I was really looking forward to getting my eyebrows laminated professionally for the first time, and after doing some research, I came across this local business. Their Instagram page looked very professional, everything was laid out clearly, and it was easy to book an appointment and understand what services would be provided. I booked an eyebrow lamination and wax for a total of $135 -- definitely on the pricier side, but I was willing to pay for high-quality service. Unfortunately, my experience didn't match the professionalism I expected. When I arrived, I wasn't greeted -- I had to welcome myself in and say hello. The person who responded was my brow artist, Daniella. She confirmed my appointment and we got started. I let her know this was my first time getting a lamination and explained the look I was going for. As a first-time client, I expected a little guidance throughout the process, especially since I couldn't see what was happening. Instead, I was left feeling unsure and disconnected. Daniella spent most of the appointment on personal phone calls -- one about her night out and being intoxicated, and another about booking her own appointments after mine. While I initially didn't mind the conversation, it quickly became unprofessional and distracting. (While reading other reviews this is a common occurrence) There was no small talk directed toward me, which is fine for some -- but it did contribute to a cold and impersonal atmosphere. When it came time for brow mapping and waxing, they started recording my session. It felt like the priority was getting content for social media rather than focusing on my experience. During the mapping, Daniella pointed out (in a rude tone) how many hairs I was missing and told me I wouldn't be able to achieve the look I wanted -- again, something that could've been explained in a more respectful and sensitive way. When waxing began, I wasn't told she was about to pull, and because I usually thread my brows, I naturally flinched. She repeatedly made comments that made me feel dramatic or difficult for reacting. At the end of the appointment, I still hadn't seen my brows when she made a comment about recording the mapping "so people don't think I f*cked up" -- which was incredibly unprofessional and honestly left me worried about the result. In the end, my brows did come out looking good -- exactly how I had hoped -- but the process of getting there was uncomfortable, impersonal, and not worth the $135. I left feeling self-conscious and unvalued as a client. For the price and the overall experience, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this business to others. read more

I absolutely loved everything about Posh Brows. I came in for a hybrid tint and sculpt service. It was my first time and I was so nervous but the girls made me feel right at ease.
