Food is really good but the prices are a little high, I would like to comeback for the desserts

People. Are you in Las Vegas? Then you need to go here. We went two days in a row, it is so great. First of all, the staff is fantastic. What a great group of sweet people! Cory was our server on visit #1 and he helped us out a bit in visit #2 as well. What a doll. He's so kind and helped get us what we needed for the meal. He was always on it and quietly making sure everyone was all set. Zarina was the other standout who helped us. She was incredibly sweet with the guests and my little lady specifically. She was so sincere in her caring about the guests and chatting with us. The space is beautiful. Pastries ate arranged in a pleasing display in the front. The macaroons are gorgeous. The tables are clean and the seating is comfortable. Now, the food. Guys. GUYS. So good. We had (and would 100% have again); * the caprese gallette * the Nutella crepe with bananas * a slice of the salmon broccoli quiche * a croque Monsieur (hubs said it was the best he's ever had) * the chevrontine gallette * a veggie tart that I can't remember the name of but was amazing * a Nutella brioche * a tarte tropizienne * an assortment of 6 macaroons * iced americano * iced tea * hot chocolate * chocolate milk * an iced vanilla matcha latte In conclusion: go get yourself some treats at Cafe Breizh. Just had the turkey and brie on a baguette for at least the 4th time yesterday. The sandwich gets worse each order. In a word: Sloppy. To CB's credit, the bread is always fresh and fantastic. The meat and cheese however are comically bad. They toss a couple of small pickle slices in; some make it on the sandwich, some end up in the box. Port of Subs, Mikes, Capriottis, Firehouse all provide a more satisfying meal... and the staff isn't so stuffy. It's just a sandwich guys. read more

What an absolute delight this French cafe and bakery is! Located real close to Dollar Tree on Fort Apache, this place is almost a hidden gem. It has a nice indoor area where you can dine in as well as a cute patio, plus a bakery counter where you can buy pastries to go. They offer many French delights such as a French breakfast (breads, jelly, and butter), quiches, crepes, sandwiches, macaroons, coffee, and more. I enjoyed the Croque Monsieur; it was very good. Me and my girlfriend wanted to hit up a cozy spot for breakfast on our day off, and cozy this was! As soon as we entered the cafe, you could see the various baked goods they have for sale, displayed well, so you have the choice to take out or dine in. I'd recommend dining in! Despite at that time, there was one server working, he did a great job overseeing and taking care of everyone and was quite patient with us! We ordered the Croque Monsieur, French Onion Soup and the Kouign-amann (queen ah-mahn), and serving wise, this was good enough for me and my girlfriend to split! Everything was cooked quite well, full of flavors and the Kouign-amann was probably our favorite for that day! It's served strictly at 8:30am and will be available until they sell out. When walking into the place, no one instantly greets you and asks you if you're dining in or for takeout, so we weren't sure where to stand. So we ask the lady behind the pastry counter and she tells us to just wait and somebody will come seat us. The chairs are so uncomfortable and there's no place to put your purse. I had to sit in the chair with my big purse behind me the entire time. The food? I'm disappointed in the food. How do you charge $14 for a salad and not mix in the dressing for the people? I ordered a Caesar salad, and they brought it out in a small bowl with a dressing container on the side. It literally looked like they just put a handful of lettuce in a bowl, put a few pieces of croutons on top and put a few pieces of chicken on top. I couldn't mix in the dressing in the small bowl so I asked for a plate, at this point, it was just becoming a mess. I couldn't mix the dressing in because the plate was also too small. I asked a waitress if she if she could please maybe take it and mix the dressing in it for me because I didn't want to make a mess all over the table. She said they don't do that, but I truly just asked her nicely and she did it but wasn't too happy about it. The salad comes back to me, and I kid you not, it was so soaked I couldn't even eat it. I ate around it, what ever pieces that didn't have much dressing on it, but I left most of it. I also got an iced Matcha latte, they told me it doesn't come sweetened and if they should put vanilla in it and I said sure. It was super sweet. I couldn't finish that either. I don't know if salad is the wrong thing to order at this place, but it being my first time coming here, it really turned me off. read more

