I signed paperwork a month ago, still waiting for my copies...we were told the permits for the pool was covered when I wrote a $9,000 check... I was told we needed another permit not covered by Bradley Pools... a landscaper came to my home and said to get this "other" permit, it will cost another $6,000 to give me this other permit... I have known the owners of Pools By Bradley for over 20 years and was one of their first customers!! I have highly recommended them to friends and THEY have had pools built and had the same experience I did, which was AMAZING. Pools by Bradley is a family owned and operated company and they treat you like family. The pools turn out incredible and you've made friends for life. If they make a mistake, which is rare, Pools by Bradley will make sure they do whatever it takes to fix their error and make it right. We chose Pools by Bradley after careful research based on their company reviews, word of mouth, and A+ rating with the BBB and signed with them in Feb 2022. It's now 13 months post-signature and 8 months post-dig and we are just now filling the pool due to delays caused by their staff and more critically their chosen vendor's deceptive and substandard work. The vendor they chose to install our pool deck cut corners during installation and knowingly used improper materials, something we would have never known if it hadn't been for our security cameras. Over four months have been spent to-date working to correct this defective installation that should have never occurred had there been proper oversight of the onsite work by Pools by Bradley as the contractor and correct installation by their chosen subcontractor. While we have given numerous opportunities for Pools by Bradley to have the issues corrected, they have done so by electing to continue using the same vendor who has done the bare minimum to address the problems and in turn has now created new damage by cutting pavers out rather than removing them by hand. We are now left with gaps between pavers that are the result of this improper removal method that cannot be corrected without being completely replaced with new materials. We've repeatedly expressed our frustrations and concerns and are being told it's all in our heads. At this point the final product promised and paid for has not been delivered. We have tried to work in good faith with the company to come to a resolution and they have failed to do so, despite their previous assurances they would work with us to make things perfect. Pools by Bradley would rather continue to stand behind their vendor's substandard workmanship than with the customers who purposefully chose and trusted them to delivery a quality final product. read more

I purchased a home from Taylor Morrison (new construction) and had Pools by Bradley install the new pool and spa and fire pit. The whole process was an awesome one and we got a great pool, spa and fire pit. We did have some issues that we encountered when we tried to sell the house, The permits for the fire pit and spa were never "Final Inspected" and never closed out,(this was 2 years later)...So, I went to the office and told someone at the front desk and it fell on deaf ears..I paid the fines and penalties myself and figured it was a closed issue. I received an email requesting a survey a year after I sold the property .Well ,I spoke the truth.... and THE NEXT DAY, I received a call from the owner..She was never told of this situation and had some office staff turn over, and she was unaware of my problem. Well , she went above and beyond to make this right ..over a year after the problem. She paid me back for the fines and ALSO..bought my wife and I a lovely dinner at our favorate restaurant. Pools by Bradley just finished our back yard project this week. They were so amazing, I had to stop and write a review. I have never had a major construction project go so well. We cannot think of anything negative to say about the whole experience. From the first time we sat down with Bradley in his showroom and he came up with an amazing design, until the last day when two of his employees, Brad and Jeremy, came by and spent a couple of hours going over all the equipment and explaining everything first time pool owners needed to know. Sylvia, in the office, kept everything running smooth by organizing the contractors every day, as well as the permits and all of the many inspections by the city of Lake Mary. She was amazing, always texting us to tell us what and who to expect next. They broke ground on the pool Christmas week, and started filling it with water on Valentines Day!! This was complete with spa, multi-level paver deck and a two story screened enclosure. You hear so many horror stories about pool companies, but everyone at Pools by Bradley have been the most amazing and professional group I have ever dealt with. read more
