Extremely dishonest and apathetic staff…read more I went in for an oil change and was told the amount. it was double anything I had ever paid for an oil change for one. I was there though and didn't want to waste time going somewhere else. Then it took over an hour with no updates align the way or apologies about wait time. I was told it would be an in-and-out situation. When I was finally called up to check out and pay, I was told the total was way more than what I was originally told by the person checking me in. After asking for the cost breakdown, and specifically asking about the difference in what I was told versus what I was being asked to pay, I was met with total apathy. I wish the person had just said, "I don't care." but the attitude and communication was saying that for him. But this last part takes the cake. It was an oil change good for 7,000 miles. when I got in the car, the sticker that tells you when you are supposed to get your next oil change said, "Next Oil Change: Oil Change Indicator." So at this point in the experience I knew I should check. Sure enough, the oil change indicator was set to alert at 5,000 miles-- not 7,000. I would not recommend to anyone who appreciates working with honest people. This is my first-ever review if that tells you how much this frustrated me.

Randy welcomed me and made APPOINTMENTS to take care of both of my cars, 1st one @ 9 am and the 2nd one immediately following, since I would be waiting. I arrived a few minutes early along with 3 others, shortly after 9 am the doors were opened and my 1st car was taken back and was the oil change and tire rotation was completed @ 10:15 with my 2nd car on the property @ 10:25. Around 11 am after 2 walk in customers car car were in the shop, I inquired about my 2nd car and at that time was informed that he failed to make the 2nd appointment, he had a skeleton crew and that it would be another hour before he could accommodate me. Not happy and very disappointed with Randy and Crew @ Tires Plus of Watkinsville, I was given my keys and departed. I will be trying Care Craft in Watkinsville, Ga next!

Next, while my credit card was being processed the two employees began chatting about a young lady that was pictured on a UGA gymnastics calendar on the wall. Both started making sexual references about the picture and what they'd "like to do to her". EXTREMELY unprofessional conduct. I'm very glad that I didn't bring my wife in with me.

Ford offered to let me drop off the car in a few days and they'll eventually get around to it. CBA offered me same day service if I could drop my car off early enough. My electrical issue was a bit complicated to diagnose, but the technicians at CBA eventually duplicated the issue that I had. They quoted a price that made enough sense to me. My car was returned to me slightly over 24 hours later. This is very good timing without an appointment and with a complicated diagnostic issue. I have very little faith in mechanics at the moment, and I maintain a certain amount of skepticism. For now, without any evidence to the contrary, CBA did good work on my car for a reasonable enough price.
