to confirm delivery, they do NOT leave a voicemail should you not be able to answer the phone. At that point, they assume your order cancelled. We called Mylin's on the scheduled delivery day to firm up the time only to learn this is their approach to customer service and our order was cancelled. When asked, their representative explained their policy and the fact they do not leave voicemail or anything else to identify they called. They will "try" to get us on the schedule. Absolutely horrible customer service and, as it appears, zero intention of improving. While there is always the slimmest of chances this will be rectified, I'm not counting on it. I linked my account onto Yelp specifically to leave this feedback.

On the day we were scheduled they canceled a few hours before they were to deliver the water. With plaster pools, you have a specific time frame to get the water in or else it cracks. So I found a company that would deliver 2 tanks, I called mylins back to get them to come the next day and finish and was told the owner wouldn't do that. Then receptionist argued with me. I asked to speak to the owner and never received a return call. Unprofessional, terrible customer service.

    We are having nothing but trouble with Waterfy Me. The most recent issue we've had is they randomly…read moredelivered on the wrong day (5 days early) while we were away on holiday. We were delivered fewer bottles than we were charged for, they were left blocking a shared hallway for those 5 days, and we are now left with an apartment full of empty bottles as they obviously didn't pick those up. When we complained, we were told we would be charged $15 for them to fix their error. Sadly, this is par for the course with them. They are incredibly disorganized and their customer service is rubbish. Edit: Upon reading the above review, Waterfy Me cancelled our service completely. They now want us to return a load of bottles of water we have already purchased, and a cooler which we have four weeks of rent left on, which is basically theft. Everything I said above is true, so they have no grounds for retaliation. It seems they would rather lash out than try to fix their issues, which is incredibly unprofessional. They have also made numerous errors over the time they have been delivering to us. We have received the wrong number of bottles. We have received them on the wrong day. They can not work with you to reschedule around you being away without a lot of hassle. This last issue just the latest annoyance.

Edit: I originally called this 2 stars because I do in fact empathize with the difficulty in doing business these day. However I've reduced my rating to 1 star after receiving a short-sighted, religiously intolerant, email.
