Really amazing discounts. 50% discount on everything. I almost couldn't believe it. Huge store and just about every adidas shoe and clothing style. Everyone was super helpful and we were lucky that my kid got us in on short notice. Can't wait to go again.

Amazing what a proper pair of running shoes can do

When shopping with passes at employee stores, I have learned to arrive early and leave happy. When I surprisingly received a shopping pass yesterday while waiting in line @ Cards 'n' Hobby (review to follow shortly), I was like "cool". Not only could I shop (which I rarely do) for cool stuff, I was headed to the Alberta Arts District and it was on the way. I considered that a win-win. The selection was what I expected. I was planning on getting up to 3 pairs of shoes, but I only got 1 pair because sizes were pretty sparse. Kind of like those discount shoe places. I get it 50% markdown = smaller selection. I also got a cool jacket and a couple PDX branded shirts. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because the shirts came up $35 instead of the $30 that they were marked on the tag. If I wasn't paying attention at checkout i would have overpaid and that wouldn't have made me happy. Luckily I was paying attention, the cashier (working 1st reg, and in possibly in training) got a supervisor to override and get me the correct price. I ended up spending $225 and got excellent value for the items I purchased. Hopefully the override adjustment in the register transfers to the other items on the floor. Edit---it has been a couple weeks since I have gone and I just used the running shoes I purchased for the first time last night. Ran almost 3 miles in about 40 min and no pain until the last 100 yards...this is going to help with my extra belly fat. Let's GOOOOO

It's a hit more miss because sometimes the styles/fashions/colors aren't my thing but not this time! I really liked the styles and with a giftcard, I was even happier (haha). Anyways, whether I had a gift card or not: the bags really caught my attention this time. I really liked the styles and colors, too! I also saw an Oregon Trail tshirt which was fun (since I teach that topic at work lol). It was also my parents' first time so I was glad we all both got a little something. The line was longgggg but there were lots of people at the cashier and they were very quick, productive, and still kind.

I liked that I was able to get a pass via the Adidas app. It was so much easier than in times past. The store is very clean and well maintained. The check in staff was friendly and efficient.

Great experience. Almost everything is 50% off including Boost and Boost 5 GTX that I love. Better than online BF sale. World Cup merch is not discounted. Employees were courteous and helpful.

Great retail space in the upper level, with ample parking (Montgomery Park Building) and scenic views. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Great discounts and deals for ADIDAS fans and sneakerheads! I suggest visiting every few months, because inventory changed quarterly.

Visit every single time when I visit Portland. Friendly service and value, everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable of inventory!

I'm writing this for Scott who took extra effort to find the socks I was looking for. I saw black ones but not the white ones that I had wanted. Then I saw a mannequin that was wearing the white socks. I asked Scott and he got them for me! I was very happy! Thank you Scott!

Oh Adidas how I love you. I love 50% off that I can just use the Adidas app to schedule coming in. I love my Adidas socks. Speaking of socks, I've now become irritated when it comes to not having socks that are Adidas. I just CAN'T. They're so much better quality. They're so comfortable. I told the checkout staff that when I bought my son a bag of socks at a big retail store, I was SO maddened by the lint and balls of fluff that these left everywhere. No excuses for not just buying him Adidas anymore. But now I'm doing it too. I LOVE my Adidas socks!! I also buy at least 2-3 pairs of shoes here every year. Vegan Stan Smith for trend and lifting and then running shoes for the gym. Now that I have an 11 year old girl, apparel is now a thing too. Because buying it here is WAY better than anywhere else!!! Can't great the value!

View of the sunset from the back of the shoe section!! It's better in person!

I always have a great experience when I visit the employee store, from check in, to shopping, to check out, I'm always greeted by kind employees who are willing to help. Selection is hit or miss, depending on the season. If I'm unable to find a size I'm looking for, an associate is never to far away to double check the system to see if they have something in stock. Not everything is discounted, so be mindful of the price tags and display signs as you are browsing. Tip: If you're visiting the store in the evening, go all the way to the back of the shoe section to check out the sunset! :)

