i had a interview on today, between 2;30 and 3 ,when i walked in the lobby had 3 guest standing,3 people at table,1 person at another table ,i indicated ,i had a interview the manger name sandy said i don't have time im busy its been like this all day, you can come back next week are leave me your number, I asked is there a number i can call concerning my interview, MS. sandy said jus have a set, she was very Rudy and aggressive to say she is a manger, MS sandy asked 2 questions, how long you been sober and what was your drug of choice ,only because im in a sober living house, remember i said the lobby had guest waiting on they food, I was humiliated in front the guest and staff by ms. sandy ,i will reach out to the main office on this matter .i called her DM supreme R. she did not answer read more

Definitely not one of my best experiences with a Popeyes. The workers were very rude and the restaurant wasn't that clean. They had a 30 minute wait on chicken breast, ( a chicken fast food place!). After figuring that out there was still a wait for the food for it to come out under cooked and slimy. The mashed potatoes had something hard in them that made it grainy. The fries and biscuit was good thought. Don't recommend!!! read more

This has got to be the slowest Popeyes I've ever been to EVER! Every time you go here there's a line wrapped around the building to the road and 20 minutes until you get to the window! This has to be the most popular place in Walker to eat. It doesn't matter what time of the day you come, there is a wait. What I can appreciate is that face that more often than not, the food is nice and hot. There has been a couple times that I have come that the food was meh.... Package the food in such a way that it doesn't spill out. You packed the sides on their sides and then put other food on top which caused the food in the bottom burst open and spread all over the other food. On behalf of the hubby since it was his order and not mine: he ordered a 2 piece dark meat box for lunch, he ended up with a 2 piece white meat box.. he said it was good. They are normally slammed full through the drive-thru but we got lucky and only had 4 cars in front of us. The employee taking the order was an older woman, she was very polite. Is this the worst popeyes in the world? I cant say, objectively. What i DO know is that after waiting, quite patiently and without a single word, for over 15 minutes to order with 2 people in line, the cashier, amanda, had the audacity to give me an attitude. I was still polite. There was no spicy chicken and it would be over 25 minutes, so I changed my order to mild. I got more attitude. I pointed out to her that I was being very accommodating, at which time she sarcastically called me miss america. Greeted very warmly and that's where the warmth would end. They served us a 10 PC box of cold chicken. The temp of the beans and rice were not exactly warm and the smell made wonder if they were on their way to spoiling. One of the best popeyes I have been in, in a long time! The employees were presentable and professional, the manager was actually managing and not hiding behind the rack of chicken and the restaurant was clean and cool. (Most popeyes are muggy) We ordered 2 of the special boneless boxes and our orders came out hot and accurate and only took a few minutes of waiting. We got in here about 850pm to order dinner after just driving in and checking in to hotel we noticed Popeyes was down the street. We walked in the Restaurant looked clean, it was quiet. Got some today. this is the last time for us! chicken was greasy, the sides were very small and NO difference between the order for mild and the order for spicy. We ordered for 11 people and was totally embarrassed. The sides only fed a couple of people. The only thing that was decent was the biscuits but everything else was truly horrible.
