As I started walking around and still have 17 minutes till closing, the owner/manager and employee behind the counter was making fun of us for walking in so close of closing, saying it loud enough for us to hear. I chose Glenn because he answered every question that I had. He was a local vendor and available for any follow up service that I may need. He sent the electrician to my house for the electrical work. The next day Glenn delivered my hot tub and the electrician came back to do the final hook up. Two years ago I decided I wanted the cover turned so that it opens in another direction. I called Glenn and in a couple days he was there to fix it the way I wanted it. I've had a couple minor things happen and when I called Glenn he walked me thru the problem over the phone, no service call needed and no charge. April 2020 my hot tub has been cold for about a month. I think the heat pump went out. We are in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic and the store is not open but I called anyway and left a message. Glenn called me back within an hour. I just wanted to know how much a heat pump costs. He asked me what it said on the display and when I told him SL he said there's nothing wrong with my pump that I had put the hot tub in sleep mode (you can stop laughing now). So he told me how to get it out of sleep mode and it's working fine again. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I have received from him which is probably the most important part of the whole purchase. So if you are looking to buy a hot tub do yourself a favor and go see Glenn. You won't be disappointed.

They provided me with a detailed list of exactly the parts necessary to repair my unit. When the parts came in, I rescheduled an appointment, and the same guys arrived to fix the tub. At that point, they informed me that there was now a problem with a leaking pump motor. Again, they provided me with a detailed invoice. I am currently waiting on the parts to arrive. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to speak with the owner. A first class gentleman. Turns out that one of the repair men is the owner's son. Obviouly, the companies run by an excellent business man and also father; as his son was a top-notch repairmen. There's a company closer to me (4 miles) that I didn't hire, because they told me a few things that weren't true (a fucking liar) I am much better off with the Hot Tub Outlet. Needless to say, I give them, my business, and recommendation. Do not waste time calling another hot tub company, even though they maybe closer.

2017 Update: After much discussion and several visits, we…read moredid receive a refund for the "extra electrical" that their subcontractor charged us on the spot, for electrical that was already included in our contract with Midwest. We also received a refund for the drainage repair we paid for after the Midwest workers crushed a large PVC drainage tube and then covered it up without telling us. Product-wise, we've been happy with the fiberglass pool. Granted, we've only had it open for one season. We also invested in a power cover, and although we're happy with the added level of safety, I'm a little concerned with the quality of the actual mechanics. We'll see how long it lasts. Here is some advice if you're planning on going with Midwest: 1 - Ask for a name and number of the Midwest employee that will be overseeing you're entire installation, and make sure they're at your house when the subcontractors are working. Most of our issues wouldn't have happened if their subcontractors were properly supervised by a Midwest employee. After all, that is what you're paying Midwest to do. 2 - Get everything in writing. Even if it's for something small. The labor to close our pool was already covered by an addendum, but we had to prove it on three separate occasions.
