The sleeve was completely wrong printed on the front of the sleeve versus the back of the sleeve, and the logo on the front left breast was printed at a different vertical placement different lateral placement and even different angles on a couple of them. Every single one front logo placement was different. Scale of the front imprint did not match the mock up either. Although they admitted not following the notes in the approved design, all they offered was an $87 refund on the imprint of the sleeve of jackets (10.4% discount for now completely unwearable product). Not sure if they are outsourcing to a different screening company that they bought? In any case this is not the kind of company that I will be continuing to do business with.

If you need quality patches I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going else where and if you even argue a tiny bit about price or quality the owner who is not a true local gets nasty with you. If you want work done quality work find a true Washington local that deserves your business not this second had quality scam artist. Not only did the owner over charge us but changed the prices not once not twice but 3 times.
