I would've known if my dogs had fleas two of them are white. They're constantly on my lap. I would've gotten bit for sure and I would've seen them. They sleep in our bed on a white down comforter. This small goldendoodle has a small fragile neck with the collar tight enough to push on her vocal cords. I looked it up and the collar has 2 large prongs on it and is listed as shock buzz or sound.
