10/18/25 Getting…read morelunch. It was a little difficult ordering. Mainly speaks Spanish. Tried to work it out and it did! Ordered a chicken Torta no sour cream and shrimp cocktail. The worker said it would be ready "to go." Arrived and greeted! Nice restaurant. Safe & clean! Comfortable. I let worker know, she had it ready, paid for it with thanks from her. Lunchtime! Chicken Torta 1/2 was Great! Good amount of chicken, fresh avocado, veggies and bread. Spiced up with salsa equals pure Deliciousness! Shrimp Cocktail was Fresh & DELICIOUS! Good amount of shrimp to split and salsa with Saladitas made it even better! Mother said hers was Really Great! Loved it ALL!! Good service & GREAT lunch! Highly recommended!!

We asked what was on it and the lady said meat beans onions cheese with guac and sour on the side. There was no mention of jalapenos. She said we could do half asada half chicken. When we got the fries there were no beans and there was jalapenos which we were not notified about. It was dry and unflavorful. The cheese was coagulated I can't stand when cheese clumps up and sticks to very few fries instead of being distributed. Hubby forgot to call back until a day or two later they said the lady who took our order wasn't in I don't care who took my order If I say my order wasn't right then anybody should be able to fix it I shouldn't have to wait till that person comes back in. Why would I lie about beans? All Im asking for is credit for the beans. Not like I'm asking for an entire meal comp. We only chose to eat there because they said they put beans on the fries. Not every restaurant puts beans on the fries, you have to pay extra. This messed up my entire meal and experience with them, not to mention on my anniversary. We do things low key . Not because I didn't like the place, but because I hate Shaw traffic and I don't like being around people if I have a choice lol but when I'm feeling social and have the right people around me? Yes, please. Main thing we've gone for, obvi, are their Red Beers. I was never (still not) a beer drinker but the only thing that can make me drink beer?... these guys (Micheladas in general). They make a mean Miche! It may be frowned upon but I like mine with ice-- lots of it! Don't worry, with all the drinking you do, they also have fooooood-- and it's pretty darn good. The one thing I remember from years ago was their Chile Verde Quesadilla... it was bomb! Fast forward probably a decade+ later? Still bomb! On top of that-- my friend ordered their Nachos to share... yup, you guessed it! Bomb! My other friend ordered their Torta as well. I did not try it off her but I will take her word for it-- she said it was bomb. Duh. For a bar tucked away in the alley they're in (that's what it feels like to me)-- it's a decent size with significant space (parking can be tricky). Plenty of seating available and space to move around. It's exactly how you'd expect a bar to look and feel. The staff has always been quick to take our orders, super friendly, serving up quality, and they keep the place clean. I don't know what took me so long to come back but I'll try not to let my next visit go as long. This past visit happened to be a Karaoke night which was an added bonus. I can't sing like I wish I did in my head but hey-- I love to sing anyway (if I'm not shy). Enough liquid courage will do it. My friends and I took a few rounds on the mics together and it was a blast! If I remember correctly... Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are when Karaoke nights are held. DJ was very entertaining + excellent taste in music. Very versatile ( A+). Yes, I recommend.

Before you know it, delivered! Nice delivery guy. Lunchtime! It's Huge! 1/2 is plenty!. It was Really DELICIOUS!! Put together well and Flavorful! Fresh tomato & lettuce. Adding shrimp to it was Great! Tasty with the chicken. Fresh Torta too!? Whole beans were Great! Really preferred over refried beans. Perfectly cooked! Just right. Rice is pretty good! Definitely a good amount left! The other 1/2 & rice leftover,, along with tons of fries, but I'm throwing them out. Tasteless, soggy and no good! The only thing that wasn't good! He ran the front of the house, he made the cocktails, AND he cooked the food!! He kept the place immaculate! It's really disgusting that a business of this magnitude has one solo employee!!
