My wife and I had one of our best car buying experiences here at Porsche Chantilly and are now the proud and happy owners of a Porsche Panamera E Hybrid. We went in to the dealership with an appointment and only with the intention of doing a test drive of the Panamera and ended up buying one. ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE to buy. In fact our salesperson, Christian was a perfect gentleman who insisted on us test driving both models and any other car we wanted to before making a decision. He gave us a great deal on a brand new car with the color and specs that we were looking for and then we thought that as in other dealerships tell us that this is valid only if we buy the same day. We were surprised when he said that we can come back for the same price whenever we were ready (never the case with others). Needless to say we bought our dream car. We also had a great experience with Diana from the finance department. I had numerous questions and emails on warranty, interest rates, refinancing etc and she willingly replied to each one of them with a lot of patience and much needed information. Porsche is a beyond exceptional car and here at Porsche Chantilly we received the same.... beyond exceptional service. I was driving by and saw that this Porsche dealership had finally opened! I believe they opened about two weeks ago. Amanda the receptionist is great. She did a great job representing this location and Porsche. Eric Ekpa (salesman - last name pronounced like there is no K) helped me get into a 2019 (bucket tweed fabric seats) and 2021 (regular black leather seats) Carrera. The dealership also has a bunch of Taycan (latest Porsche craze), and Macan/Cayenne models (Porsche bread and butter). The first thing you will notice is that this location is huge. I would guess it is the biggest Porsche dealership I have been to. It is also spotless - good job to maintenance! I would recommend this dealership over the Tysons location based on how the staff (Amanda the receptionist) greeted me when I walked in without an appointment. There was a customer who brought their son in and the salesman (not sure who as I only heard and did not see) handled his questions graciously. The service bay has an huge window on the second floor that you can look through if you like watching technicians work. The location has a parking garage that reminds me of the Tysons Corner AMC mall garage. It is located past the service center wall. I think the garage may be three floors, but I'm not sure. The garage door on the second floor (at the end of the long hallway marked showroom) allows this location to bring cars up to the second floor and park them at the second floor balcony. Note: the only entrance is from Pepsi Pl. I took a right at the corner of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway and thought there might be a right turn where I could enter, but I had to drive past U-Haul and take a right to get onto Pepsi Pl. read more

Sales process was fine... However, as it turns out, the car (Macan) had an issue with it. It took me literally 15m to identify the probable cause using Google, and the symptoms were pretty evident when you drive the car...so either their mechanics have no idea about their cars or they suspected/knew and still sold a vehicle with issues. Told them, showed some guy in the service dept the article from Porsche, the posts from the forums clearly identifying the issue; he took my name & number and told me they'd contact me. Crickets. I'm not known for my patience but I'm NOT going to drive a broken & potentially unsafe vehicle, not to mention be ignored completely for over a week. This is the 3rd time in the past 2 years this dealership has ghosted me for one reason or another. So I'm done. I hope my new car is better, it's coming soon. read more

For some context...I am very young (teenager) and dream of owning a Porsche one day. I had some time to kill and figured I'd spend it walking around the dealership to look at some of the amazing cars I aspire to have when I'm older. Not long after walking around a bit, I was approached by a great sales rep named Austin who offered to let me sit in some of the showroom cars and offered to give me a tour of the dealership and its cars. Of course I agreed! Austin is one of the best down to earth people I've met...he knew I had a thing for cars and gave me a very detailed rundown of how these cars work and all the little options you can choose to make the car how you'd like. He had a tremendous amount of patience and knowledge and it impressed me to the fullest. He even took me for a ride in one of their Taycan GTS which made my day in every way. To know that Porsche as a company, and a person like Austin can take some time out of their day and make something like this possible for a kid like me is what makes me want to work hard and have one of these beautiful machines one day. Called on a 2019 Porsche Panamara 4 Hybrid, Good price, salesman said I could reg in my MT business name no problem paying cash. Dealership also has an upcharge of $995 for ceramic coating. Soke with salesman Austin Stuebner regarding how bad that looks, bad as the old BS undercoating, salesman said he would take $1,000 off the car and eat the over $1,000 dollars in DOC fees. Car was almost ready, Sales Manager Brian Markulin calls and now says it can't be reg in MT, says he wont honor the $1,000 off of the take the DOC fees off since there is so much interest in the car. Stay away at all costs. Very much a bait and switch dealership, this Porsche dealership is as bad as any used KIA lot. Stay away! read more

