Grand opening was shit and not organized at all. Such a waste of time and energy. I read the rules saying that lines start at 7am and STRICTLY nobody is allowed to line up until then. Otherwise I would have got here early too than that. I got here 15 mins before 7 and I noticed a huge line had started. Clearly people had lined up earlier than that. I waited for 6 hours before getting into the store to find out that labubu was sold out. I also noticed that people were using the 2nd line to cut the main line to buy the other figurees rather than the peach riot. This was a disaster. Avoid this place. Walked in with my kids and one of the store employees berated all the customers in store. Upon entering a frustrated employee yelled at everyone who is not actively shopping to "get the hell out of the store" my children not understanding what was happening were visibly upset and wanted to leave immediately. I've never had a worse retail experience i felt belittled shopping here today my girlfriend recently got a pixie cut after waiting in line the two employees working sunday June 22, 2025 at 3pm welcomed us in i couldn't help but overhear them starting a conversation about pixie hair cuts. i heard them say do you think you'd look like that. The girl said she thinks she'd look like a dude like her dad and she didn't want to look like that because her dad has aged badly in her opinion. I will report to consumer Affair regarding popmart unfair of their practice business regarding return merchandise. I brought one item for my grandchild but return within 3 days from the receipt because baby still new born can not play toy yet but they refused the return even though merchandise was not on sale. If you want generic blind boxes then the store is fine. If you are trying for anything popular then this place is a train wreck. Employees give info to preferred resellers on releases. They have been seen selling multiple of items that's are limited to one per person to one individual by using multiple transactions. They don't coordinate with security so you may or may not get kicked by security. Yet somehow the same 4-8 people magically end up in the front of line after security sweeps the line. They don't stop cutting in line. Somehow don't have a release for opening but able to magically get it and process it within the first hour of opening. This was after employee told the morning line that they can stay in line and hope for a release later in the day. Only to have employees and resellers try to clear that line saying that was the morning line. It was a clear attempt to push out people who had been waiting since 4 am for more of their friends. After watching these releases and seeing if you are not friends with the reseller or employee you have almost no chance of getting what you want, I am done. My advice is to either recognize that these aren't limited, wait 6-12 months for their supply to catch up to the demand in the Philippines and they over produce them and the resell price crashes like Beanie babies and buy them for 80% of retail or if you must have it right away, bring was of $100 bills and wait outside the store at 10:05 am and buy them off the resellers who sell their supply outside the store for a premium. read more

Extremely rude and shady staff. I was told by a staff member that he isn't sure why people got in line before the store opened because they didn't tell people to get in line. Have kids? Then you may want to skip this store. Employees may use profanity in front of them. Employees treat this as their own social club. One time I went, saw a couple male employees talking up a couple young female customers. It came off as them trying to flirt but in reality it was them using profanity almost non stop for maybe 10 minutes or more. It is a small store so this was in front of a handful of other families with kids around ages 5-8. The families appeared annoyed and left. Want to collect Labubu? Don't even try here. Employees are on reseller discord and will even direct customers in the store to go to it if they are unhappy with what they get in the store. As mentioned in other reviews, they work with resellers informing them when the releases will occur. They have been seen doing multiple transactions for resellers. Now they don't even announce their quantity released so they cannot be tracked by people in line. One time there was a new security guard who actually managed the line properly. He didn't allow cutting or say that the line had to be disbanded then place the normal resellers to be in front of a new line. That's when I heard someone in the normal reseller group go to the people in front and tell them: "Hey, my friend is a reseller and he has a friend that works at the store. They told us of the next release time and what will be released. We can help you get what you want in that release if you just get this for me today" They indicated when the next release would be and what it would be. Guess what. They were right. So yah, resellers are open about working with employees and employees openly direct customers to the resellers' discords where they can buy the sold out items. It is pointless to go to the pop mart releases or trying to guess when they will be released. Employees will just get annoyed with you and become rude. As you can see in the reviews, this can escalate to security being called. Plus resellers are told exactly when they will happen so it is impossible to compete. This store may only be good if you want some random blind boxes but for those you are probably better off buying online. read more

I'm super upset and definitely giving a 1-star rating to this store because of this. I followed the rules on this post, which said that the line-up starts at 7am and strictly no one can line up before then. I got here at 6:30am, and people were already in line. Additionally, I saw a lot of people cutting the line with the staff bringing them straight into the store without getting in the main line with the people who in the short line for Peach Riots. I arrived at 6:30am and had to wait until 2:34pm to get in, and everything I wanted was sold out. So what is the meaning of this post? I came from LA, driving down to SD early in the morning, excited for this celebration, and waited 8 hours for nothing. Absolutely great customer service. I had a great conversation with the cashier about my gambling addiction and even learned their favorite figure line. When I opened my favorite peach riot figure, Ann helped me replace the missing microphone without any difficulty. This is not even mentioning how despite the crazy crowds they manage to keep the shelves fully stocked with no empty space and clean to boot. I have pulled my all time favorite figures in my collection without burning through my wallet from their store. If you like figures then you'd be hard pressed to find a better value. I definitely plan to come back here again for all my plastic statue needs. read more

DON'T GO HERE, waste of time and money. The products aren't even "poppin" as the hip kids would say. Employees have snarky attitudes and one manager even yelled at everyone to get out. Very toxic environment, customers (resellers) cut in line and no actions to correct this issue were taken. Security doesn't even do anything. Managers lie about not having certain products, then when everyone leaves they stock the shelves. Can't fathom enough how the manager would threaten to call mall security for loitering during store hours but wouldn't call police for the people trespassing camping out over night. It was blatantly clear that these people had already been in the store and made purchases because they had the giant popmart bags. Disorganized mess. I love this store so much. I was looking and saw it had a bad rating. I literally went like 5 times this summer to get my skullpanda figures and the workers are always so nice and chatty. I even bonded with one of them over genshin impact. The store is really crowded but as it should be because the design and layout is really cute and eye-catching. camped out 11/1/24 and was kicked out by security around 3:30-4, just to go back at 4:30 and find multiple resellers lined up with security not saying a word to them. i was top 15 in line and somehow the items that were supposedly 1 per person were sold out even though there were 15+ items of the ones i wanted? it doesnt make sense to pass out tickets if theyre just going to get handed out to little kids too who are obviously just there so their parents can resell everything. there has to be some more stricter way to distribute products fairly on drop days, just annoying to spend hours on end just to be cut in line by 10+ people including kids that are getting tickets, be wary of the manager and security guards as theyre obviously favoriting certain people - resellers / family read more
