This is consistently the most rude staff I have ever encountered. The ring leader of rudeness is the person that takes the drive thru orders. She has a deep southern accent and has smoked every cigarette on the planet. She doesn't listen to what you order. Then, huffs into the microphone when you tell her you want more than one meal. I had to get my order read back to me three times to ensure my order was correct at the window. I am not hard of hearing. The food is good though. I have always been really impressed with how friendly the staff was and how they go above and beyond. have rarely had anything wrong with my order. today was my last trip to this Popeyes. not only was I treated extremely rudely so was the lady in the drivethru in front of me. worst attitude towards a customer I have ever seen. Went here today to try to get dinner at 6pm. One car ahead of us that drove off. Once at the speaker the lady proceeds to take our order only to stop and say just a second. After waiting more than five minutes she comes back and repeats only part of our order and cuts us off when we try to correct her. We know why the other car drove off. Rude and slow. As soon as I got off work for the night. I rushed home to pick up my pregnant fiancé to go grab a bite to eat. Since Me & Herself worked all day we didn't have the energy to cook anything. She was craving Popeye's that night and we rarely ever go to this Popeyes in Enterprise. Because we always cook food at home or we go to a sit down restaurant. But as soon as we pulled up to their drive through speaker at 9:30pm on a Saturday night they repeatedly said " we'll be with you when we're ready" waited there for about 30/45 minutes no answer back. We ended up going to Walmart bought some quick simple food and I cooked for her that night. I can't see myself going back to such a rude establishment. Very unprofessional. 1/5 rating. P.S. if You want to see professionals go to the nearest Chick-fil-A they always take care of everyone there within 10/15 minutes with a line wrapped around their building and respect you & the food you buy from them. read more

This is a crappiest operation in town. Rude, inconsistent ordering and only running a drive through. Every time I go here I'm surprised at just what they can screw up next. You'd think I had learned by now. They are always messing up orders and they never say thank you. Slow service. I'm a delivery driver and they forgot to finish my order. The lady who told me that they forgot about it had an attitude with me. I waited over 20 minutes for the order, when I should have just waited about 10. They were finishing one of the sandwiches. I was the only person in line too. She literally said they almost forgot about the order. Popeyes, hire people who aren't complete morons. And get rid of that lady with the attitude. They're to slow to handle the chicken sandwich rush. David an employee was extremely rude to me and was very annoyed . He didn't acknowledge my order so I repeated it, and he raises his voice at me and goes "YOUR SIDE ORDER YOUR SIDE OEDER" I was just like woah okay. It's 3:30 in the afternoon. Came thru the drivethru and there's been 4 cars including us asked to park and wait for their food. They've came out and brought us two different meals and they've both been wrong. What are they doing in there, because clearing working isn't it. Popeyes used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but now every time I come here it's a hassle. A 5 minutes drive thru experience turns into a 20 minute wait while they goof off instead of working. And they might as well not offer you dipping sauces because they never actually put them in the bag. read more