I live in California, over 2500 miles away from Virginia. I was looking for a particular used Porsche for quite some time, and this company had that exact car advertised online. Perfect, right? I was working with Eric, who sent me additional photos of the car and responded quickly via email. I tried to negotiate a price on the car but after Eric checked with management, he responded that that car is not negotiable. Okay, let's do this. I've waited years to buy this thing, and there's no point in postponing the buy. After all, this is the car I've always wanted! I asked Eric to send the paperwork to finalize the deal and set up a transfer of funds. Within minutes the email arrived. Yep, the price of the car was correct. Yep, there was the cost to transport to California, plus the tax and associated sales fees were all there. Looking good so far. But wait...what's this? There is a line item for $1485.00 that I didn't recognize. Hmmmm. Oh, I see - it's for a paint and interior protection package that was added to the car. I'm sure that this additional protection package is worth it, but I had not seen the $1485 disclosed during the attempted price negotiation (Here's where the deal goes South). I emailed Eric and asked him to remove the $1485 and I'd buy the car. Pretty simple request (after all I'm paying full price for the car)...right? A sales manager (not sure of his name) telephoned me at that point and explained that the $1485 paint and interior protection package could not be removed and that if I don't buy the car right now, he had planned to raise the price since Spring had arrived and the demand for that car had risen. WHAT? SERIOUSLY? I thought I was dealing with a high end car dealer, not "Joes Used Cars" that is located on the other side of the tracks. No offence, you know what I mean. Seriously, I was shocked. I tried everything with this sales manager but he wouldn't budge. Nope, I could either buy the car with the $1485 paint package, or not. He really didn't care. He wanted more $. I declined the purchase of the car based on my feeling pressured by this sales manager and the imminent feeling of being taken advantage of. And oh, maybe a bit hoodwinked as well. Maybe he was waiting for me to say "gee, only $1485 for a paint package...do you also offer undercoating?" Yeah...right. I felt like I just got the shaft. I had my emails from Eric with the (full) price of the car - the deal was done! So now I'm angry. I contacted the Attorney General of Virginia requesting help with this unscrupulous dealer and they sent a letter to the dealership (and a copy to me). Within a few days the GM Shaheed contacted me. And man, he was SO nice. He thought that there had been a "misunderstanding" about the cost of the car and in turn offered the car at the original price less the $1485. This was good. YES! I got the car I had always wanted at the price I wanted! Amazing what a letter from the AG will do...Shaheed was so nice to me! No pressure! Too bad that didn't happen earlier with that sales manager. So here's the question: Do I (or would you) really trust these guys after what went down? After all, they had been using some some pretty good shyster tactics to make a few extra bucks on me. Ya think they would drop a few sugar cubes into the gas tank as it was loaded into the transport to California? Probably not. But hey, who knows. I didn't trust them. I didn't like the underhanded way in which that deal went down. I thanked Shaheed for his offer and told him that I did not trust his company and would not do business with him. As a goodwill gesture, he insisted to hold the car for me for a few days in case I changed my mind. A nice gesture, but too late. And really, too bad. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, one that would not surprise me with some funky hidden cost scheme after the deal had been negotiated. Yep, be careful out there. Happy ending: Within a week I found the same model car with a lot less miles in California and I bought it. Think I'll shower now...just thinking about that ordeal with this company makes me feel ... well, you know. One more time: BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! read more

They gave me 2024 loaner Porsche Macan to drive for 3 days while they worked on my car. They fixed the issue and my Porsche Cayenne S is running faster than ever before. I have 450 HP it's seems as though the horse power has increased substantially. The lounge is great and zero pressure to test drive other vehicles. read more

although the experience with my panamera turbo last time not so good, but since they are the closest dealer to me and they have loaner cars available next day, Decided to try this dealer again with my 911 4 GTS, this time all infos are provided in an accurate/timely manner, and i feel they are trying their best to help me solve the issue/ my car has sign of oil leak (warranty until 2026) (see picture), tech cleaned it, put tracer(special white spray) on it and the shop manager drove it for around 100 miles(they asked for my permission, i was planned to drive 1hour myself the same day and return it immediately, but they mentioned might leak too much and i need to "sign off", return my current loaner first and may unable to secure me a loaner when i am back, l feel it is a little bit complicated so just let the manager drive overnight ), later they mentioned it is hard to repo the issue so asked me to take the car back home and keep driving for another 150 miles, i drove 150 more miles (took a picture with the white tracer) and sent the car to them again, 3 days later i received txt notice tech unable to repo the issue/ called back and mentioned i can pick up the car and return if oil leak appear again, since my cars warranty until 2026 so i will just take the car back and keep driving Overall i feel this time is better experience than last time, they have latest macan with decent equipments (ACC heated/cooled seats CarPlay) as loaner cars and they did not charge unreasonable "oil cleaning" fees as the tysons' store when diagnose the issue, also they do car wash and cleaning when picking up the car/ their price of regular maintenance is around 2-3 times the local shop but you do get all the fancy loaner/services and that is a great experience, plus it is relatively lower compare to other Porsche dealers charges a lot more/ would recommend this place/ especially if your car is under warranty read more

