I can't remember who I spoke to at first but I wanted to book on the day of my birthday (Saturday night, this was late October) and obviously it was super busy so I couldn't. I was bummed but the person I spoke to suggested a brunch thing and gave me great ideas. They let me know they can set up tables and I can bring food, drinks, etc which was so nice and encouraging. The space itself was comfortable and the balloons were cute. Everything was set up beforehand and it was as easy as a click of a button. I was also able to extend our time by another hour and they were flexible. Staff were great, price was extremely reasonable and it was so convenient there was parking and Porto's nearby. I booked this place a month in advance to host a karaoke party for December 20th. unfortunately I had something come up so I decided to send a request to cancel ahead of time On December 5th. It was pretty late at night and since their hours are from 10am-12am, I decided to go on THEIR website and message through THEIR email address which clearly states I could contact For questions or concerns. I called today to follow up and confirm if it was canceled and the guy at the front Desk was giving me the hardest time. I began with being apologetic for not calling sooner but it was because I was sure enough that they had received my email about canceling. He then began to say he never received anything and that it wasnt even an email he uses. I told him I had the email saved so I could send it as proof but he didn't care for it and he kept arguing that it was never communicated so therefore I was expected to pay $110 for canceling per their cancellation policy. He said I needed to cancel 72 hours prior. i literally called him 48 hours in advance and after looking up their cancellation policy he clearly lied about the email address being incorrect and their cancellation policy being 72 hours prior to the day. Its actually 24 hrs that I was supposed to be allowed to cancel, PER their website. He still charged me $110 but luckily I locked my card just in time. i don't believe this business is bad but that man was literally giving me the hardest time just to proof a point? it would've been better business if he wasnt so rude and argumentative. read more

Unfortunately we were refused time extension because according to the guy at the desk " the studio we were at is to be used by another group". Threw a joint 40th birthday karaoke party here, and it was the most fun anyone's had in a long time. The space was perfect, with a nice lounge sofa, sound was incredible, and the ambiance was spot on. Since they're a recording studio, we brought a couple of our own tables, which were definitely necessary, but the owners were super helpful and accommodating. They helped set up the studio, and graciously helped with the aftermath of party leftovers and even brought stuff out to our cars.
