I immediately requested a refund and asked that the old parts be put back in. They claimed they reinstalled the old parts, but they never even opened the hood, so there was no way the filter was reinstalled. After leaving, I inspected the filter myself and confirmed it was not new and did not need replacement in the first place.

New rotos and pads all around right away they did not feel / sound right. I had them check it several times and each time they said no issues. My most recent state inspection they claimed I had brake issues I said great you did them and they are still under warranty and that issue magically disappeared. Now 15 months later my vehicle is clearly having problems when I use the brakes, so I take to PepBoys and guest what... Warped rotos and near end-of-life brake pads in under 15 months and 10K miles. AVOID MIDAS FOR ANYTHING BESIDES A OIL CHANGE AND MAYBE EVEN AVOID THEM FOR THAT. ZERO STARS

He sent Vinnie out to my house & he put air in my tire so I could drive it back to the Bob's service station (didn't charge me for that service). They looked at the tire & said it couldn't be plugged & that I'd needed a new tire. It was ordered & delivered within an hour. In the meantime Vinnie drove me back home. I received a call within an hour in a half that my car was done! Vinnie picked me up drove me back & I paid the bill. Now this is what I call EXCELLENT service. They couldn't have been any nicer. Three days later my tire pressure sensor goes off. I went back to the shop and they explained that one of my tires needs a replacement sensor and said it will be around 200.00 for parts and labor. I explained that I was there just three days ago and that I never had a problem with my sensors. Customer service was awful and gave rushed energy. I asked if it could have been caused during the installation and they said no. I asked if that is common during tire changes and they also said no and told me the cost to repair. No thanks! My aunt warned me about this place cause she had a bad expeeience too! So much for loyalty.

I ordered a set of four new tires from Amazon and they arrived quickly. I called the Goodyear store, about 2 miles away, and spoke with a very nice young lady. I explained what I needed and she said they could handle it. Early the next day, I took the four tires to the store and spoke with Joseph Engro, one of the sales staff. He doubted if they could mount the new tires since their equipment was only designed for passenger cars and such. However, he'd ask one of his tire specialists if doing the job was possible. He gave me the good news that, yes, they could do it for me. I dropped off the old tires and wheels and went home. In about an hour, they called me and told me the job was done! Wow! They did the job faster than greased lightning. When my car needs new tires, in about 10,000 miles, I'll be giving this store my business. Thanks, Goodyear and especially thanks for the great and speedy job you did!
