Falsely advertising deals on the monitor when the manager won't honor the deals showing up on the board. The manager made us wait to order. Served others first with condiment requests. Then when we ordered the meal advertised on the screen, she said she couldn't do it. She has very poor customer service skills beyond "may I take your order". NO FUCKING FOOD.. and when i called the store a male employee answered saying they ran out of chicken but they kept on taking orders. this place should stop taking orders if they cant fulfill it. it takes a few days for a refund. shitty service read more
