I used to come here for years but have moved to centennial area and only being home 1-2 days a week it was hard for me to make appts and continue to come I came here Tuesday 9/9 and wanted a polish change and cut down they insisted because I had ombré that w cut down would look weird and I agreed so decided to change the color and cut down a lady named Tina did my nails which I used to always come To Mai she was off this day anyways my nails she cut down so much and these are my natural nails the nail that was broken she added a fake nail but no powder or anything the nail was so crooked and looked so bulky I tried to ask another lady if she could fix it but she didn't I paid 40 dollars and tipped for a polish change and cut down and was not satisfied but had to leave to take my son to prac I called the next 4 days to see if Mai was in so she could fix it for me but each day I called they told me she was off today literally EACH DAY so I decide to make the drive and go myself to get see if someone else could fix it I went today and the guy who works in the back was very rude and the other lady said she didn't have time to fix it cause she had a 2pm appt (it was 1:45) I only was asking for the shape to be fixed and not be crooked then she told me mai was there today but had already left I showed her where I called today and they said she was off today I don't know why they would lie to me I am so disappointed I literally left CRYING today and said don't worry about it since they were so rude in there and no one acted like they wanted to help me.the guy in the back who has done my nails in the past kept telling me to come back when Tina is there I said I don't like how she did my nails clearly I told him I used to come here all the time he said "USED TO" I explained to him live in on the other side of town and am a flight attendant I am never home I thought this was a place I could always come back to I guess not. Yay I found my nail salon! I called in the morning for the earliest appointment today and they got me in right away. I've been having issues with my ingrown and the sides of my nails. I tried doing it on my own a few times but I would always cry cause it hurts so bad and I just want to take it out. Van did my nails for me and took care of the sides, thank you so much again! He did a really great job and with the french tip as well! I feel better and my toes are happy hehe I can wear shoes without being hurt anymore. The place and equipments were all clean. My bill was $65 for everything with $35 reg pedi package, $20 gel, assuming $10 for the french tip and I tipped $20 for the service because I was very satisfied with everything!! read more

I went here on a whim considering my feet were looking rough. It was great service from the moment I walked in. They were able to take me in. It was clean and cute didn't smell like chemicals how most shops do. I got the deluxe package with gel polish cost $60. Mind you I had gel polish on from before so that was NOT an up charge when it could've been. My nail Tech John went to work they were efficient quick skilled and gentle. Having just moved here in January, I needed to find a nail salon right away. LV Nail Lounge was recommended to me by my favorite server at a nearby restaurant. I went once before the Covid lock down and I've honestly never had a better manicure. I get gel, so obviously it lasts longer, but these lasted and grew out without one break or chip for 6 weeks while I couldn't get them redone! Now that quarantine is opening up I decided to go back for a second time to see if I would have the same experience and I am not disappointed. Mai and Van were amazing. I have never come across this place until now. I got a gel full set with almond shape and French tip. It came out to $65. I also got the regular pedicure with gel so it came out to $25 plus $20 extra for gel. I thought both of them did an amazing job. They worked so fast and I was done so quickly. Don't be fooled by the reviews! Came here because of the reviews and I was shocked at the service I received.. not sure who is in charge of the nails on the pictures for reviews it definitely wasn't the ladies that did mine.. just wanted a simple mani and pedi and they couldn't even do that. Lady doing my toes pretended to do my cuticles kept putting her hand over my toes so I didn't see she wasn't actually doing them, then came with the motor and buffed my nails and slapped the polish on it and was done. Don't even want to get started on my hands I specifically asked that my cuticles would be done and she kept saying they needed to be dry in order to be removed??? What???? In what world??? So this sweet nail spot is right near my house, which is always great. I showed up without an appointment and was seated immediately for a pedicure. They have 3-4 different luxury pedicure packages, and my cheapskate butt went with their cheapest, most basic package. It was lovely - just what I needed. Accompanied by a massage chair and a quiet atmosphere, I felt very at peace while perusing my Instagram feed and having my feet rubbed. I haven't had a proper pedicure in at least 4 months, so I was very happy to have this one. Deluxe pedicure here is not worth the price. Had deluxe pedicures at several other salons that included much more, and did a much better job. Tech also scrubbed the side of my foot so hard, she scraped the skin off to the point of it bleeding and hurts quite badly. My cuticles where also cut during my fill in. Annie took the best care of my nails. She took her time and I could really tell she wanted to make them perfect. Which they are! I love the bubble bath gel color here just because it's a beautiful pink that isn't too bright; very natural. I also asked for sparkle on my ring finger and she was able to show me ones she suggested. It's always nice coming to a nail salon where they take their time AND can help pick colors. I used to love this place under the old owners. Everyone is new here. The last time my nails were done they were awful. The guy I had spoke absolutely no English and had no idea what he was doing. One of my nails CHIPPED and he showed me and LAUGHED. Oh and he also kept filing the skin on my fingers!!! I kept pulling my hands back yelling OUCH. I was so mad! When I went to pay, the girl told me my nails would peel off. I asked them to fix them now. She wanted me to come back in two days. They ended up fixing them. Different girl.
