BEWARE!! This is what they did to my daughter! THREE different injuries to her nails/fingers. The nail tech also not only hurt her (the one cut was actually pretty significant), but the actual nail job itself was very poorly done as well. Definitely DO NOT recommend this salon! Pics of cuts have medicine on them to prevent infection, hence why it looks like stuff on there. My daughter was there on April 5th to get her nails done for her birthday. UPDATE: Mia is trying to say my daughter's nails were somehow "like this already" before her appt?! This is untrue. Even more upset now! Not a chip, not a break, and I get compliments STILL. I am so happy with my nails. You can see the growth from the blue nails to the red! They are gel only, no acrylic! She fixed my crooked nails from someone from a different salon and also suggested the nail shape that suits my fingers. I am beyond satisfied with their service and the result of their work!! Came to get my toes done with a friend from work. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. The two gentlemen that did our pedicures took very good care of us. After I left, I made a quick trip to Walmart and while walking around, I kept feeling like there was something stuck to one of my toes. When I got back to the car and investigated closer...there was still a bunch of clear gel all over my toes that I ended up have to pick/peel off. I also noticed that some of the polish didn't get cleaned up around my nail and was on my skin. To be honest, I do not recommend this nail salon. Leslie was rude to me and the work they did was sub-par. I made an appointment several days in advanced. I texted the number they told me to in order to make an appointment and I still have the message to prove that I asked for a full set and pedicure and the date and time the appointment was made for and Ashley. Leslie fought with me that I only told her a fill for Ashley and told me that she had other appointments that morning. She was not polite about it whatsoever and spoke crap in her language to her husband literally right in front of me. I don't know what to tell you, Leslie. Maybe that you planned your schedule poorly and made your customer feel like they're the jerk? Oh and mind you I told them I was looking for a regular nail salon and they told me that their business has been hurting with the construction on rainbow. Great job at trying to win your customers over, especially new ones. 2 stars because I feel bad and at the end of the day I left with a full set and pedicure. Never been asked more than once if I want gel, until I came here. I don't get my nails done often, maybe once a year. I got mine done for my birthday. Immediately was suggested to dip powder, had to say no twice. Then gel, said no then get asked again by another woman. I understand how gel works and how it's much better and longer lasting but I don't care for it. I'm not girly and don't plan to keep up with the nail maintenance. After saying no twice, she mentioned it's only $10 more than the $50 regular and how it will dry faster and last longer. I finally said fine, because I was already planning on spending $60. If you're going to suggest gel at a better deal, why even have regular for $50 on the price menu and hassle people for it. Will not be returning. I've been here before with no issues. read more
