Diane is absolutely the best in the business!! I went to her a few years ago and I will randomly go back whenever she can fit me in and it's always amazing!! The only reason I don't go to her every time is my schedule is always changing and she is always booked weeks in advance!! There is a reason it's so hard to get in her books. If you can book with her I highly recommend!! Not to mention all the staff is great! I've had a few of her workers do my nails and I'm never disappointed!! Perfect shape! Perfect thickness! And she gives advice to help your nails if their thinning! Ugh can't say enough about this place!

Quick overview: Last Friday, I asked my sister in law where she gets her gel manicures done as I've finally decided to leave the archaic, drab ways of acrylics and move on to the colorful world of gels. Luxury nails- and alas the yelp search began. I must admit I was quite nervous as I read thru the not so ravishing reviews they've gotten from fellow yelpers. Hmmmm, I should probably try some place else. Sunday came and my SIL calls, she said "Let's get our nails done before family dinner". She picked me up around 3, as she was driving toward Luxury Nail's direction she started telling me how she was sad that her favorite nail artist was no longer there. I proceeded to ask what her name was, Diana she said. I had a huge smile on my face and told her I knew exactly where to find her. Thus our journey ended at Diana's nail shop where my SIL was reunited with her nail goddess. All thanks to YELP! So as promised by my SIL, my first experience with gel manicures with Diana was A+ and then some more. She explained to me what the process was, with the array of vibrant colors they offer it was pretty overwhelming to choose but with her help we opted with Black Diamond. The total experience was nothing short of spectacular. It was a day well spent catching up and pampering. So glad to have found a go to spot to kick my shoes off and just relax. Until next time...

I came here on a Monday morning there was two other people I got seated and taken care of Ann. They're very friendly here and they did a great job on my nails. It was 45 for a full gel set and I was content next Time I will just specify that I like my coffin nails very sharp. No complaints from me.

They have crappy old nail polish here and the selection is lame. The pedi its eel was nice and thorough and the hot stone was good. But now I have to go get them repainted before tonight! It started smudging 5 hours after I got it done!! The nail polish is still soft. Waste of $30 read more

Went in for a pedicure and left with two nasty ingrown toenails that are HIGHLY painful. I should have said something right away when the tech cut down the side of toenails like she was some kind of podiatrist because I immediately felt pain. The next day both my big toes were red and swollen on the sides. Didn't realize I was paying for an infection but here we are. She was also very aggressive with the scrubbing that left my right heel sore and irritated. Terrible experience and do not recommend read more

Needed a pedicure fix since I was away from home so I decided to stop by and give it a try I currently pay $35 with gel and tip included in LA so I assume it would be the same checked the prices and it said $30 so I was like ok once done I was charged $50 for a basic pedicure same gel nail polish nothing extra no callus removal to excuse for the amount I paid didn't want to argue so I went ahead and paid won't be back! read more

I called ahead and asked when to come in. Simple cutting of my fingernails job. She said 3pm. Despite the setup when I got there it was clear she was behind and too busy. I waited 20 min and then was rushed through the process. Several nails still had snags afterwards. It was first and last time for me. She needs help to manage phone awhile she's doing the work. Maybe I caught her on a busy understaffed day, I don't know. read more

Ask for Ken he is an Amazing nail sculpture and can do just about anything! I only have him do my nails so I can only speak for his work. I wanted a set of pink and whites and I explained I wanted the pink very dark, he did gel and used a very dark hot pink which was perfect! The work and effort he puts into my nail creation is incredible, he takes his time and is a perfectionist which I love! I am so spoiled by his work I refuse to go anywhere else so if he gives up the nail profession in the future I will be screwed! I will post a photo next time for sure as I have been so busy during my birthday month that I totally forgot. Don't forget to ask for Ken! Go ahead girl and get your nails did! lol read more

I don't know about anybody else but what I can tell you is Diana herself is amazing and will have me coming back and back and back again I get my nails extra long coffin shape she does them amazing very detailed also her color selection is out of this world I'm from Michigan and I go back quite frequently back-and-forth been here about a year now and I've yet to see these colors and any other shop then her's and I do quite the traveling back an fourth nails here nails back home. First and last time I will come here. The guy that did my acrylics cut me twice. I was told that the gels were $15 additional so I chose the chrome and ended up paying $25 additional. This shop is a Joke and so is the owner. Please ladies if you value your nails and money do not come here. They do terrible work and try and tell you its great. The sad part this was done on Christmas Eve and something simple as a fill. Trash salon and terrible customer service!!! The shop owner knew the job was done terrible. Keep in mind ladies when you get gel work done they tell you to wash your hands and not cleanse the nail with alcohol to set the gel coat! Like every other nail salon! Simple nail shop basics. The guy who did my is horrible.. I asked her coffin shaped nails and got God knows What.. The owner knew the guy didn't know how to do that shape and she set me down with him to spend $40 on something I didn't want. I guess all the pictures on the website is only with the owner Diana but that's very unprofessional to have someone sit in a person share and they don't know how to do nails.. word-of-mouth will kill your shop and I will tell all coworkers family and friends never to go to the shop again read more

Was looking for a place nearby while getting my car fixed. Found Rainbow Nails on Yelp so I called. They got me in with 10 minutes notice. Ken did a fill for me and painted an awesome pink and black flower. In and out in under an hour. Was very impressed with this shop. Bad news is that now I will have a bit of a drive from home to get my nails done. I'll give them a little more notice that I'm coming next time, but I'll definitely be asking for Ken!! read more

