If you research how things should be done correctly, you will appreciate their work even though it may look simple. I have a shower pan leak that needs to be fixed. I vetted 5 contractors and selected Lux Home Remodel. Numi provided two options - 1). Fix the shower pan only with no warranty 2). Re-tile the entire shower with warranty. The estimate does not cover fixing the potential structure damage, which was unknown at the time. I reserved the right to hire someone else for the structure repair job after demolition but I ended up with Luxe Home Remodel even though they are not the lowest bidder due to my confidence in Numi.
