You know those calls you get every day from call centers asking if you need solar panels or any…read moreremodeling done? They're relentless right? You've probably downloaded "Mr. Number" or "Should I Answer" call blocker apps like I have. Well, this is one of those call centers disguised as a legitimate company. 4 Seasons Kitchens & Bath is a ruse. You think you're calling a company in your neighborhood for a kitchen or bath remodel quote with good reviews, great prices where everyone "couldn't be happier". But you're not....you're calling into one of the telemarketers you're trying to block. Their main concern is "is the wife going to be there"? As they want to come in and do a 3D rendering, show materials etc. I politely let them know that she's not and I have plans (the wife's plans mind you), measurements, materials picked out, etc. I'm upfront letting them know we are shopping, seeing what the prices are from several different companies. We're not at the 3D planning yet. I had my first appointment cancelled by the rep because the wife wasn't going to be here. I finally get an appointment (without the wife being here) and before my set time a scheduler calls to remind me of my appointment and wants to make sure that "the wife is going to be there" (sigh). I notice she stated a different company name. "This is not 4 Seasons Kitchens and Bath"? I asked. No this is MC Construction & Design. I roll with it because....well, we're looking for quotes. The thing is folks, I don't like being misled. I asked the Ron, the sales rep/designer for MC Construction "how did you get this appointment"? I let him know I called 4SK&B and that he was not supposed to be here. He didn't have an answer for me. I soldiered on and Ron from MC Construction was a knowledgeable, good guy and seemed earnest in providing a good end product and their company has good reviews. He complimented me on our plans, measurements and was impressed with us knowing what we wanted right down to the material selection. After Ron from MC Construction left, I called 4SK&B to find out what happened....several times, no answer. Called the next morning, no answer. I had that "ah ha" moment when I re-read the reviews for 4 Season Kitchens & Bath. You'll notice not one single review states "Bob from 4SK&B was great". Or, "Joe and his crew showed up on time and completed the project in a timely manner". No personalization, no names, just "B.S. 5 Star reviews" to dupe you into calling a telemarketing company. You don't want to start right out of the gate with dishonesty when you're looking to spend a good amount of money on a home remodel project where your family lives. If you're in the Encino area, I'd call MC Construction for a quote.....I think they're legitimate. However, I probably won't use them due to being deceived by this telemarking company acting like a home remodeling company.

I was very pleased with how seriously my email was taken and with the effort that was made to resolve the situation. I subsequently met with Joseph, the manager, and he completely turned the experience around for me. He listened to my concerns about my problematic experience and assured me that he would handle the situation. He then focused on moving forward with my project. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right materials for my kitchen renovation. He listened carefully to what I was looking for in both a quartz countertop and backsplash tile, showed me a number of appropriate options, and guided me in directions that were actually helpful rather than overwhelming. By the end of my visit, I had made my selections and felt very good about them. Joseph's customer service was excellent, and I especially appreciated the way he handled my concerns regarding my previous visit. It says a lot about a business when management responds well to a problem. My experience with Joseph restored my confidence in Cal Tile, and I am very happy to give them five stars.

I set up an initial time to go see the cabinets and immediately fell in love with the Walnut doors. After this initial meeting I constantly had to hound the designer to get me the design. I had to bug her at least every few days. She did get me the design and I was super happy with it. Then she came to measure and I had an appointment with her installer a few days later. When I would ask her for when I could expect the next step, she would always say she had company over or was at another job. She knew I was on a tight timeframe, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Her installer flaked without calling me until well after our appointment and the designer basically ghosted me. This is after putting in many weeks of work on her part even to the point of picking the cabinet inserts. I mean we were basically ready to go with the deal. Finally her installer came spent maybe 20 minutes looking at the kitchen and the floors because I was also interested to see if he could do the floors as well. I never got his quote. I thought something was up and reached out the The Kitchen Store that also carried Crystal cabinets and they were super professional. Within 3 weeks I got all measurements, design and quote from TKS and it was basically the same price that I got from Beach Kitchen Design. I mean are folks so busy they don't want a 50k deal? I am in sales and I knew something was up but the professional thing to do would have been to tell me straight up that my timeline didn't fit theirs. I would absolutely not go with this company and rather go to The Kitchen Store and work with Sharron. She was wonderful and super patient with all my questions.

They are very rude the materials they sale not good , no information on the boxes about where it made about the warranty when I asked about they they get mad and angry, at the end it costs more I paid for new baseboard and I paid for the return delivery. And I have shoulder pain going for physical therapy from unloading all the material when I paid for the delivery.

I was given a loaner vacuum, which was greatly appreciated! The problems started the following week, when the loaner vacuum ceased picking up particles. My older son spent most of the school winter break in the hospital; between that and my work schedule, I've only NOW been able to come retrieve my vacuum and return the loaner. I arrived at 4:30, only to find out that my vacuum has been sitting here all that time, unrepaired! I received ONE phone call, on January 19, 2018, asking if I was coming by to get my vacuum. I left a voicemail saying I would be by that Friday, or Saturday at the latest. I came by last Saturday, only to find out that as of January 8, they were no longer open on Saturdays! Ugh! I just wish that someone made more of an effort to let me know that they needed pre-approval before they did ANY work on my vacuum. The only call that I received was on 1/19.
