So I left them there again to have the ink removed. Note both sandals new holes are not straight at all... I could have done what they did just as sloppy which is why I paid a 'professional'..... $210 ruined for my Coach heals. All I asked was to fix the divid hole and they ruined the whole heal. I never expected perfection just better. That didn't happen. Went back and both shoes were not fixed At all! Unprofessionalism is beyond. If you can't provide a service say no. Don't go here!
