I have even called the number provided on the receipt to speak with a manager, and the number was disconnected. I now drive further to another location. Ugh. Hate to leave negative reviews, especially during this time. However, I think it is because of this time specifically that it's important to touch on the lack of health & safety measures put into place by this Popeyes location. I ordered delivery and all of my food was literally thrown into bags, not sealed and not labeled (had no idea which sandwich was spicy vs original). Fries were thrown in a regular to go bag (see pic). Extremely poorly packaged. Thought using the app may make it easier, got a confirmation pick up ready in 15 minutes....an hour later I was still sitting in the restaurant waiting for an 8 pc family order. My last order was last week, ordered an 8 pc family order again, half an hour later still waiting... 3 kids came in ordered, ate and were leaving & I was still waiting. When I got my order home I had 5 wings, and a half empty container of mac & cheese. This will be my last visit to Popeyes. If I could give less then 1 star I would. read more

What's amazing is they make sure it's not their friends on the line which they hand out what's probably $100 worth of free food. Obviously there is not a manager there and an absolute free for all. Unfortunately the staff at the Popeyes in Patchogue cannot effectively execute a basic order. I understand that with COVID going on places are really busy with orders. But I arrived to 3 people in the lot and one lady on line. I was told to pull around front and someone would bring my food out. I watched an employee come out once with the 3 people in the lot and never came out again!!! I waited over 45 mins for my food.
