As I had already rearranged my entire schedule for the day, I could not wait the anticipated 3 hours before they would even start on my vehicle. The service was because the tires I purchased from them a year ago or causing problems. I paid almost $6,000 for five sets of tires on my work vehicles, and they can't even make an appointment, or tell me the truth about what time they open? Flat out lied to me, and completely failed to take care of a long time loyal customer who spends big money with them. They will no longer be doing my fleet management of any kind!

The Subaru dealer confirmed there was no problem with the alternator. The battery was dead. The receipt from Mavis had an incorrect auto make on it with an almost correct tag number. When we purchased tires there several months ago, we had to take the car back to be cleaned from greasy, dirty finger prints on the upholestery. One of the tire covers was also covered with grease.
