Here's literally what I ordered, 8 piece family meal, 3 sandwiches, & 2 large sides. $85, can you believe that? $85. It's ridiculous what they charge you now at these places, it's complete price gouging. All of that is unfortunately the cost of doing business, what's not acceptable is forgetting items I ordered. They forgot the 2 large sides I paid for, $20 total, they charge you $10 for a large side now, for Mac n cheese or mash n gravy, what's that gone up? Like 900%, I think it used to be a $1, maybe $2. On principle I drove back with my receipt, about a 15 minute drive. On way I called first, it took them like 10 minutes on phone to just clarify what I was missing, checking my order number, name, etc. That's how little these corporations care about their customers, they're literally only about profit, then hire people who don't pay attention or care enough to make sure your order is correct. I was given a pie (lol) and a "sorry" When something like this happens, I shouldn't have to go through a CIA/FBI interrogation to prove I paid for and ordered what I did, and that I'm missing what I'm claiming I am. Would I walk away from my meal knowing it'll be cold when I get back to gain 2 free sides, and spend another 30 minutes doing so? Horrible Customer Service: As soon as I took the coupon page out of my pocket the cashier's (tall man with a moustache) attitude changed. He chided me for not tearing the coupon from the page and told me "You have to cut the coupon from home before you present it to the cashier". I asked him if he is having a bad day because of his aggressive behavior towards me. He immediately denied, but did not apologize. The older man behind him immediately told me "sorry". But the cashier avoided contact and mumbled something to the old man. I had half a mind to cancel my order and walk out, but the older man kept saying sorry and I did not want to make a big deal out of it. The order was fulfilled - no issues, but the Customer Service is HORRIBLE. Krispy Krunchy Chicken at Chevron's (corner of Grant and Naglee) is equally good. Went here to pick up my online order. They said they didn't have it I showed them the receipt. The online support said to just show them the receipt so they can give me the order since I already paid for it. The manager Asmat then said he need to be shown my bank statement to prove I paid even though I had the receipt that showed I paid for the meal. Absolutely terrible service. We ordered through the kiosk. Bought a family bundle pack, they forgot to give us our wings. I walked back and told them the wings were not in the bag, they didn't believe me and tried to tell it didn't come with wings. I showed them the receipt, and still didn't believe me. He had to pull up the order on his register and realized it did come with wings. When we got home, the wings were original and not spicy like we ordered. They also forgot our sauces we ordered. Moved to the area 8 months ago. Decided to try the fish sandwich at this Popeyes. Got our food to go. When we got home and started to eat, we didn't get far. My daughter and I could not eat it. It was super salty. I also didn't get ice for her Mango Sweet Tea because the ice dispenser is filled with black mold. We usually love Popeyes but this experience was by far the worst. Classic Chicken Sandwich was nice and soft in some places, crunchy on the other, the bread complimented the chicken, pickles, and mayo. The Mac & Cheese however... was watery for my liking knowing I am used to cheesy and gooey Mac. None the less a solid meal, I hope the Mac next time is improved. read more

The staff needs to be more friendlier. Was a tall male who took our Oder. He didn't get the Oder right it was wrong I sad French fries he rung up red beans and rice. He didn't read the order back to me. When I got my food and realized the sides were wrong I went up tell him the order was wrong he started arguing with me that I ordered red beans and rice I told him no I ordered French fries so he threw the red beans and rice on the counter and gave me the French fries. I went to order a second order to go and the lady Zelma wasn't friendly either. Shoutout to the Tracy Popeyes location! Our food turned out delicious and they hooked us up with sauces! Highly recommend downloading the Popeyes mobile app on your phone and doing mobile ordering for pickup. They have tons of great deals on there and you earn points as well that you can redeem for free times! Just for joining you get a free cinnamon apple pie dessert. I didn't even know that Popeyes offered blacked style chicken tenders and let me just say it was so fire! Definitely going to be my go to order from now on. The sweet heat sauce and the blacked ranch sauce are my favorite for dipping my chicken and fries into. Our food was ready on time and the man putting our order together took his time to make sure everything was correct before handing it over to us. My daughter had been begging me for the infamous chicken sandwich for weeks, so I decided to use the Popeyes app to get some grub. I scheduled my pickup time for 5:20pm, showed up around 5:25pm and my order was ready and waiting for me. The food was great and warm and the entire process was buttery smooth. The restaurant itself was clean looking and there was a lot of staff (likely waiting for the dinner rush). My only criticism would be to have a designated area where people picking up orders go. I was unsure of where I needed to go, so I got in line and waited until another lady came in and asked an employee walking by what she needed to do to pick up an order. Had she not done that I probably would have ended up waiting another few minutes in line. Outside of that, solid experience and good food. read more

In general I like Popeyes as a fast food chain. However this location leaves a lot to be desired. Service has consistently been poor over the years, but I've come less than a handful of times when the kids want chicken and you just want to get them something quick that is easy for them to eat. That being said I won't be going to this location anymore, and I don't recommend others do either. During the time I write this review there is still a lot of issues with Covid-19, and today's visit had a lot of people in line and they were pretty closely packed together. The staff were running business more or less like usual, except they wore masks. Not much safe handling of transition from cash to chicken, they wore the same gloves ( if any ), which is a health violation. Lastly they wouldn't honor the coupon presented online as being active and redeemable in restaurant locations. This was very annoying, as I really don't like to leave the house during these times but I was in the area and thought I'd save some time picking it up. Fun fact, you can get the same deal online through their delivery, but their Cashier just decided to feel like pushing a customer around. Their Chicken is probably still okay ( it isn't hard to follow a franchise recipe ) but as an establishment they are running it nearly as poorly as they can. read more

Honestly, this chicken sandwich deserves 5 stars. It had everything that it was advertised to have. I know some popeyes elsewhere that would forget the pickles or forget the sauce. The only reason I am giving this place a 4 star is because I had to come back 3 different times just to get a chance at trying their chicken sandwich. Management purposefully changed order without telling us and tried to GASLIGHT us. When caught, YELLED and refused to give us a full refund. My family and I went in to Popeyes yesterday and ordered a 14-piece box of spicy chicken. I bit into one piece and realized it was not spicy at all, so my father went to the counter to ask if there had been a mix up. The manager seemed annoyed and curtly said that the chicken was spicy. My mom bit into another piece which also wasn't spicy. So, we went to the counter again and this time, the manager raised their voice at us and said that we were complaining about nothing because they gave us spicy chicken. They acted like we were being Karens who couldn't tell the difference between mild and spicy chicken and continued to yell at us. After a few minutes of arguing back and forth, they finally admitted that they had CHANGED OUR ORDER ON PURPOSE WITHOUT TELLING US. They said that they had run out of spicy chicken and that they replaced 2 pieces with mild. Which would have been totally fine, had they told us. But they didn't tell us, LIED and tried to GASLIGHT us when we politely asked, and acted like we were the crazy Karens for wanting what we had paid for. (Also, we don't know if they only replaced 2 pieces because we only tried 2 of them and they were both mild) We asked for a refund, and they said that they couldn't give us a full refund because we had already bit into the chicken (despite the chicken NOT BEING WHAT WE HAD PAID FOR).
