Beware, acrylic nail lovers... this place is not sanitary and my nails were on the verge of an infection. It took me two sessions here to figure it out. They also lasted about 8-9 days before beginning to lift! Thank goodness I trusted my intuition and had them removed!!! Go somewhere else. read more

Came here with hubby for two pedicures. Sunday evening it wasn't too busy. We were tended to properly and I was in heaven. Wasn't loud at all and was able to relax in my massage chair and drift off to sleep. Loves it! So relaxing!! The girls are great and attentive. Just wish they wouldn't speak only in their language as it makes it seem like they're talking about the customers. Other than that.... Awesome experience read more

This is my second time coming to the salon. The first time I had a pedicure and manicure both gel done by Lilly! She was great very nice and made me feel comfortable. Just recently I went and got a pedicure done by Lilly again and then I got a manicure with designs by Candy. Candy did so well with my nails, she talked with me through what I wanted exactly and even gave me suggestions to help my nails grow. This will be my nail spot, thank you ladies ! read more

Candy is the absolute best! She not only takes very good care of my nails, but she is a very talented nail artist. This spring set is my favorite, she was so detailed and took her time. They are always busy which speaks to the quality of service they offer. The nail technicians are very good and friendly. I "think" the lady at the reception desk is either the manager or owner. I came in thinking this was Shang nails...google maps is very misleading! (The sign outside said POSH but I didn't see) I scheduled with Shang nails and when I walked in here, asking about my reservation, they seemed confused but seated us right away. My nail tech made 3 of my cuticles bleed.I think it all depends on who your nail tech is. My sister had a great nail tech though but i was a bit shocked at the price. They said it was $55 for dip powder and that we could get 5% off if we paid in cash. I asked about another reservation and they pretended to look for it but didn't really make a comment. Also many signs saying we have to tip in cash. read more

Came here for a pedicure and probably not going to come back. I got a regular pedi and the person doing my pedicure did not take her time seemed like she was in a rush. I was asking her for different options in colors but she just ignored me. Not sure if it was a language thing. Then when she would cut the sides of my toe nails there were hangnails and instead of pulling them out she just cut them in half and left them there. I told her why are you just leaving them there instead of pulling them out and again she just ignored me and left to the next person. read more

This is review regarding the owner. Which I assume that's who she is. The tech just finished my nails and the owner is looking at me saying it's 30 dollars. Yes, I know how much it is. I then give my tech my card and I asked her if I could add the tip because there is signs that tip with cash preferred and I didn't have any cash and it's my first time here. She said yes and I added my tip. The owner makes a comment about my tip. Seriously? She needs to keep quiet. Why did she get the tip I gave her? Look at the images. I could have given her no tip. That's doable too. The tech was thankful with the tip and wished me a happy holiday. The owner needs to be more personable. I always to go Shang Nails. Unfortunately they were booked solid and this place needs customers. Never again coming to this place. read more

We were really excited to come here and support a woman-owned salon. The workers were very sweet, but the day after, my wife got a horrible case of contact dermatitis on her wrist from the manicure handrest. We went to urgent care for hydrocortisone cream and are waiting for things to improve. Really unfortunate. read more

I think this was one of the worst pedicures I have ever gotten. The massage was four minutes of the woman running oil on my legs with the amount of pressure you would use to put on lotion. The callus removal used the same amount of pressure. I saw other people working did a better job. Unfortunately, I got unlucky but I can't risk the time to try again. read more

I honestly came in happy to get my nails done and I asked her before hand if she was able to do the design she said yea and then I come in and I see another woman who had an appointment with the woman who was working on my nails and she was nervous she was going to leave and rushed my nails in the process I was clearly not pleased with my nails the woman in the front was rude and unwelcoming I will not be returning after this the only positive thing I can say is that the woman who did my nails was kind but other than that I wouldn't pay $87 for this at all I personally am embarrassed to walk outside read more

I've been coming here for over five years and I usually get Gel-X. The quality of the work is…read moreamazing, and the environment is beautiful, which is why I'm still a loyal client. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of pricing and organization. The salon is quite pricey, and I really think there needs to be a clearer system for breaking down costs before the service starts. There are multiple books of nail colors, some of which cost extra depending on the polish, but none of the books are labeled with pricing. You're also not told upfront if a specific polish costs more. Over time, I've had to learn on my own which book contains the basic gel polish with no additional fee. Designs are also extra, which is understandable, but communication has been an issue. One time around Christmas, I decided to get a very simple design on two fingers. I was told it would be $15 extra, and I confirmed that was for both fingers. When I went to pay, it turned out to be $15 per finger--$30 total for two simple swirls. That specific set came out to around $135, which was shocking. I was also not informed ahead of time that the polish I chose was considered a "special" polish with an additional charge. Again, the work itself is beautiful, but the lack of transparency with pricing can be frustrating and uncomfortable as a client. Another area that needs improvement is the appointment system. They really need someone dedicated to the receptionist desk to manage appointments and check-ins. I've had multiple occasions where I arrived on time for my appointment, was told "just a few minutes," and ended up waiting 30 minutes or more. Overall, this is a great salon with talented artists and a lovely atmosphere--but clearer pricing and better appointment management would make a huge difference

I really appreciated that they were careful and did not hurt any of us while pushing back or trimming our cuticles (so many salons rush this and it hurts!). My gel nails came out really nicely. No bubbles, overlap on my skin, or weird edges, and I could tell that they prepped my nail beds really well so the gel will definitely be staying on for a while. My friend got acrylics with cat-eye polish and they look FANTASTIC. I will note that the color books are labeled with the same numbers for different colors in different books, so be sure to show your nail tech the exact book/color to prevent mix ups! Overall, would def recommend this to a friend and will be back next time I want my nails done!

She really took her time and checked in with me multiple times to make sure it was what I wanted. She was very sweet and her work is amazing. The nails were immaculate 3 weeks later when I came in for a fill. I didn't catch the name of my tech on my second visit, but wow she was fast. Multiple times through the service she paused to check in that I liked the length, shape, color, design etc. I appreciate that so much because we all know it can be hard to speak up when something isn't quite what we want. And omg she was fast. She removed my previous design, filled/shaped, and painted in just 40 mins. Such a excellent experience 10/10 The salon itself is clean and very cute. The pedicure chairs look new still. I recommend calling and making an appointment if you intend to try them out, they can get pretty booked.

They couldn't shape my nails round either time, so I had to cut them down super short after growing them for months... I was asked what shape I want? I said round, she did square. I showed a picture of round in case she didn't understand and, she said it was too short to make round, how is that even possible? Also, they grind your nails so far down they thin out... I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)
