Kama has been doing my nails for years.. her, her salon, and the other nail techs are all fabulous and talented. Kama is an artist, and you really get that experience when she's doing your nails. The salon is top notch clean, the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to. It's a luxurious experience and all the ladies really take care of everyone. There's usually snacks, coffee, and drinks available. I've been getting my nails done for 15 plus years and Posh Nail Lounge is by far the best salon I've ever been to. Booking is done online and is a simple process to follow. Natalie is a sweetheart and does really beautiful designs, all of her clients leave happy from what I've seen.
I ran out of time to get a pedicure in NYC busy cleaning and packing for this trip.... Yelp is my go to and based on the excellent reviews I chose Posh, as well as it's proximity to our hotel. I arrived later in the day on a Saturday and Natalie was extremely kind to fit me in. I appreciate that! The salon is very pretty, comfortable and very clean. The girls are friendly and pleasant. My nails look great! I am so happy I came here. Also, I received great recommendations for places to eat. I will return in the future and highly recommend this business.
Natalie save my birthday trip service was exceptional she was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond, she services my husband as well. I have brittle toenails and she handled them with care and skill--seriously impressed. Great vibe, great music, great service. I'll definitely be back if I travel to this island
I started going to Posh Nails over 2 years ago. That first day, Kama told me I'd get the best nail service I'd ever had. She wasn't arrogant: she was right! Since then she has paid such careful attention to the health of my nails and cuticles, that my natural nails are now strong enough for gel polish only, instead of the acrylic I relied on for 20+ years. Her shop is always clean and well stocked, and the environment is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Kama and Posh Nail Lounge!
Fabulous pedicure, service and fun, friendly atmosphere. My feet were in sad shape and I was embarrassed about how gross they looked. But I was welcomed in and made to feel comfortable and well taken care of. Posh Nail Salon is very clean, safe and sanitary. They use a new sealed kit for each pedicure client so you know the pumice and file are hygienic. Very gentle cuticle and nail trimming, which I appreciated because I have sensitive skin and ticklish feet. I loved the sparkle color and cat eye treatment she applied to the nails. Can't stop admiring my pearly toes now. Highly recommend.
I was quite interested in Posh Nail Salon just from reading the reviews on Yelp and I had to book an appointment. I'm so happy they had a spot open for me and was quickly accepted by the lovey staff member named Ku'ulei. She helped me get comfortable with my Deluxe Pedicure I requested and couldn't have been more than happy to meet her. I love the atmosphere and the positive vibes from the staff. My nails came out so great!!
A+ nail work. They have tons of dip colors and really pay attention to the quality and care of your nails. PLUS the girls working were hilarious and it felt like doing your nails at home with friends, cracking jokes the whole time. Great vibes and great service someone give these gals a raise :)
I am writing this for my one month check in! This is the longest my nails have lasted, no breakage or peeling, without some type of Gel-X or full acrylic overlay system! I have forgotten her name, but if you remember me, THANK YOU! My nails have grown so healthy, with the structure gel used on my nails. My toes are still looking amazing too. The salon is very clean, and all the techs were very talkative and hospitable. Thank you, ladies.
Thank you Kama for doing my nails! I did my research on Yelp to see who and where I needed to go to get my cuticles looking clean and my nails looking perfect. I found Kama and booked an appointment for my daughter and I. An hour before my appointment she texted me to let me know she want feeling great and asked if she could have someone else do my nails. I told her to go home if she wasn't feeling great, but that I had booked her specifically since I'm OCD about my nails. She ultimately stayed and did my nails and boy am I glad she did! They're literally perfect and I now know who to go to whenever I'm in town! Thank you thank you for staying for my appointment! Oh - and my daughter had a great time too! Loves her sparkly red nails!

I am not kidding when I say this was the most personable and professional nail experience I've ever had. Anissa, Kama, and Natalie are so wonderful, I had so much fun talking story with them. I thought I would have to go to mainland for an incredible mani/pedi... but let me just say, they do some of, if not the best, nail work I've seen. Anissa was my artist and she did a fantastic job on cleaning up my cuticles and making the manicure look precise and beautiful. I can't wait to go back and see them again! highly recommend :) You won't regret it!
Today was my third visit and I've decided to make this my home nail salon! Kama, the owner, is so friendly and welcoming. She's also an expert and amazing at her craft. Not only do my nails always look amazing afterwards, Kama cares about my nail health. The salon itself is beautiful and extremely clean. Never have I ever left a nail salon perfectly happy with the product until now! Every nail tech ive gone to in the past was not able to work with my tiny hands and I would leave with cuts and uneven shapes very time. Kama at Posh Nail Lounge did a stunning job on my french tips and my cuticles have never looked better! read more

I was visiting from San Diego and just had my nails done at my local salon 3 day before my visit, when one nail came off and the others were lifting and looked horrible. I called Posh Nail Lounge and Anissa made an appt for me to see her in 2 days. She was so patient and kind, and safely removed my acrylic nails and put on a beautiful fresh set. The girls at the salon definitely know what they're doing and the end result is worth the money. I can't thank Anissa enough for bringing my nails back to life and taking her time to make them look absolutely stunning! read more
This salon is amazing! Kama and Emily are both gems. Pretty sure the salon is new but they both have a crazy amount of experience. Local native Hawaiian women owned and run by Kama. Her prices are great compared to the rest of Kona. Her nail art is fire. The salon is 100% clean and COVID safe. Everything is disinfected and fresh. Kama is a one-woman operation and she manages her business so well! She was booked solid when I tried to make an appointment upon arrival to Hawai'i and so it was several days before she was able to fit me in. It was fully worth the wait. Posh Nail Lounge is exceptionally clean and tidy, the decor is minimalist and fresh and her service is top shelf. Kama was unhurried and extremely precise and thorough with my gel manicure as well as the polish redo of my toes. Knowing that I often do my own nails, she offered me tips on how to get the best result possible when at home. Kama is friendly, hard-working and I believe that her salon is one of the best in Kailua-Kona. If you want an appointment, don't delay making one through the website link and I assure you that if you have to wait, it will be worth it. If I were a frequent visitor, Posh Nail Lounge would be where I would go. read more

I was very excited when I found this place. I have an event coming up and wanted my nails to be in place. I had an appointment on 3/5 at 3pm and thought I rescheduled it online using the rebook option. I called on 4/3 at 9:32 to confirm it was cancelled and informed them I rescheduled. Well she went off on me about that not being an option and that I couldn't do it, so I told them I would send them what I did. She gave me a number and then HUNG UP on me! I logged in to see both of my appointments and apologized via text that it was my error. I called back to make sure the appointment on 4/3 was cancelled since I was still outside the cancellation window. Both times she sent it straight to voicemail. When she called back I told her I sent the text and it was my error and apologized again. Her reply, "i didn't get your text" So I tried to move past that and explain that I need to cancel and that outside the cancellation window. And more attitude followed so I just called both appointments and then she hung up on me with her attitude. Hope you have the day that you deserve! read more

It was my first time at Posh Nail Lounge and Kama was awesome! I went in for a sister nail day and little did I know they were really getting my nails looking right for the engagement that happened a couple days after! The salon was a clean environment with great music and fun vibes. Even though I really wanted green nails at the moment they had my back and discreetly talked me into a beautiful natural set with gold flake accents Overall it was a full papering experience with manis, pedis and champagne So happy to have left with not only beautiful nails but great memories! read more