As someone who makes it a point to seek out all the French bakeries in every city I visit, from across the US to the heart of France, I don't say this lightly: Café Breizh has the best croissant I have had in the United States. The Traditional Croissant: This is a masterclass in lamination. The exterior has that perfect, shattering crispness, while the interior is airy, buttery, and boasts a beautiful honeycomb structure. It rivals anything I've found in Paris. If you are a purist, this is your destination. The croissant really stands on its own, no need for a coffee because it is not dry at all, no need for Nutella or jam. Excellent. The Pain au Chocolat: Interestingly, while the dough itself remains world-class, the execution of the Pain au Chocolat (the proper name for the chocolate croissant) didn't quite reach the same heights. The chocolate distribution was unfortunately wonky, with the batons poorly placed within the pastry. It felt like a bit of a disservice to such high-quality dough, as you didn't get that perfect balance of chocolate and flake in every bite. Despite the chocolate distribution issue, the technical skill behind their pastry work is undeniable. The service is also wonderful, keeping that authentic café feel alive on the West Side. Breizh means Britanny in the local dialect. It happens to be Crepe country. Try their buckwheat "galette", you won't be disappointed. read more

This was my first time visiting Café Breizh, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. I initially ordered the Croque Monsieur, but unfortunately the salad that came with it wasn't very fresh. I asked the waitress if it could be replaced, and she was helpful and polite in addressing the issue. I then ordered the French breakfast, which comes with a basket of bread and a croissant. It was significantly better! The bread and croissant were freshly made ; I could truly taste the freshness, and they were still warm when served. I also ordered an oat milk latte, which was decent and paired nicely with the meal. The prices are very affordable, especially considering the quality. After finishing breakfast, I really wanted to try some of the pastries because they looked absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I was too full to have any room left! We've been coming here since they opened nearly 10 years ago, before their expansion. They offer an array of items up to including baguettes, pastries, coffee, French breakfast items and my favorite the Parisian sandwich (my favorite). Located on Fort Apache between Spring Mountain and Twain inside a center, sometimes the front parking can get packed but it's a big lot just walk. It's a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal, try their Parisian sandwich, simple yet tasty and filling. They have great lattes and their dessert items are also worth trying. We grab some baguettes to go sometimes and eat it with our meals, the bill can get up there real fast but it's worth it. You can phone in orders for pickup up which is much more convenient than waiting, the line can get hectic and crowded easily. Great place for groups as the tables allow for easy connecting and easy spot to socialize with friends and neighbors. read more

