I can never hear the person taking orders in the drive through because the speaker is turned down too low. The chicken always comes out over cooked and hard as a rock. 2022 review: Alas, it pains me to reduce my commendation. I wondered if all Popeye's locations had changed their recipe, or whether it were only this location. They threw away my debit card after I called to confirm it had been left there. I went to Popeyes in Greeley Colorado #421 on August 2. My debit card was run for $36.33 at 1:00pm MST. The cashier forgot to give me back my debit card. I didn't notice and drove home. That evening I noticed it was gone and called the store (6:05PM MST) the person I talked to asked me my name and to describe the card. I did, and they said they had it. I went in the next day Monday, August 3rd at 12:30. Went through the drive through and not a single person in the story knew anything about a debit card being held for me. I left my name and number with the gal at the window (no manager was avaliable). She said they couldn't get ahold of the night shift manager and they would call me when they did. I got no call. I called the store at 5:34pm MST and asked for a manager. THAT manager said she didn't have a debit card, had seen my name and phone number written down but didn't know what it was for. Then SHE said she would contact the General Manager and get back to me. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. On Tuesday, August 4th at 9:33AM MST I called Popeye Customer Service line. They took my info and said they would be contacting the store. I HEAR NOTHING! On Wednesday, August 5th at 9:19AM MST I called the Popeye Customer Service line AGAIN. They said they would ESCALATE the problem to the district/regional manager. They took down my name, number and experience and said that someone would contact me. NOTHING for 2 hours. So I called the store again at 11:05AM MST and asked for a manager. THAT manager said that my card had been thrown out with the receipts Sunday night. I called the Popeye Customer Service line at 11:06AM MST to again explain my situation. They said my "problem" had been labeled "done" by the store. It is now Saturday August 15th and I have heard nothing. I need to know 3 things: 1. What is your policy when your employees mistakenly forgets to hand back a person's card? 2. What does your customer service actually do, if they can't get a store to reach out to a customer they wronged? 3. What are you going to try to do to remedy this? Keeping in mind that I now have to deal with fraud alerts on my debit card as well as change all payments that were used on that card form my entire house hold.
