I will not be returning here. I have given this place many tries and every time I am deeply disappointed. I will show the tech a picture of what I want and what I get will never look the way I wanted. It's either the nails are too short, lopsided, the designs are wrong, etc. I just went to get my nails for Senior prom done and I am extremely upset. They are much shorter than what I wanted. I had to get them fixed before I left and they still don't look good. The designs are not at all the same as the picture and I feel like I have cat paw nails right now. The color of the bottom isn't even the correct color and the French tip is bulky on some nails and too thin on others. If I knew it would look like this I wouldn't have stayed. I am so upset with this as these will have to stay on my hands for prom. If I knew my nails would look like a diy from a professional I would've just done them myself. I also don't know what happened but all of my nails are killing me. They hurt so bad and I can't even touch my nails. Deeply dissatisfied. read more

What an amazing experience today. I had a local place for an hour long massage and topped it off with the works at posh nail lounge. The young lady that I had Teresa was absolutely amazing! She didn't shortchange me on time massage or care. I had a terrible ingrown toenail on one of my feet that have been hurting me for months and she was able to take care of it quickly easily and almost painlessly. I finished off with getting my eyebrows cleaned up Because what woman wants a man looking like a yeti! The nail artist are great. Ben does great designs and that's saying a lot because I am picky. The salon is beautiful and I am able to enjoy my experience. It can be pricey depending on the design but overall a great place to relax and leave with a beautiful set of nails. read more

They fit me in bright and early this morning which was great, called me back about 15 minutes later to see if I could come in early due to a cancellation which worked even better! Front desk staff was very friendly and even gave my daughter a piece of candy and were talking to her for a minute which was super sweet. Below I have a picture for inspiration and what they ended up doing. For the first time going in (and I wasn't expecting it to be just like the picture) I think the guys did a good job overall. I gave 4 starts though because the underneath on a few nails isn't shaped properly and because I wasn't expecting this bright pink color on my nails. The tech didn't talk much and didn't let me feel involved in the decision making process for the nails I'm wearing for the next 2/3 weeks. read more

Hated it here! Tried this place out since it had decent reviews. I came in for a gel manicure and regular polish on my toes. I was going on vacation so I also wanted a flower on my ring fingers and big toes, just to make it a little extra. First they had me sit at the manicure counter and she asks what color. I said I wanted white with a pink flower. Her response was "I don't do designs, just color." I was a bit caught off guard as I've never had this issue anywhere and she didn't give me any alternative, she just insisted I pick a color. I knew of other places I could get my nails done how I wanted so I said thank you, but I suppose I'll go elsewhere. The gentleman up front was the one who stopped me and insisted I stay, telling me they can do the color and have someone else do the design afterwards. That's fine, so I stay. Just wish I was given that option from the beginning instead of just "I don't do designs" and letting me walk away. So I stay and let her do my fingers. Then we get to my toes. I said I want the same, I wanted white with the same design on my big toe that I was getting on my ring finger. She says "we can't do designs with regular polish, only gel". Ok, I'm sorry, but I've gotten designs frequently at countless other salons through the years, always with regular polish. Plus gel and regular are treated nearly the same with painting. Why would regular vs gel have anything to do with if they can do a design or not? This was the first I've ever heard of this in my 20+ years of getting my nails done. At this point I've already gotten my nails done so I'm stuck anyway, so I say fine do the gel. Of course we all know gel is more than regular polish. So now my bill is more than expected, as well. (Pretty sure that's why they "can't" do designs with regular polish, any chance to upcharge to gel....). Lastly, I finally got someone to do the design. I brought in an inspo pic but said any similar flower will do if this one can't be done. I've had other places do just a simply pretty flower. I ended up with a starfish, firework looking something. The stem was facing the same way on both hands instead of opposite. And my toe had one less petal so it was inconsistent and didn't even look like my finger or the inspo pic. Left there paying much more than I anticipated with all the unexpected upcharges of "we can't do this, you need to do gel for a design, etc", all for mediocre designs (at best), inconsistent designs between my fingers and toes, bubbled gel (see pic) and smudged paint on my toes because they were rushing didn't allow the gel to set before applying the top coat (see pic). I will never go back here. It was my worst nail experience. I even posted a pic here of something else I've gotten done elsewhere at a no-name, cheap place, who's design was more beautiful and intricate with REGULAR polish. Don't go here!! read more

