The food was good but we got mostly wings. We got a 16 piece dinner and only got 2 breasts and 2 legs. Most was wings. Not a good mix.

Has to be the slowest service in Edgewater. How tough can it be to pick up fried chicken and put it in a bag.

Very fresh and they tasted great. The onion rings were greatly good along with excellent cole slaw and collard greens. All very fresh, tasty and in perfect sized portions. The service was also pretty fast but we were here doing a slow period. I assume on weekends when this place is busy you might wait a while. The minor drawbacks are: 1. The inside dining area is very small so this place must get crowded during busy periods. The outdoor seating area is covered but sort of lame and not very inviting. We dined inside which only seats about 20 or more. It wouldn't be comfortable in 90° plus weather outside 2. They have a gravel parking lot which is kind of awkward. It's also very difficult and dangerous making a left turn out of this place onto Central Avenue. Regardless, we will definitely be going back here because the food is just fantastic. Looking forward to next time.

We had to order a plain burger and it was indeed not plain, sent it back and got an actual plain one. If you have an alternative child i really don't recommend coming here, they will be treated worse then a pedophile actively hitting on children, maybe even worse then someone waving around a conservative flag. Employees are genuine dickheads. Adding on to this - when i ate the burger from takeout, the bread was stale, the meat was hard to chew. The meat tasted like slim jims. If i was to stick a slim jim and start chewing on leather i would. But not everyone wants to go spend their money to go chew on leather and slim jims. that was the worse fucking burger i've ever had in my life and ive had some pretty shitty burgers. and ontop of that your service is fucking horrible and the ambiance is horrible. If you wanna have a good week PLEASE don't go here.

But they had been talking about Adam's Ribs for a long time so it was nice to find out that their recommendation was absolutely true. Adam's Ribs is not fancy. You can understand absolutely every word that is on the menu. There is no arrogant snot-nosed hostess looking down her plastic surgery improved nose at you when you show up to eat without reservations. But here is what Adam's Ribs does have - absolutely real, home cooked food that is delicious, servings that are big enough to make you feel sick if you eat the whole thing and great service with a smile from a waiter who has clearly tried everything on the menu. Bottom line? I love this place and would go back there tonight if it was not 1 hour away from me. We started out with the full loaf of onion straws. OMG wonderful! The onions were so sweet, the breading was perfectly crispy and not oily at all. For an onion lover, there is nothing better than this appetizer. It is served with a Daniel Boone-sized knife to cut and, believe me, you will need it! This appetizer makes a full meal if you are alone. My main course was the 8 ounce sirloin, medium rare. I am telling you that my steak was fork tender and really flavorful. Perfectly done! I was so full that I could only eat half of the mashed potatoes & gravy (which are definitely worth the calories) and none of the spinach (which was so garlicky that many vampires died during its preparation). Perfect meal! The other main courses were the chicken breast, the full rack of baby back ribs and something called "if pigs could fly" platter - basically baby back ribs next to a mess of beautiful chicken wings. I love that! Everyone was so happy with the meal that we were waving the white flag. No need for dessert because we were all so damn full. The server was Charlie. He is an asset to Adam's Ribs. Friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and the ingredients and how everything is cooked. He worked his butt off to deliver great service fast and that he did, in spades. This guy truly must love what he is doing because he is so good at his job. Bravo to Charlie! Okay, so I am reviewing the place and I have to find something negative so say. The dining room is dated, a bit sparse and there is a smell that I don't like. Mostly, I think the smell is just old restaurant. But you get used to it and, once you do, you realize that Adam's Ribs is one of the few restaurants left that serves good quality, home cooked meals with regular old fashioned American ingredients! No pretense, no airs, just great solid food that fills you up every time! I would never let some little bitty old smell get in my way for one of the great meals that I will enjoy there in the future. I recommend that you go to Adam's Ribs and you better take all your friends. You will be VERY glad you did!

Glory Days Grill…read more Stopped into Glory Days in Edgewater and everything hit exactly the way you want it to. Food came out fast, hot, and loaded up the nachos were stacked heavy, not skimpy, with real toppings and good melt on the cheese. The ribs were glazed perfectly, tender, and messy in the best way. Crispy onion straws on the side, solid portions, and nothing felt rushed or thrown together. You could tell the kitchen was locked in. Drinks were cold, poured right, and never empty. But the real reason this place gets 5 stars is Georgia. She handled service, bartending, and the whole flow like a pro. Friendly, attentive, fast, and kept the energy right the entire time. You can tell when someone actually knows their craft and she absolutely does. Great food. Great service. Great vibe. Easy 5 stars. I'll definitely be back. Ask for Georgia if you want your night done right.

We've been at this location before but it's been a few years since we have moved. We always had a nice time previously but times change and you never know what to expect. It had a good crowd for a Monday night. Restaurant was clean and had good energy. We sat at the bar and were greeted by our server Jessica who was so sweet and quick and friendly. I had the salmon and strawberry salad and it honestly was fantastic. The salmon was seasoned perfectly and was very good. The salad was fresh and crunchy and super flavorful. My husband got a burger and said it was good and he can be picky! We were only drinking sodas that night and Jessica was quick with the refills. It honestly went from a dinner out of necessity to a surprisingly really nice time. Honestly couldn't have been happier with our experience at Glory Days in Edgewater!

I am glad we did. First off, looks can be deceiving. Part of the reason I've never come here before is because from outside, it looks like a dodgy sports bar. And while the inside is most definitely for sports fans, with plenty of memorabilia and TVs, imagine my shock when I got a taste of the service, the food, and the overall vibe of the establishment. Our server was a very nice young woman who did a great job of checking on us without coming off as overeager. My brother and I aren't big drinkers, but that didn't dissuade her from not giving us as much attention as other patrons with bigger tabs. I ordered the french dip and my brother got boneless wings tossed in the honey old bay sauce. This is definitely elevated bar food (with great portion sizes to boot): my sandwich had freshly baked bread and came with fresh cut fries and a savory au jus. My brother commented and said his wings tasted like they were battered and fried to order. The prices are moderate -- given the level of service, the taste of the food, and the portions, we definitely felt like we got our money's worth. I'm happy to add this to place to my rotation -- just proof once again that sometimes the best places are the most unassuming!
