The beignets tasted good but were the consistency of a donut rather than being light and airy. The menu is quite extensive, and we had a tough time choosing what to order. I saw a large bowl of gumbo at an adjacent table, and that almost made me choose gumbo for my entrée. The eating area has a kitchsy decor fitting of the food genre. Seating was comfortable and service was excellent. This was a great experience that made me want to return for dinner next time, maybe during happy hour so I can order one of their great appetizers.
