Purchase Experience: I purchased a Porsche from Jay, and the experience was truly exceptional. He went out of his way to get the deal done the same day--completely hassle-free. Jay thoughtfully scheduled the pickup on a day when he could personally walk me through every feature of the car, which made a huge difference. The delivery felt special and memorable: a personalized digital display, the car revealed under a sheet with a ribbon on top, a champagne toast (which I appreciated even though I don't drink), and a printed photo of the car to take home and display. It was polished, personal, and unforgettable! Service Experience: The service team is just as impressive. Alan is a seasoned professional with excellent customer service and perfect timing--he got us in for a 10 a.m. appointment the very next day. Cameron, the expert video technician, quickly identified a nail in the tire. The tire replacement (2) and alignment were completely expertly. On another occasion, Nabil in Service was attentive, fast, and reliable. The car was hand-washed, and a personalized note was left inside--a small but meaningful touch that really stood out. Overall, Porsche Tysons Corner delivers excellence from purchase to service. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience with Porsche Tysons Corner and would not recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a Porsche online. I found a 2019 Porsche Carrera T listed on the official Porsche website as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle it also showed on there website as Certified Pre Owned. After two days of back-and-forth negotiations, mostly about the trade-in value of my 2018 BMW M3 (they were lowballing me), I asked for a written quote. To my surprise, they added a $1,985 "ceramic coating" charge -- something I never requested and that was not disclosed earlier. We went back and forth another day trying to get that unnecessary fee removed. When we were finally close to finalizing the deal -- only about $1,000 apart -- I called my local Porsche dealer in Miami to verify the certification status. They told me the car was not certified, even though it was clearly advertised as such and both Manager Nick Oneal and sales associate Kley had told me over the phone that it was. Carfax also showed the vehicle as "Certified Pre-Owned," which is why I trusted the listing. I was lucky to have called my local dealer before closing otherwise I would have bought under false pretenses. I encourage anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to do your homework: verify certification independently and watch for undisclosed add-on charges. Between the false advertising about certification and the sneaky $1,985 ceramic coating fee, I feel completely misled from the beginning. This dealership was not transparent and wasted a lot of my time. I will never do business with Porsche Tysons Corner again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this dealer and the shady manager who offered false advertisement and wasted my time.

Picked up our 2025 Lucid Air today after a quick pit stop at the Tysons Service Center, and let me just say -- the car is now so quiet I can hear myself rethinking every bad decision I've ever made. The wind noise from the driver's side? Gone. Poof. Vanished like a politician's promise after election day. Now, the real MVP here: Graeme Reeves, the Service Advisor. This guy isn't just sharp and professional -- he's Royal Marines sharp. That means he's already faced worse than a cranky Lucid owner complaining about wind noise. You can tell he runs a tight ship, but he's approachable, calm, and listens better than half the people I know. Graeme handled everything with military-grade efficiency and a kind of quiet confidence that makes you trust the process -- and the man behind it. And then there's Dewana, the Service Concierge. She's basically human sunshine on wheels. No matter when you catch her -- morning, noon, or closing time -- she's got this incredible positive energy that lights up the entire center. If Lucid could bottle her vibe and install it in every car, they'd double their sales overnight. Dewana makes you feel welcome, remembered, and genuinely cared for -- which, let's be honest, is rare in the service world these days. The whole team made the experience smooth, professional, and dare I say... enjoyable. That's not something I say lightly about a service appointment. Lucid Tysons is lucky to have this crew. If you need service and want to feel like you're dropping off your car with family (the kind you like), go see Graeme and Dewana. You'll leave feeling like your Lucid -- fully charged, perfectly tuned, and ready for anything.

This has been bad enough that I actively tell people to avoid the brand. The car itself has a number of software and mechanical issues, but the real problem is the service. I've been stood up three separate times. The first time I had service scheduled, I showed up to drop off my car and the department insisted I had no appointment and that I was mistaken. Only after I played them the voicemail their own department had left me did they stop blaming me and reschedule, for an appointment a month out. The second time, they called to move my appointment because they'd taken in too many new cars to process. They gave me a new date, but that appointment was never actually booked and never happened. The third time went well, with two exceptions. Several of the issues I reported weren't addressed, and right after I left, the car developed a loud cooling-fan noise. The battery cooling system had been one of the things I brought it in for. I texted a short video to the service rep, and they offered to send a mobile team to my house. I rearranged my work schedule for it, the crew never showed up, and no one contacted me. I followed up by text and never heard back. Getting stood up three times would be unacceptable for a budget brand, let alone a luxury one. If I could get out of this lease early, I would. Bad software, poor UX, chronic mechanical problems, and worst of all, disrespectful customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

