Her roast beef wasn't just slopped into a container. It was set on a garnishment of kale and packaged neatly. The lobby was clean as it could be. The sauce bar was appropriately stocked, clean and in functioning order. The beverage bar was in the same clean functioning condition. The floor in the lobby was clean, and while we were there, Cortney spot checked the floor with a hand sweeper. She also emptied all the trash cans. Her diligence upon our entry was evident, and I struck up a conversation with her. She is a manager, and her passion for her store and her customers was clearly reflected in our dining experience. The dining room has large windows. A setting sun was shining through the windows and even they were clean and clear. Bathrooms were clean. Parking is plenty and access is easy. There was nothing about this dining experience that was negative. Clearly, this manager and her crew have a heart for customer service. They should be commended for a job well done.
