This was my first time going back to this location in about two months. I ordered a 2 piece meal. I ate my wing and started eating my other piece and the mashed potatoes and gravy. I dug around because I noticed a black spot. There was a gnat or something in the mashed potatoes. I tried calling and the phone number online does not work. So I had to get back in the car and drive up there to go inside. I showed the guy and he said do you want to replace it with something else? Sir are you serious? I don't even want the piece of chicken that I have left!!! It's getting thrown in the trash as soon as I get home. They made it right by issuing a refund but they don't have to worry about me coming back!!!! I also didn't even get a receipt so I cannot leave a review. read more

Hi. Now I never eat at any other chicken place but Chick-fil-A. But of course, I wanted it late last night, and it was closed (face with rolling eyes). So I dieced to hop on my DoorDash app and get it delivered to me, because my two oldest, Dequius, and Jaylen, had constant lower abdomen pain, so I had to tend to them. Order my food said it would arrive at 6:10 but didn't arrive until 7:23 PM!!!!! I was not here for it! My dasher Chairsh did not notify me when she delivered the food, so it was sitting out there for a straight 15 minutes in the cold. I ordered the Megan Thee Stallion chicken sandwich with Hottie sauce and a large fire with a Coke. I was inflamed! THEY FORGOT MY HOTTIE SAUCE. How was I supposed to munch on my Megan Thee Stallion chicken sandwich without the Hottiesauce? Oh, and to mention the ice in my coke was melted! I was not a fan! The hubs and I finallly made it to try the chicken sandwich that all the hype was about a couple months ago. I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised that it's competitive with the chick fil a sandwich. They're two totally different beasts though.. my only gripe with my sandwich was that the chicken was so thick (too thick) that it was hard to eat! That being said, it still had a good juicy flavor and didn't need additional sauce added to it. The Cajun fries are always a great idea and pair perfectly with the sandwich. I was a fan of the blackened ranch sauce to dip the fries in. Popeyes lost a star because they were having issues with their system and were currently cash only. Nowadays people don't always have cash handy and my chicken sandwich dreams were almost crushed. Not that they can control it.. and the drive thru was also confusing to get into because it's right between two buildings. read more

Came into the location Friday before a bit before lunch. To get the spicy fish sandwich but I wanted the sauce on the side. It took about 10 minutes to order bcz the manger was working both the window and the inside counter. She kept apologizing but it was worker in the back standing around talking. Sounds like a cross training issue more so then a shortage of staff. But all and all the inter actions was good and some what friendly. I order the side Mac and cheese, I think they has someone granny back there making that Mac and cheese in the back! Always amazing !! It made it worth the wait. Got the sauce on the side by the time I got home and the grease in the sauce had separated so I threw it away and just ate a little hot sauce. I frequent this location. Food is usually pretty fresh and the staff is generally friendly enough. I will say if you're not familiar with the location, the drive thru can be hard to find-- which I know sounds odd. However, to access the drive thru you must go behind the gas station. I do prefer this location over others in the area. read more

Not only did we not receive our gallon of sweet tea, the lady taking our order mocked us the entire time.

The service was absolutely terrible. I should have never betrayed Chick-fil-A to try their chicken sandwich. The sandwich was not crunchy at all I'm positive it was not cooked long enough. The worker that took my order Malayisha was extremely hostile. I was completely shocked and appalled when I simply asked if I Could get the spicy sandwich mayo on the side. My question was answered with a raised voice and an attitude stating that there is no way to ring it up so No! I understood that but my next question was can you just ask the workers One foot away from you to put it in a cup it does not have to be rung up mayo is free! She continued to argue I simply said it is fine miss I don't have to have it, but later when she decided to complain about me a customer to the manager directly in front of me. I proceed to ask him for my simple request and he obliged. The sandwich seemed old. The chicken was cold and my bread had hard dried out spots. I ordered the combo and my side was french fries they were extremely old and cold no warmth to them at all but I did not have the energy to send them back! Good food, fast friendly service on an otherwise very busy day. Learned that the package deals are better than buying 2 dozen wings like I did, which was a little pricey. This was an awful experience. The cashier acted like we were bothering her with our order. She rang it up wrong and we waited several minutes for a manager to come correct if. I asked for an additional ranch and was told it would cost an additional 75 cents. I have never had a positive experience here. The people are INCREDIBLY rude. I asked to upsize my mashed potatoes and the girl at the window mumbled some excuse as to why I couldn't. Then, after I specified that I wanted legs TWICE, they still couldn't get that right. The people are rude and they WILL get your order wrong-- but not before you go through their hellhole of a drive through. I work the same exact type of customer service job as Popeyes and the drive thru service was horrible and just disrespectful. It was a choppy drive thru interaction at the intercom but I was polite at the window smiling as I came up, trying to be respectful and hoping for the best, but the drive thru lady had such a rude attitude. Wasn't friendly at all, did not show any emotion except annoyance and then when we were told to park, she comes out without our drink. She doesn't even bother to listen to the actual drink order and goes to make the wrong drink. And is crazy enough to call me rude and start spouting off about my attitude for "how I showed the receipt" when all I did was extend me arm out and pull it back when she lifted away from reading it. She then proceeds to get huffy and tells me to go make my own drink because she has other things to do. I get it's just a drink but how rude! Her job is to literally stand there and handle orders and she can't handle her own mistakes? She needs an attitude adjustment and to learn that if your nice to people they are nice back. read more