Its official I have found my new nail salon!!!! I was looking on yelp and I found this place and I thought it would be nice to try a new nail solon because my old one got worst by the moment. So I walked in and the owner said that it would be about a 30 minute wait and we were like ok. We waited only for about 10 minutes and that was amazing. I picked a color (they have a decent nail polish collection) and it was time! THIS WAS THE BEST PEDICURE I EVER HAD!!! Diana was soo amazing!! I will defiantly come back here!! For $25 I got a pedicure with callus remover and salt scrub. The women were super nice, they used clean tools, no pressured up sell and I left a satisfied customer. Thumbs up!! read more

I am from out of town and I have stumbled upon this place twice and I am thrilled I did! This is a very unassuming nail salon. The quality of service and workmanship ranks them at the top in my book. I got a regular manicure and was extremely impressed that the nail polish and the nails looked great for four days. I'm lucky if the polish stays on for 1 to 2 days from many other salons I have visited. I wish I lived in Las Vegas I would visit all the time. I will now coordinate my nail needs with my trips to Las Vegas. read more

Horrible business practice and customer service. I got my eyebrows waxed here last week - good experience. I was looking forward to getting a mani pedi here, called to make an appointment and they were closed on Monday. No problem. I go back on Wednesday, at 3:00, only 1 person is working and informs me very curtly that she will not be able to see me at all today. No explanation, no this is out of the norm, nothing. I will not be going back as they seem very unprofessional and unavailable. Definitely don't count on them! read more

Both nail techs were very nice. When I left, I noticed my nails looked a little angled up but didn't question it- since I never had gel x. On Saturday morning- two of my nails popped off and by Saturday a third did. I reached out to the salon and they immediately were happy to get me in for a nail fix. I live across town so I told them it would need to be Monday morning. I arrived to the salon this morning and had a different nail tech. They removed the whole set and applied a new set for me. The nail tech even explained that my nails are curved and I needed a specific type of nail. Needless to say, she did an AMAZING job and they feel sturdy. I will definitely come back to this salon- they have great work ethic and believe in pricing good customer service. I am very thankful they took care of me. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, and less than 24 hours later the gel on several of my toenails was already chipping and lifting. I called, and to their credit, they apologized and asked me to come back in for a correction. During the correction, I showed the technician which toes needed fixing. She only repaired the visibly chipped ones and left four other toes where the gel was already lifting. I also mentioned that the manicure and pedicure color was supposed to be a clear pink, but my toenails ended up a nude shade instead. That part was partially on me for not noticing until I got home. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, which I appreciated. However, having to return a second time and still not have the issue fully corrected on a $90 pedicure didn't sit right with me. I'm sure if I had pushed harder or demanded a full redo, it probably would have happened -- but I don't think customers should have to feel like a "Karen" just to have things made right. The manicure itself turned out great, but based on my experience, I'd personally avoid getting a pedicure here.

Unfortunately, I will not go higher than 3-stars because it still doesn't remove the negative experience from that specific technician. Went here for mani-pedi service with my wife on a Monday night. Business was slow at this time and we were the only customer. The technician doing my pedi was so unprofessional and not service oriented. She stepped away multiple times to take a personal call on her cell phone, disappearing for about 5 minutes each time. She appeared intoxicated (based on slurred speech and appearance of not being coordinated, and not having all her necessary equipment readily available when she started), but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and allowed her to continue with the service. The worst pedicure service I've ever received, which took over an hour to complete because she stepped out multiple times to take a call. She forgot to cut the nails on my left toes, even after I reminded her. By this time, I was just frustrated and finished this service and declined my manicure service. Worst $55 pedicure ever!!! My instincts proved correct, after she finished with me and while I'm still waiting on my wife to finish, she took on another customer. During that service, she disappeared on that customer for about a half hour. I'm more than positive this lady will not be a repeat customer also. This technician brought the vibe way down and she represents your company. My advice is to terminate her immediately before she tarnishes your establishment. The only highlight and why I gave 2-stars instead of a 1-star review is that my wife's technician was on point, but we will never return. Normally, I give a place a second chance, but since this is your grand opening (or at least it appeared that way with the red carpet and music outside), your staff should have been on point and make the clients want to return to your establishment.

I then get unfortunate news that she will no longer be at this salon so when I finally went in for a long over due fill (because I was waiting for Michele to back into town) I ended up having someone else do my nails. I can't remember her name. She was friendly but felt as if she didn't really listen. She curved my nails inwards a bit which now caused both my thumb nails to curve inwards even more so and in pain with pressure. I have never experienced this before. I'm very sad to see someone I went to leave but I support in whatever makes her happy. I just don't know about coming back as a client myself here because of the curving situation with my nails.

I didn't have any options - I just asked for gel and they didn't upsell/downsell so maybe they just have one option for pedicures. They used a liner in the footbath, and used toe dividers. (I hate it when they try to use tissues instead.) Place was relaxing. Location- strip mall by grocery store. There is parking, but you share with strip mall clients. Hours - they close at 6 so last appt is at 5 PM. Normally, I'd prefer to come at 6, so something to note. I would return. Toenail polish is holding up great!

Her attention to detail and amazing massages had me since day 1. Yesterday, 5/15/26, was my first non-satisfactory visit. I saw someone new for my manicure and unfortunately didn't love my nails. Nothing against the nail tech, I just wasn't satisfied with her technique. I was still super grateful for her time and attention. Today, 5/16/26, I came in to see if I could get a different design and have my nails reshaped to my liking. This was very nerve-racking for me as I'm not one to typically complain and just suck it up and try again next time. I was pleasantly greeted and kindly asked to next time speak up the during the day of service to make it easier on everyone. I was still accommodated and got exactly what I wanted. Thank you to Q and Helena especially for taking care of me and not making me feel like I was wrong for speaking up.