I arrived with a specific vehicle already picked out, yet somehow it took them 35 minutes just to locate the car on their own lot. That should have been the first warning sign. Once they finally found it, I took it for a test drive and noticed a few issues. We discussed those concerns, negotiated the price, and ultimately agreed on a deal. From the very beginning, I was completely clear that I already had a pre-approved check from my bank and that I would not be financing through the dealership or discussing my APR. Despite that, the salesperson repeatedly pressured me to disclose my interest rate. I told him multiple times that my financing was already handled and that my APR was none of his concern. We finally settled on the numbers, they brought me the deal, and I signed it. Then, after all of that, the salesperson tells me I need to fill out a finance/credit application, claiming it was "company policy." Absolutely not. I had already told them repeatedly that I was using my own financing and had no intention of applying for credit through them. I was not going to hand over additional personal and financial information simply because they suddenly claimed it was required. So I got up and walked out. That's when things became even more ridiculous. The salesperson and the sales manager followed me outside and suddenly told me, "Oh, we can bypass that." Interesting. If it was truly mandatory "company policy" five minutes earlier, why did it suddenly become optional when I walked away from the deal? That interaction completely destroyed any trust I had in this dealership. Whether this was an attempt to run financing, collect financial information, or simply push me into their financing process, I found the entire experience shady, high-pressure, and completely unnecessary. And one final piece of advice if you're considering one of their used vehicles: bring an independent mechanic or get a pre-purchase inspection. A vehicle not having a check-engine light does not mean there aren't mechanical problems. The vehicle I drove had issues that deserved further investigation. Koons Toyota had a customer standing there ready to buy a vehicle with financing already secured, and they managed to turn a completed negotiation into a walkout because they wouldn't respect a very simple boundary. Terrible customer service. High-pressure tactics. A complete lack of transparency. I would take my business elsewhere.

Some other dealers were 2 to 3 times the price Tony quoted, for a car that was NOT moving off dealer lots. All dealers with 2024 models still on the lot quoted me higher prices than Tony quoted for his 2025. As I did not "need" but "wanted" this car, I was doing everything I could to get the price as low as possible. Tony was patient and worked with me on every crazy idea I had. His after sales support was also excellent. When my lease us up next year, I'll be seeing what great deal Tony can work for me again.

The vehicle was still driving normally. The dealership diagnosed fault code P016900 ("Incorrect Fuel Composition") and charged me approximately $229 for diagnostics. However, no physical fuel testing, fuel sampling, or injector testing was performed. The diagnosis was based primarily on electronic fault codes and clearing the codes. At the same visit, I was presented with a recommendation for a fuel injector service costing over $600. Later, during the consumer complaint process, the dealership stated in writing that there were no diagnostic indicators of injector failure and characterized the injector service as preventative maintenance rather than a repair tied to a confirmed defect. What concerned me most was that the dealership strongly implied poor or contaminated fuel was the issue while later admitting in writing that they do not perform fuel quality or contamination testing. Afterward: - the vehicle continued operating normally, - an independent mechanic later found no fault history, - and the vehicle passed Virginia emissions and safety inspection. I filed a complaint with Fairfax County Consumer Affairs. The county specialist handling the matter took the complaint seriously, requested additional dealership responses, and even asked the dealership to consider a refund or partial refund. The dealership declined. My concern is not that a fault code existed. Modern vehicles generate fault codes all the time. My concern is that conclusions and expensive recommendations were presented without confirmatory testing, while the actual diagnostic documentation did not demonstrate that the full Guided Fault Finding process outlined in Audi technical procedures had been completed. I encourage customers to ask detailed questions about how diagnoses are confirmed, what testing was actually performed, and whether recommended services are tied to verified defects or are simply preventative maintenance recommendations.

The shuttle took me to and from my office. Kelvin was a friendly and helpful service advisor, and the shuttle driver was nice too. I like how on the report of services you need, they distinguish between things you urgently need and work that you should have done but isn't urgent. It's all very convenient, with availability by text, phone, and online. Very helpful for people who work during the day and can't stand by a phone waiting for a call that may not come for a while. And they're open Saturdays, with good long hours. That's very helpful too for those who work Monday-Friday. It may be more crowded on Saturdays, I can't say since I didn't go on a Saturday. The website to set up an appointment is a bit clunky as not all types of appointments are listed (they don't have tire replacement/repair, which I'd think is pretty common) but there's a box to explain in detail what your issue is, and the staff listen to you and talk to you when you arrive. As is typical of dealerships in this area, where space is at a premium and very expensive, the procedure to get in and out can be kind of tight, but it's better and more efficient than most around here so I can't really complain about that.
