For at least two months, our kilowatts per day weren't feeding back into the system. Bummer, right? I shopped around, and when I found out about Nick, I knew I'd be in good hands. Nick came, talked to us, checked out the system and advised us that it looks like we are connected. It's the Tesla mobile app that likely needs updating and we're in the clear. He gave us a ton of information, didn't try to sell us anything, and did this all for free. I know whom I'm going to call next time I have a solar glitch, or want to upgrade my system. They are licensed and their crew has excellent skills (tiling, hot mop, plumbing, electrical, shower glass door, structure repair). There were heated discussions with a crew member at times but Numi always found a way to move forward to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them again when my other bathroom needs remodel. If you research how things should be done correctly, you will appreciate their work even though it may look simple. I have a shower pan leak that needs to be fixed. I vetted 5 contractors and selected Lux Home Remodel. Numi provided two options - 1). Fix the shower pan only with no warranty 2). Re-tile the entire shower with warranty. The estimate does not cover fixing the potential structure damage, which was unknown at the time. I reserved the right to hire someone else for the structure repair job after demolition but I ended up with Luxe Home Remodel even though they are not the lowest bidder due to my confidence in Numi. My wife has allergy and they have good dust control (you want to ask for this and they'll do it). After 2 months we have a beautiful, brand new shower. Wife is very happy about it. In each case, the interaction at the store has been easy and friendly, and the problems resolved swiftly. I was frustrated at one point, but it turned out to be my own fault: Rather than calling or dropping by the store, I was sending emails and getting no replies. I later found out that the emails were going to employees that were no longer there. The staff is friendly, and if you drop by the store, the owner will personally greet you and make sure you are happy.