When Adidas took over this building, I didn't like it at first, but I did think it was an improvement over their previous location (over 5 years ago). The store was half the size with plenty of overstock. As for here, now double in size. And after obtaining an invite a couple of times, I've gotten used to the store and its layout. You can obtain a 'one-time' pass if you sign up as a member online or via app. When you get there, you check in and enter with their latest and newest athletic-wear and gym-wear type of gear. Towards the back, from right to left is the men's shoes (sandals along the wall next to the fitting room), down to women's shoes. More of their latest and greatest in the middle, along with Originals! Kids' clothing and shoes are in the back corner. My interactions with the employees have been OK. One guy did help find certain shoes. Though, I did run into a bit of confusion with the guys running the fitting room, but not a big deal. I did have interactions with Ella, who was helpful from the shoes area to ironically helping us check out at the register. She was awesome! Overall, it's an employee store worth visiting. Here you'll find a mix of old school Originals, their Adizero line for running, plenty of soccer jerseys, plenty of shoes, golf clothing, and outerwear for hiking. It's obvious their prices did go up, but 50% off is still better than no discount! I'll be back! Oh, and I've dropped a star because the Adidas app caters to crApple iphone users.

Google is a great resource

Is there any other way to get into the adidas store besides employee pass?

There is not. You cannot purchase a pass, so you would have to know somebody that works for Adidas. I believe that they also allow people who have served in the military in, but I am not 100% sure on that.

Because I had purchased two pairs of shoes from them recently, I had ~$20 in dividends to spend. So when I was near this downtown location, I stopped in to see what I could get. While of course this is a way to get you back into the store to spend money, there was no pressure of what to buy. Staff was super helpful in pointing me to items that would be fully under the dividend amount and therefore totally free. For the amount I had, this was primarily socks or sunglasses. The store looks extravagant with lots of fancy interior arts, illustrations and shoe walls. There are apparel, shoes and some accessories sections. The fitting room area is also nice. As I explored the store, I saw a lot cool shoes, both for men and women. They were some of the newest model of sneakers. For apparels, they had the casual and workout gears. There was a small section for World Cup team merchandise. Prices of the items were Nike standard, on the higher end. The staff members at the store were friendly. This location is incredibly convenient, with everything I need within walking distance. The prices are reasonable, and it's not as large as the Nike company store. One of the things I appreciate most about this store is that it carries some items that I can't find at other locations. Overall, I find it a decent place to shop for Nike gear. The store wasn't overwhelming due to the sheer volume of products, and the customer service was exceptional. The store wasn't overly crowded, which made it a pleasant shopping experience. In addition to Nike gear, the store also has a good selection of running shoes. However, I did notice that a lot of the shirts I purchased ran two times smaller than what I'm used to. For instance, I usually purchase a medium, but a medium felt like an extra large, so I would have to go with a small, and even that felt a little large. So, be mindful of that when visiting this location. I think this is a pretty good Nike location. I haven't had the opportunity to compare it with other Nike stores in Portland, other than Beaverton, but I was satisfied with my purchases and the overall experience at this store.

The prices are in the high side, especially for Portland, but a cashmere cardigan for $400 is the going rate. The boutique is bright, clean and has an industrial vibe. It's easy to browse through the racks of clothing which line the parameter on racks in a color coordinated fashion. The cashmere dresses are scrumptious! Beautiful in color, texture and style; refined elegance, classic, timeless. Even cashmere loungewear, perfect for staying comfy and warm during these long days spent at home. Kayla, the young woman working that day, was super helpful and pleasant. She easily engages in conversation and provides assistance, if that is your mode of shopping. And also gives one the freedom to browse at their leisure with no pressure to purchase, which is my preference. We visited on MLK Day and were there specifically to see what Oliveve handbags were available since I had recently come across this brand while shopping at the House of Lolo in Palm Desert. Kayla immediately recognized my Jasper bag! The Oliveve bags have a modern design, clean lines, and my bag is made of neutral colored pebbled leather. It's the perfect bag to use while shopping as it is a cross body style yet as large as a tote and holds a lot. That day there was only one Olivevebag available, a black handbag with tan wrapped handles, and my friend immediately claimed it! I'll have to go online (Oliveve.com) to buy my next one, the black oiled Italian leather Eva bag, which I've had my eye on for a few months. In addition to the clothing, they have a small selection of unique jewelry and other accessories like boots, tassels to add to your handbags, hats, belts and scarves. Even a small but unique selection of home decor items like textured throws, pillows, candles, woven baskets and trays, perfume and vases.p to adorn your home. Located on NW 11th in The Pearl District, it's around the corner from the main shopping area so unless you know it's there, you may not stumble upon it.
