I had a very good time at this chickfilla and the food was super good . the fries were a good looking yellow color and the nuggets were crispy and crunchy and don't get me started on the Dr Pepper float it was doctor peppery to the perfect amount . I love chick fill an and the service is great and they gave me some Chick-fil-A sauce . I placed a mobile order today and went to drive-thru to pick up. After scanning QR Code showing I was there I proceeded to drive around to wait for my order. People that were just pulling up to place an order were getting their food before I was. I was 3rd in line for mobile order pickup. One vehicle in front of me got their order and couldn't move because 1st vehicle in line had not received their order. Finally they asked the first vehicle pull up some and then my order was brought out to me and the girl never said "thanks for waiting, nor did she say have a nice day." Got back to work and my Market Salad was missing my Strawberries and only had about 5 Blueberries and the rest Apples . Very disappointed especially since Strawberries are my favorite. I thought I loved Chick-fi-A's salads best but I tried the Tortia Soup this time and got a bowl so others in our party could try it! It was so delicious we're all getting our own order next him! I don't go to Chick Fila often, but my husband & I stopped at this location today. They were doing a good job of managing the early lunch crowd. We elected to dine in. They take your order and then deliver the food to the table. I like the grilled nuggets, and I had a side of mac 'n cheese. My husband ordered the 8 nugget meal, and he was a bit surprised at how small a portion the nuggets were. But he said the waffle fries were good. Bottom line, I would return here again rather than visiting the one up the road in Annapolis, where the lines are longer and the traffic flow is crazy. read more

We stopped here last night for a quick meal while traveling. Apparently we've been here before. The new feature on the app lets you order and pay, then you just walk in and sit down. No standing in line! This might be the greatest feature ever made. The employee was friendly, and brought all the utensils and napkins as well. This Chick fil a was busy per usual. We had to go back to the car the grab our face masks because no one's allowed to go inside without a mask. We went inside since the drive thru line was too long. There was no wait to order. I got a market salad and grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The food come out quickly and was delicious as usual. Chick fil a is so dependable. I've given this place 3 chances and some how they screw my order up every time. This last time I thought they did good. Drink was right, and the tea was actually sweet this time. Order was correct, well so it appeared. Get home and turns out they gave me the wrong cheese on my sandwich. Never asked for a different kind of cheese so no idea why they would even change it. Most of that this location fails on EVERY time is the fries. When you order a large they only fill the large fry cup up half way. At that point I'm paying for a large and given a medium. read more

I love Jesus and I love chicken but unfortunately this Chick-fil-A is a no-go for me. I chose curbside pick up and not only was my food delivered to my PASSENGER SIDE window (and I was the only one in the car (I had to lean from my driver seat because the irritated lady wouldn't reach out to me)) but my cookie that I used my rewards for was missing from my order. It chicken you really can't hurt it very much ch as long as it has a good flavor and it's not chewy. One thing that needs to be fixed is the way the nugget tray is we order two trays for a party and when I got them to the house the chicken was a little soggy from the stem of the chicken need more holes in the tops or something. read more

After waiting in line, I got to the window only to be told to please pull into one of the parking spaces. this happens often. Then I watch as the drive thru gets cleared, so I end ip walking in to get my food (cold). I'm fed up with this location. The chicken sandwich today was overdone and hard. The salad was fine. Fries were cold. I have been to this Chick-fil-A many times and had a good experience with the staff. Today I place an order online for me to pick up at the drive-thru, when I arrive to pick up the order they had me pull into a parking space. I had no issue with parking in the space to wait for my order this had never happened to me at this Chick-fil-A before not a big deal at all. Once my bag was given to me I noticed that they forgot my yogurt parfait. No problem ! I walk inside to get the Parfait and was greeted very warmly by the Sweet woman at the cash register told her my issue and she told the manager right away which was very sweet. The 2 stars are for the manager or whomever wears the blue shirt. I did not care for the Manager's attitude at all he was annoyed as if I was interrupting him and his team. He did not even apologize for inconveniencing me someone who placed an online drive thru order who is now inside and being given attitude. Mistakes happen! read more

I feel like you really can't go wrong at most Chick-fil-As. I have always had great service here and the food has always been perfect. Most recently, I used the mobile ordering app and ordered my lunch and was able to pull into the curbside parking to wait for it. This saved me a lot of time because it was quicker than the drive thru line and more convenient than having to bring my 6 month old in and wait inside. Instead, I got to sit and enjoy some quiet while my little one napped and was delivered delicious food within 5 minutes of ordering it on the app. Side note: If you haven't downloaded the Chick-fil-A One Mobile App, I highly recommend tht you do so. I'm glad that there is now a closer drive thru CFA in Annapolis but I will continue to go to this one in Edgewater if I am in the area! read more

Another item missing from my order. This happens to me repeatedly at this location, I should know better than to pull off without checking my order. I called as soon as I got home, I live 30 minutes away, and was told I had 1 week to come back and they would "give" me the missing item. I don't go to Edgewater every week and it's not giving if I paid for it. I've also noticed that the chicken that we get at this location is quite skimpy compared to what is served at other locations. We go to the Eastern Shore and the chicken served at those locations hangs over the bread. I visited this location today and decided to order my food inside, because the drive thru was ridiculously long. Like all other Chik Fil A locations I've been to, I received my food very quickly and it was delicious. I have no complaints about the food and I appreciate how efficient they are. The kid who took my order was rude, though, which is not representative of my typical Chik Fil A experience, as I usually have positive, mutually respectful interactions with their employees. This kid was Caucasian, about 6 ft tall with medium length brown hair. He was just rude. There's no other way to describe it. Maybe he was having a bad day. In any case, I'll visit this location if I'm in the area again, but the two Crofton locations are my go-to locations. I've never encountered a rude employee at either of these locations. read more

Although the food is good the workers constantly forget my food I know I should check it but I don't want to hold anyone else up to receive their food or to get to there family. Also, once I went into the playground to be with my sister(because it's unsafe in there with all the older kids pushing the younger kids) a worker decided to come in the area get me away from my sister and yell at me for being like an inch away from the height requirement. This Chick-fil-a is so great. Everyone that works there is so friendly, helpful and just plain nice. I go there every Monday with a friend and all our children. They are very Mom and Child friendly. The manager isn't stuck in the back in the office. She goes out there and helps everyone out. When I get there I don't have to stress. They bring me my food to my table and get anything else I need so I can get my children situated. I never would expect such great service from a fast food restaurant.
