Was excited to try it but did not exactly live up to expectations, minimum amount for card which was not made clear to us before we decided to pay with card. Bagels were good but muffins looked better than they tasted!

Pretty good bagels. Got a California chicken sandwich on everything which was pretty good. Everything seemed fresh, but flavor in a sandwich was missing. I liked the bagel. Very friendly service.

Great find, on the way back to the airport, to snag some bagels for the next couple days. Caught them right at closing, but they were friendly as could be and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Good bagel selection ~ Plain * Poppy * Sesame * Onion * Rye * Salt * Cinnamon Raisin * Garlic * Blueberry * Multigrain * Spinach * Pumpernickel ~ to name a few. I got a sampling of what they had left on hand (it was the end of the day). They have large indoor seating area and also serve breakfast and lunch. Different kinds of breakfast sandwiches to go along with their breakfast grill creations. For lunch they have soups, salads and sandwiches. Prices are reasonable bagels are $1.25 each (discount for volume purchase), egg sandwiches are around $3.00 each and lunch sandwiches/panini's are between $7 and $8.50 (a few priced higher). Really impressed with how friendly the staff is. If I'm in the area again I will be stopping back in for sure!

This is what the man eventually gave us. He was laughing the entire time we left, knowing that he could have simply gave us our refund.

Excellent bagels. Being on a diet the low carb bagels are most satisfactory. Service has always been good, even when busy.

They are very skimpy on the cream cheese and the bagels are mediocre at best. They used to be much better quality.

This was my first visit official stop at their Westport location. The store is very small and is very busy, filled with Italian products, cold and hot items, and sandwiches to order. This is not a dine in spot. I decided on the Stratford & Main, chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers and balsamic. The sandwhich was ready quicky. The chicken cutlet was terrific, as was the fresh mozzarella. The bread tasted like maybe it was a day old and didn't have any sesame seeds on it like I am accustomed to. Maybe I should have asked if that was available. I put in the oven for just a few minutes to get the bread just a tad crunchy and it was fantastic. $14. It is a quality sandwich and most filling. There are a few parking spots in front, but parking is quite limited so I parked in strip mall lot adjacent. Service was warm and friendly.

The staff was super friendly, and I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. It was made on a Brioche roll with a fried egg. Honestly, I wasn't a huge fan of the egg or the sandwich overall. It was okay, probably a three-star kind of thing. Next time I went back, I tried the Calise sandwich, which has chicken cutlet, broccoli rabe, roasted peppers, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze. I asked for the broccoli rabe on the side because I know everyone makes it differently. I get that it can be bitter, but some places make it taste amazing without the bitterness, so I wanted it on the side. The sandwich was really good, so I'd give it four stars, especially since the breakfast one was just three in my book. Sometimes you gotta visit a place a couple of times to really get a feel for their food. I wasn't really a fan of the broccoli rabe--it was a bit too bitter for me. But the sandwich itself was tasty, with well-seasoned chicken and really fresh mozzarella. Not sure if they make the mozzarella in-house, but it's delicious. It tasted just like you'd expect from an authentic Italian deli. Very good. Third time I went, I tried the Mother Clucker, which has a chicken cutlet, Russian dressing, cheddar cheese, and bacon. I wanted to try it because I'd seen it being made during my last visit and it looked awesome. It took about ten minutes to get ready. When I opened it up, I realized it had melted cheddar, not sliced like I thought, but it was all good. The sandwich was tasty, but a bit over the top with the bacon and melted cheddar--almost too much. I think using sliced cheddar would bring everything together better. The melted cheese kinda takes away from it, in my opinion. The bacon was crispy even with the cheesy sauce on top, and the chicken was nicely seasoned. I definitely plan to come back and try the Chopped Italian Combo. The staff's always friendly and welcoming, and it's a solid spot if you're looking for breakfast, with plenty of breakfast platters and other menu items that might catch your eye.

It was quite busy when we arrived on a late Sunday a.m. in January. Tables were filled and there was a line for ordering. We decided on a tomato cheddar soup and the Churn it Up sandwich with Havarti and provolone. We were told the wait would be 40 mins, giving us the option to wait it out or go elsewhere. We stuck it out and the food was at our table in less than 20 mins. The sandwiches were ooey gooey toasted cheesiness and paired perfectly with the creamy tomato soup. It came with a lighty dressed arugula salad. I had a freshly brewed ice tea and my dining partner got a Dr. Brown's soda. The breakfast rush was soon over but people were still coming in to eat and grab take out while we enjoyed our meals. They also offer beers and wines and hot chocolate. The entire place was very clean, including the restrooms, although I did not see any table wiping going on. Staff were smiling and polite. Plenty of parking in lot shared with other business.
