It's worth making the trip now, not later. The menu is exceptionally well-curated, hitting that sweet spot of what Houston does best. comfort, creativity, and just enough flair to keep things interesting. The space matches the vibe: modern and minimalist with a subtle Chip-and-Joanna-Gaines touch. The drink menu is just as thoughtful. Even the well spirits are solid. We kicked things off with the deviled eggs topped with maple pork belly, easily some of the creamiest I've ever had. Do not split an order. Everyone at the table should get their own. For the entrée, I went with the Sunday enchiladas made with Killen's famous brisket. Smoke, salt, pepper and exactly what you want from a dish like this. It typically comes with Mexican rice and refried beans, but the rice was running behind during my visit, so I swapped in scrambled eggs (it was brunch) no complaints. They were simple buttery, creamy and just damn delicious. peach bread pudding that was downright decadent. Easily one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. Make you wanna slap yo momma.

Because it was the last night, they were understandably out of a lot of dishes and wine. Of what we had, I really liked the 24-hour fried chicken, spinach salad, and carrot cake. Service was just OK, but, again, it was the last night of dinner service, so I'm sure everyone was tired! I wish them all the best. :)

Tumble 22 did NOT skip out on the portions, cause tell me why 8-piece chicken nuggets nearly obliterate me. Service was also friendly and quick! The orders came with a slice of bread that was placed under the chicken; overall, the chicken was prepared well & the quality was evident! I wish the bread had been provided separately, because after a while, the chicken made it soggy, so it deterred me from eating it. They had a unique "Korean" version of their chicken, marinated in spicy Gochujang sauce, and I ordered the Honey Mustard as my dip. While it was delicious, it was a bit salty, so next time I come, I wouldn't get the Korean version. They also had unique Szechuan fries that I'd love to try!

It's a bit difficult to get in and out of the parking lot onto the street. The menu is very simple and fast food esque; chicken sandwiches, tenders, and fries / sides. The sandwich was fairly good sized and comes with one side. The chicken itself was a bit bland; the cole slaw out of everything was well seasoned and had good flavor. The fries are the typical frozen shoe string fries. Service is okay; again, this spot borders on a fast food restaurant so it's quite simple service. Overall, it's okay; the chicken isn't spectacular but it's a step above Canes or Laynes in some ways but flavor wise also missing something special.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The service was excellent--our server was attentive, friendly, and kept our drinks refilled throughout the meal. The food was delicious all around. The fried pork chops were perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside. They were served with creamy mashed potatoes, flavorful gravy, and fresh green beans that were cooked just right. The pot roast was fall-apart tender, rich with flavor, and served over mashed potatoes with perfectly cooked vegetables. We also enjoyed the roasted Brussels sprouts, black-eyed peas, and the hot skillet cornbread, which was fresh, buttery, and absolutely worth ordering. The kids loved their meals too! The hamburger was cooked well, and the chicken tenders were crispy, juicy, and definitely kid-approved. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the meal. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Thanks to my sister-in-law and her husband for introducing us to this gem. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town!

I visited this place twice back to back, once for lunch and for Sunday brunch. For Lunch: They have $20 lunch special (Choose an appetizers and an entree). So I order the lobster hushpuppies appetizer and the fish sandwich w\fries for my entree. Both were very excellent. My friend had the wedge salad to start and the fried shrimp and fried oyster poboy w\fries for his entree. Also excellent. I ordered a Patio Flower cocktail which was very refreshing. Had the bread pudding with vanilla ice cream for dessert (very delicious). For Brunch: came with 2 other friends. Orders: fried shrimp and oyster platter (excellent), Reuben sandwich (friend said he did not really like it) and the shrimp and grits (delicious). Definitely have the red velvet bundt cake, you will not be disappointed. The house margarita on the rocks is also refreshing. Service is casual and prompt. Every one is friendly here. This is a neighborhood spot filled with locals and the vibe is very relaxed. There is a small bar you can be seated at and they have a big menu so you will definitely find something you like to eat. I will definitely make this a go-to spot for me and my friends. Come and definitely check out there specials (impressive)
