How the hell do you forget the poutine man??? She also ordered pickles on the side and received skins and no actual pickles. This is what happens when the store is run by immigrants who don't give a shit. This store is in Welland Ontario. That's the last time I vist that establishment.

Once after I got my meal, I was getting some ketchup, a lady at the cash was gossiping and swearing and yelling about a classmate with a customer while other customers were waiting to order. Most of the staff have a careless attitude, turning around while someone is talking to them, they yell at each other from across the kitchen instead of walking to talk face to face. My opinion, if you really have no other choice but to go there, just go through the drive through, it'll save you a headache. Oh and when you do go there, if something is wrong with the food or the attitude, report your experience here on yelp and at talktowendys(dot)com , it'll show that customers care about quality and reputation.
