Faced with limited options, MOM strongly recommended that my vehicle be towed to Patrick at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, an advisor she trusts and that recommendation proved invaluable. Over the past year, my experiences with several service representatives at other dealerships had unfortunately been marred by unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, poor communication, and little to no follow-through, so expectations were guarded. This vehicle holds significant sentimental value for MOM following the loss of Tonya, my sister, on June 28, 2024; Tonya left explicit instructions that the car be taken to Patrick for any care needs, making trust essential. Patrick was prompt, genuine, and immediately put us at ease with his warm, contagious smile; he took ownership of our concern, proactively contacted a locksmith due to the discontinued key, proposed practical solutions, and followed through on every commitment. He also went above and beyond by offering a complimentary ride from my MOM's home to pick up a loaner and ensuring the vehicle was well cared for, including routine maintenance and attention to an intermittent issue. One word to summarize MOM's experience: "WOW!" If you're looking for an advisor who truly shows up for customers, Patrick is the one.

O'Hara appeared on the chat screen offering assistance -- and from that very first interaction, the experience was completely different. I inquired about a particular vehicle and asked if it was truly available. Since it would require a two-hour drive for me, I was understandably hesitant to trust what was listed online. Mrs. O'Hara immediately reassured me, sent me the direct link to the exact vehicle, and patiently answered every concern I had. Because of my previous experience, I requested additional proof that the vehicle was actually on the lot. Mrs. O'Hara truly answered the call. Even though the vehicle was located at the dealership's storage lot down the street, she personally contacted someone there, arranged for photos of the car's exterior and interior -- and texted them directly to my phone. Mind you, this was all happening during a holiday weekend. Once I confirmed my intention to purchase the vehicle, we scheduled an appointment for Monday, the actual holiday. However, Mrs. O'Hara went even further. She reached back out and said, "You know, if you'd like to come on Sunday, I will come in -- (her day off) -- because we don't want anyone else to get your car." That level of dedication and customer care genuinely blew me away. She also encouraged me to send over my information in advance so she could begin the process early and ensure everything would be ready for my arrival on Sunday. Mrs. O'Hara was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and worked with incredible efficiency throughout the entire process. Most importantly, she exudes a warm, welcoming spirit that instantly makes customers feel valued and cared for. In a time when genuine customer service can be hard to find, Mrs. O'Hara went above and beyond in every possible way.     This dealership provides subpar service and lacks basic professional standards. During my last…read morevisit, I waited over three hours (as most of us do from talking with other customers) without being informed of available loaner vehicles. More alarmingly, service technicians installed a tire inside-out and refused to rectify the error, despite the vehicle being only two years old with tires they replaced a few months prior. They also attempted to upsell unnecessary spark plug replacements that were well within their service life. Furthermore, the sales environment is dismissive toward female buyers; staff repeatedly ignored me during my purchase process as well, directing all communication toward my father despite being told I was the buyer. I now take my business to Toyota in Winchester for more reliable work and respectful treatment. *Update* No, I will not respond to the company on here, I've responded and left a lot of feedback on all my experiences with Lexus and never has anyone changed anything, contacted me, etc. So no, I'm not about to reach out to you now that this is on Yelp.

It had four major leaks and ended up needing an entire new transfer case. Did not pass state. Was a nightmare trying to get it fixed. They told me they would have it for three days. They had it for three weeks. The used car service advisor they stuck you with does not call doesn't have a phone line of his own so you can't even call him. He only text you. And that's only every few days.. Once I finally got my car back, there's still a major rattle And get this right at the end, the rental department is trying to charge me $400 for a scuffed wheel. Because Jennifer did not do a walk-through with a customer and didn't verify any damage to the loaner poor she didn't even verify the level of fuel given to the customer. This place is by far one of the worst dealers I've ever been to. If I could go back, I would never do business with them.

Despite this, Ted Britt Lincoln has consistently failed to provide a loaner vehicle--something that should be standard for a Black Label client. Most recently, my vehicle was in their shop for four days, and again, no loaner was provided. This time (for the same issue) I have been waiting for more than 2 months to obtain an appointment that can be accompanied by a loaner vehicle. I have heard estimates from multiple people, from 2 weeks to 4 months to obtain such an option. Ted Britt Lincoln does not take customer service seriously. The complete lack of communication and follow-up from key service staff. Service Advisor Brandyn Spece, Service Director Michael Darlin, and Lincoln Director Michael Britt have not responded to any of my emails or returned any of my phone calls. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable from any service department--let alone one representing the Black Label brand.