There are many off strip French restaurants and are all very different in decor and food offerings. Cafe Breizh fits that mold perfectly. Located in a strip center fools you as you walk into a great selection of varying pastries, breads, cheeses and a welcoming staff. It's bigger inside with seating and a chance to actually look into the kitchen as chefs prepare your order. Really enjoyed the whole experience and if you like orange juice try their home made brand. I have not been in for a while. I had some time to relax before my next appointment and I was on Fort Apache so of course I had to visit my favorite French bakery! I was going to get a croissant to go but decided to enjoy my pastry so I sat at a table and ordered that with a double cortado. I also grabbed my favorite butter from their refrigerated section. You can see it in the picture. Cafe Breizh never disappoints. I got to chill with a beautiful, flaky pastry and balanced Cortado. Besides the butter I also ordered a brownie to go. No service for like 10 minutes. We walked in noticing customers standing around in different areas. It was pretty confusing. Not sure if we had to order first or just wait to get seated then order. We were just standing there looking at their different items. All the staffs looked so busy. I tried to ask questions, but unable to. Finally, one male staff assisted. However, didn't help much. All he asked was if we wanted to dine in. We were then told to go to the other end to wait to get seated. The gal who seated us was awesome. Very nice and patient. Even gave us recommendations. We got the quiche mushroom & spinach that she recommended. It was their popular item. It was delicious. I would eat it again and again. We all enjoyed it. The flan was yummy. It wasn't that sweet. It was perfect, actually. The La tradition with Ham was pretty good. It looked funny, but the taste was serious. Seriously good lol I would order it again. The ham was not so salty. It blended great with the cheese they used. Skip on the drinks. We got a matcha latte and it was so milky. It was more like a faded green milk drink than a matcha. Literally no taste of matcha. The cap was not bad. Not the greatest, but decent. We also got the iced latte with half and half. The gal staff that brought it out looked so unhappy. Her face got even more unhappy when we told her that we wanted iced latte not hot. She started saying that it was our job to remind them that we wanted ice instead of hot..wth?? Finally went for lunch instead of breakfast. I got the turkey and Brie sandwich. The baguette was nice and soft so it didn't crunch and cut up the roof of my mouth. A dramatic BEWARE: My little sister ordered a chocolate cake here for our moms day which is a larger version of their smaller chocolate cake. Anyone who has tried this cake knows how good it is. Its similar to cheesecake factory's linda's fudge cake. Its our favorite and my moms. On her birthday we all ate the cake and to our surprise it did not include the wafer parts which in our opinion is what makes the chocolate cake really good instead of just good. We called the bakery and they said they dont make the large version with the wafer bits/crunchy part and didnt say why. Sounds so dramatic and entitled but when you order a specific dessert expecting it to taste what you know it usually tastes like it's disappointing. The cake is also $50. If we had known this we wouldn't have ordered it and just a bunch of the smaller ones. read more

I don't know if you care about why I'm mad or not but this place has very good rating very few reviews other than a five star review so what are the chances that you're gonna get a terrible order? I got the turkey chutney and brie sandwich which is a pretty hefty priced sandwich to begin with nearly $18.. The bread was very crispy and nearly unpleasant to bite into. It was so hard.. and I ate my first half while I was working doing work and was a little distracted, but I thought to myself I really didn't notice if there was any cheese in there I tasted like maybe one or two bites had cheese in it so I looked at the other half of my sandwich and there is literally one tiny piece of brie on half a sandwich. What. The. F*ck??? I'm going to say the danishes are a great size you're getting what you pay for if they're done . I got a cheese one and honestly, I hope I don't get sick from it being under done tomorrow. At least I think it's under done. That's the thing-I can't even tell. The top was done and it had your normal cheese, danish consistency, and the sides seem to be done but the middle and bottom was runny like a yogurt or pudding texture, almost. It had good flavor, but I just didn't feel comfortable with a consistency, considering the top and the sides felt like they were cooked all the way through and this is a thick pastry. The top is crunchy and overdone, and the bottom is nice and flaky. So I didn't eat the entire danish because I didn't know if it was safe or not to eat so most of that went to waste. I also had a pear danish. That tasted like it had a canned pear, half and again same thing with the pastry. It was very crunchy and overdone on the top and almost uncomfortable to eat like you were gonna poke the roof of your mouth so I ended up ripping off the top layer of the pastry basically and just eating the sides and bottom and it was decent, but that pear left something to be desired. It did not taste like a fresh pear. I'm very disappointed in my experience and I don't know if I will be willing to give this place a second try because honestly with a tip I spent $56 and even at the half the price it was a total rip off, so paying $56 for three crappy things...no thanks. read more

Cafe Breizh is such a gem. The blueberry muffin is by far the best muffin I've ever had--perfectly moist, packed with blueberries, and just the right amount of sweetness. The croissant was everything you want in a croissant: fluffy and airy on the inside with that perfectly crispy, buttery exterior. You can really taste the quality here. First the pastries looks so yummy!!!! And they TASTE yummy. Been coming here for years now i would say since day 1 they opened. The store has updated the interior and expanded, even improved the outdoor sitting. Ive tried pastries, chocolate ganache cake their crepes. And everything is good thats why we keep coming back, everything is always fresh which i love. I wish they will add better coffee selection to pair with their awesome pastries and bites they have to offer. I also like the chefs that make their crepes wearing apron, you also can see how they make the crepes but with the new set up i think they removed that.
