If I could give Kim 10 stars I would. She is amazing, so thoughtful, and will take excellent care of your kitties. I've been using her services for several years and each and every day she visits she sends photos and updates and spends time playing with the kitties. I was recently stuck abroad with COVID and unable to return home indefinitely. Kim continued to care for my cats and I had absolutely no worries that they were being well looked after. As if that situation couldn't get worse, my carbon monoxide detector was going off and Kim thoroughly looked into the issue to make sure my cats were safe. After moving to the Northwest side, I needed a new cat sitter and I'm so happy I found Kim! She clearly loves cats, and came over with a cat toy and good attitude to meet my two senior boys. The older cat needs meds added to his food - which Kim was able to do for him when I was out of town. Kim made me feel comfortable when I was away knowing my cats were in her care, and shared pictures and updates each visit to calm my mind. The boys obviously love her visits and company based on all the pictures Kim shares! The cats have complicated feeding requirements, which is why I can't simply have a friend come over to open cans of food. Kim asked for a list of instructions and handled the feedings and meds no problemo. My travel home was delayed due to weather - Kim was able to add on extra visits to make sure I had coverage until I returned. Kim is a fantastic pet sitter and I can't recommend her enough. We had a cancellation by a family friend three days before a two week vacation and we were really in a jam. We contacted Kim that evening and she responded promptly. She was able to swing by for a meet n greet, provided excellent references and we booked her. First time I ever saw my normally shy and scared furr baby actually stay out to hi to a stranger. We received updates from Kim every time she visited, letting us know how our cat was doing which I really appreciated. Additionally she watered our plants during a horrible heat wave, took in the mail and took excellent care of our home and little one. I don't know why there is only one review for Kim. She's amazing. We went away on a 6 day trip and had no worries as Kim took care of our two cats so well. We have a shy cat who suffered an injury, and Kim was really loving and patient with him and even got him to come out and play. She was flexible, intelligent, caring and very professional. I found Kim last year after I moved into the area and am very pleased with her. She takes great care of my 2 cats when I'm away and always sends photos of them. Last summer I had to go away after one of my cats had some teeth pulled. Because of that they couldn't eat their regular food and were being a bit picky about the replacement food. We are so glad that we found Kim! We used to board our cats because we weren't sure about turning over our keys to someone we didn't know. Kim came by on a weekend morning to meet the us and the cats and to see where the food and litter we kept and I liked her instantly. She cared our cats for two weeks, even over holidays. She was also very understanding when we let a friend stay at our house at the last minute and when neighbors stopped by to check on pipes and things. Our cats were totally spoiled. Kim played on the floor with them every day. Even the shy cat and the stand-offish cat came out running out to play when we got home, although I think they were disappointed to see us walking in the door instead of her. Kim is just great.
