I reserved the XL room for a group of 20 of us. It was a $65 deposit over the phone. When we arrived the room was ready and waiting for us. It was a spacious room with booths and chairs for seating. Plus a center table to hold our drinks and snacks. They have a variety of drinks and snacks on their menu, they are reasonably priced. I enjoyed the blended cafe mocha drink, i think it tastes better than the mocha frap from Starbucks. The XL room was $65 per hour. There were many songs to choose from in different languages. We loved our 70's/80's rock songs plus the 90s pop. When we went in December 2025, the song book was last updated in 2024. However, there were so many songs to choose from. We definitely couldn't sing them all. Parking is a private lot that's free and plentiful. So this a huge plus compared to karaoke in k town. Overall, extremely fun to do karaoke here. The service was nice. It was great to be able to reserve for a large party. Can't wait to do it again!

The other bartenders are just as friendly and provide great service as well. The place is small but has a really chill vibe. They have a jukebox, which is perfect for me since I can play my metal music. The bathrooms are clean, the drink prices are decent, and the crowd of patrons is friendly. The only downside is that they only accept cash, and I'm not a big fan of the Zelle option with the $5 fee. Aside from that, I still highly recommend this place for a laid-back night out with good service and a great atmosphere.

I "spoke" to the Trinity bot on the website who said: "Artist are vital to our cause, but in the world where perception can be manipulated we must leverage every tool." I am leaving five stars since I personally use AI sometimes and am not trying to complain, and hope to come back and visit soon. I guess basically I'm just saying that some of my friends do find it to be a dealbreaker and will not support businesses that use these types of generative tools created by mega corporations.

Bartender Natalie did an amazing job of handling the busy crowd with speed and smiles. There were a couple of other staffers on site to watch the game, and they jumped in when she needed a hand with this or that, but for the most part Natalie captained the bar single-handedly for the duration. Kudos to her. It's true, Super Bowl only comes once a year, so other game days don't have the pot luck feast -- Sugar Mill doesn't have a kitchen, though they're happy to have you bring in whatever food you like and eat it there. Food aside, the crowd and the service are always just what you want, making it the perfect place to relax into at game time as Basketball enters the home stretch and baseball steps up to bat.

We celebrated my daughter's 12th birthday at Pop Music, and it was an amazing experience! From start to finish, the booking process was quick and easy, making everything stress-free. My daughter and all of her friends had an absolute blast, and they couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had. Great place to rehearse! Z really knows his stuff and this place is awesome - clean, great gear, great space, and did I mention clean! The outside is colorful with legends on the outside of it- which makes you feel like you are walking into an Andy Warhol building. The space is chill and full of life.