Had my 2nd appt today, pedicure and all I can say is I am major disappointed and annoyed. The person who gave me a pedicure seem to think she needed to dig out, carve out the corns of all my nails - especially my big toes. Hours later, still in pain and I didn't have the slightest ingrown nail - when I do, I head the my podiatrist- not my nail tech. Sophia told me how bad my nails ware, I told her I don't think so, last month I had my pedi here. She then went on to tell me how one of her customers was bleeding as she cut her nails and the customer told her to keep working. Glad I saw that the tools were sanitized!! Very rough and sadly when I left my feet looked worse then when I arrived and in pain due to all the cuttin and gauges in my big toes, primarily. Pretty sure I will be visiting the podiatrist as these cut up nails grow back. Amd, no one who seemed to be part of management who I could talk to. Won't be heading back, done and if I had to do my toes, I would vs going back there . Gave two stars because my first pedi last month was good. Not worth the price!! read more

It takes a lot for me to muster up the courage to go to a Nail salon (and Beauty Supply Stores) because of how terrible they have mistreated me in the past. I am a human first, skin color should never be a factor in how someone is treated. I live around the corner from this salon and made the mistake of expecting higher quality service. When I walked in, I greeted the person standing at the desk who flatly ignored me, and walked away. I stood there for 4 or 5 minutes and each technician working at the time looked at me, but said nothing. Another woman, who happened to be white, came in behind me. She was promptly greeted and tended to, while I was left standing there. I walked out and will not be returning, I'll also warn my family and friends to stay away from this place if they want to be treated like a human being. read more

The WORST nail experience I have ever had. The lady was trying to remove my SNS dip powder and drilled into my actual nail. My nails were bleeding under the nail. I should've been done at that very moment but I decided to let her finish. Horrible mistake. My powder starts on top of my cuticle. The lady next to me had to ask the owner to redo her simple French tips on three nails. It seems like there is a strong lack of both knowledge and professionalism in this salon. I asked a girl on my way out if this is where she comes every time for her nails, she replied "yes, this is the best place in St. Augustine" to which I was very disappointed to hear. If anyone has the urge to open another salon in this area, I would recommend doing so. If this is your strongest competition, you will be successfully taking their clients in no time. read more

My nails always look so professional and beautiful, absolutely no complaints ever. My husband and I went into to Posh to treat ourselves with mani's and pedi's as a reward for all the house and yard work we had done over the previous two days. Neither of us had a good experience. Cuticles were pushed back a little and trimmed very little. Both of us agreed our cuticles looked worse after our manicures. The service was rushed, nail edges were left rough, the shape well let's say they varied from square to round to uneven to ridges. Hand and arm massage lasted maybe a minute. No polish. I paid for upgraded pedi's - cuticles and toe nails - a repeat of our hands. The massages and hot wax treatments were okay but rushed. It's not the case that they were super busy, there were only 2 other patrons in the place when we arrived. A rip off at $50 each, we won't be back. read more

Finally decided to try this place since it's close to my house and always busy. Seemed to have good reviews. But definitely will not be back. The lady that did my pedicure hardly said anything to me, when she was finished she gestured for me to go to the front but did not tell me where to go for my nails. I got a full set of coffin acrylic nails, my nails are uneven and at least 4 of my nails are crooked. I asked the man to fix it two times and he just kept saying they're not done yet. Well they're done now and still crooked. Very unhappy with my nails and will not be back. read more

After spending $30+ on a gel manicure, I was completely disappointed when my color began to peel after only a few days. Never going back.

I have been here several times as it was recommended by friends and is one of the closest to my house when I try to get my nails done over lunch break. The last two times my gel manicure has chipped, peeled or lifted and not even lasted one week much less two. I will be looking for another salon read more

In less than a year, they have raised their prices twice now. First it was $5 and 6 months later $10 more. I think that $75 for just a regular pedicure and regular color gel on nails with no design it's pricey; especially when the color on your toes are 2 shades lighter than the color on your nails. Ok so I came in as a walk in, and apparently tuesdays are very busy, which is fine, waited for half an hour only to get placed with a nail tech that had his headphones in and watching something on his phone the entire time he was doing my nails. He actually CUT me while filing my nails, was very rough and didn't say but maybe 3 words to me the entire 45 mins he was doing my manicure.
