My sandwich tasted fresh, my hashbrowns were nice and hot. My carrot cake was soft and moist, I wasn't a fan of the sugar frosting, thought it be more cream cheese like. I wouldn't get that again. Next time Waze makes me cross over, I'd definitely stop here again.

My only small knock was that the bagel itself did not taste as fresh as I hoped, but it was still good. The French toast bagel was my favorite tasting bagel of the bunch. I mixed the cream cheese with bacon and cheddar. The bagel itself was excellent, but the mix-ins did not fully hit for me since the cheddar was a bit sharp and the bacon was not crispy enough. For good measure, I had their Whipped Cloud Coffee, their signature fluffy whipped coffee served over ice. It was smooth, balanced, and really enjoyable, with just enough slight bitterness to cut the sweetness. Big shoutout to Ruth, Alex, and Mark. People talk about the 93 Bulls, but this was my 91 Bulls crew, just coming out, finding their rhythm, and locking in together. Great energy and great service. I also loved that their bagels come in daily from Westchester, which felt very New York. A couple useful notes. Their current hours are shown in the photos I uploaded here. Rainbow bagels are only available on Saturdays for now. Street parking is available nearby, which makes stopping by easy. Overall, a strong new spot with friendly staff and lots of options. I don't consume pork and someone in my group requested the lady behind the counter to change her gloves before packing our bagel. The lady did change them, but when we requested her to warm the pan au chocolate, she said they warm ham etc., in the oven. She didn't ask if we are still okay with the pan au chocolate being warmed. I found this interaction a bit odd and came off in an unfriendly tone. It just seemed un-inclusive and my group didn't feel welcomed. A suggestion - is it possible to change parchment paper's etc if ham is warmed in the same oven/toaster? Personally, it seemed like the worker was offended I asked her to change her gloves. I hope it's a one off experience since I truly love the items you offer, but definitely hope to have a better customer experience next time.