The Best Car Buying Experience We've Ever Had The folks at Porsche Chantilly managed to make purchasing a car -- usually a stressful and tiring experience -- simply a pleasure. Our salesperson, Christian Arostegui, was easy-going and knowledgeable and made us feel like part of the Porsche family even before we signed on the dotted line. The dealership itself is spacious, modern and welcoming, even on a cold, rainy night. About a week ago, we stopped in Porsche Chantilly to look at two different cars. We had to leave for a trip the next day, so it wasn't until a week later that we resumed our search. We visited a number of other independent dealers and, by chance, ended up back in Chantilly again. We called Christian and mentioned we were nearby and asked if we could take another look at the pre-owned Macan we test-drove the prior week. When we arrived, he had pulled the Macan inside the showroom so we could look at it without getting rained on. It was beautiful, but it was a performance model and more than we were planning to spend. He asked what we wanted to pay for it and we gave him our number. Without all the usual back-and-forth malarkey, we paid exactly what we were ready to pay. The next day, when we went to pick up our Mahogany Macan GTS, the car was filled with fuel, detailed and ready to go, waiting for us inside a glass-walled room. Christian went over all the features and answered all of our questions. Our sales guy Christian, General Manager Jahangir Shahid, Sales Manager Brian Markulin, and Finance Manager Kareem Samad are clearly passionate about what they do and far exceeded our expectations of the car buying experience. Our 2017 Macan wasn't the most expensive car sold that day, but it didn't make any difference. We were treated with the same hospitality as the customer before us who bought a $163k Taycan Sport Turismo. The service department st Porsche Chantilly is outstanding. Michael, the service manager, and Youssef, the service advisor I consistently work with, are both top-notch. They both always go out of there way to ensure that the service experience is as smooth as possible. I've taken both my car and my wife's car there for service. On one occasion, my wife's car caught a puncture and required new tires. However, it happened at the worst time when we were preparing to go out of town. I needed the tires replaced quickly. Without hesitation, Youssef jumped in and got them ordered and installed within 36 hours. Youssef even went out of his way to ensure that my wife had a loaner car. Originally, there weren't any loaners available, but somehow he made it happen! Can't thank this team enough for their outstanding service. I just had the first service interval performed on my Taycan EV. The service advisor and shop foreman patiently researched all my questions and handled my special requests, so the whole experience was like concierge medicine and actually enjoyable. The free loaner vehicle was a well-equipped Macan. The customer lounge overlooking the service bay is luxurious and has a great coffee and beverage bar, and cool restrooms. This was my first experience with service at a Porsche dealership, and I'm kind of looking forward to the next service interval. Price was reasonable with no surprises. read more

I wish I could give 100 stars. I had an easy time setting up a trade in from Connecticut, working with Zeb. I was over 6 hours into the drive, and the car I was trading in, blew the transmission!! 16 miles from this dealership!! They sent a flatbed truck to pick the car and I up, in the pouring rain, & 4 AMAZING MEN stayed 3 hours PAST CLOSING time to try to figure out a solution!! They drove me to a hotel, picked me up the next day, & had me on the road in the car of my DREAMS- a dream since 1996! I can't say enough wonderful praises on behalf of the team at Porsche Chantilly. This dealership has been up and down. First, unbeknownst to me, I was transferred from the tonier location. Not sure why, I didn't know it until I tried to book an appointment. May be my vehicle wasn't expensive enough for the location where purchased. But let's move on. Very first appointment at new location, arrived for appointment that was booked as waiting I arrived and was told I would likely need to leave my vehicle for the night and no, they didn't have a loaner. But!! They could provide an Uber to drive me home. Finally worked through it. Had another when I was told my vehicle was ready, only to get there and wait for an hour. This week, I really needed to speak to a service advisor. Apparently I could only speak to my assigned advisor. Left 3 messages over 2 days. Finally received a response. Brake pads are bad but can't get loaner to fix for almost a month. Just traded the vehicle. I expected a heck of a lot more from Porsche. I was sadly disappointed read more
