I got the 2 pc dark spicy, 2 small sides, a biscuit and a small drink. So back to when I opened the box, it was the tiniest little piece of chicken ever. I LITERALLY could hold it in the palm of my hand. Could it fall out of my hand??? you tell me.. the fries were stiff as hell, sticking together. I didn't even eat all of the. I had Red beans & rice (I'm from New Orleans why tf do I even bother). They don't make those from scratch so that's not their fault. There is no note on the door stating as to why the lobby is closed. Seems like the drive through is open. Zero stars!! Do not recommend, My chicken was old and greasy once I got my order so I called the manager to get fresh chicken. I get to popeyes to get my "fresh" chicken that was supposedly being dropped once I called only to get home and find out the chicken was just dipped back in the grease to warm it up to make it seem fresh. I purchased into a program called kids eat free. It's a fundraising program that kids sell to support the schools. So many restaurants and fast food places agree to participate, when you purchase the card you are supposed to have an agreement with those restaurants that as long as you spend atleast $8 dollars minimum on one adult meal you get one child meal for free. And the card is good for the entire year. I came and went way over the $8 minimum but they refused my child the free meal that they agreed to. They apparently changed the rules that you have to purchase a 2 piece meal and a 3 piece meal. I checked the fundraiser website and it mentions nothing of changes and this is the only place (thats "participating") to not honor it. read more

Terrible!! I went through the drive thru because its not open to the public im assuming. Waited 30 mins in the line and I spoke correctly telling the girl taking my order I wanted strips. I get to the window and ask for sauces because they didnt. She gives me a handful for 20 strips. I get home ready to eat and they give me 20 pieces of assorted chicken. I tried my drink and it was same color but not what I had asked for. Im livid at this point because they wont answer their phones and I can't even get down for them to fix it so I drive back over just to wait another 30 minutes in the line. Get to the microphone and they say they're only taking online orders. I tell them what happened and they ask me to drive to the window. Manager greets me with "Can I see the chicken?" and tells me that next time for a coupon I have to verify what I want WHICH I DID the girl even repeated it. So what I'm the problem now because y'all messed up and you'd rather defend your employees? He was extremely rude about the whole situation. Not so good. Quality of food is poor. I ordered a Po boy sandwich and it was pretty dry. The ingredients in the sandwich was not consistent. They just slapped it together. I was the only one in line at the drive thru and there was no one in the restaurant either. I now know why Whataburger next door was the only one slammed. When my husband arrived he only refunded his meal when he told us he would refund the entire meal.
